Try downgrading it to lollipop using flashtool and xperiafirm apps

Going to have to agree with a previous suggestion
Use flashtool to download a firmware and to wipe all partitions through flashtool.

Check this tutorial :

Lollipop firmware is : 32.0.A.6.152
Sent from my E6633 using Tapatalk

The last time I tried to repair my Z5 with Sony software I got a warning about this, that I should have my Google account and login after the repair. I don't think he cheated you, it's just how android works. Maybe he didn't know that. you should have added your own account before reseting the phone.
Now try to flash an official firmware with flashtool, and make sure you wipe everything.

this is not cheating but security provided by Sony, the seller needs to remove his account so that you can add yours but since he's not responding, you can flash any latest firmware and you are good to go with your new device.

Yeah guys well i dont know, if he didnt cheat me why doesnt he respons. anyway, i am going to download the firmware now and try it. thx for fast respons!

so now i flashed this 32.0.A.6.152 and now i am in a boot loop, the phone gets grey and then after like 2 minutes its restart itself with red light flashing there up and again gray...

I've been searching about your problem and it seems that there isn't an easy way to bypass Google account verification. It was designed to make the device useless if it got stolen. I think that the best solution is to hand it over to Sony customer services (with evidence of purchase of course) and ask them to repair the device.
Regarding your later problem (boot loop), my guess is that you flashed an old firmware which is somehow incompatible with Google account protection.

Google experience Launcher and other 4.4 apps not working

Hey guys, quick question for you all... Any idea why the GEL and other 4.4 apks such as Google Wallet and even deskclock are not installing on my new 16gb Moto G. It was simlocked to Tesco Mobile but I have unlocked it. Keep getting the "problem parsing package" error.
Android version: Android 4.3
Baseband version: MSM8626BP_1032.3051.51.00R
Kernel version: 3.4.0-g7161c60 [email protected] #1 The Oct 24 23:44:06 CDT 2013

Thanks guys!
Probably something to do with it having a Tesco ROM which is designed for Tesco customers, no problems with the unlocked version from phones 4 u here.

Only difference is that if you have Retail (its like a generic ROM) you'll get updates as soon as they are available.
If you have a carrier model (EE,Vodafone, Tesco etc) you won't be able install updates straight from Motorola, but you'll need to wait untill the carrier approves it (adding own bloatware).

Same here. Tried to install paid app, but from my other gmail account (just downloaded and saved the .apk file) but won't let me install... Comes up the "problem parsing package" error. This apply for all 4.4 apps as well (tried few aps from Nexus 5 ) and no joy...

That makes sense, but the only thing is the Tesco ROM doesn't even seem to have any bloatware... So, are there any differences really? In the apps or functions available?

Not at all. Only thing is that you have to wait for updates till Tesco approves it.

Slightly off topic but seems the best place to ask as it's raised here
Does the tesco version have both options on the factory reset list, the 'tesco rom' and a 'stock factory' rom?
That would make the Tesco option more enticing than it already is, not exactly keen on tesco as the supplier for android updates...and I'm too lazy for roms now lol
Thanks in advance

Well, I think is too early, but I am sure some solution will appear shortly. The thing is that there's no generic (Retail) ROM yet...
Tbh, I am quite happy with the Retail version, as the phone performs fantastically. No laggs, freezing etc, and battery... Boy, getting easily 2 - 2/12 days. With the same set up on my previous phones the best was 1 1/2 day!!!

No it doesn't.
Well, did factory reset (only option I could find was in the Menu). Installed Google launcher from Nexus 5 and now it installed and working ok. However, it won't let you ad/remove pages. I had to fill the Home page and then it added 2nd page itself.
Few things are unnecessary complicated, but overall happy anyway.

The usual key combo (Vol- and power {only press for 2 sec}) doesn't work. It lets you go to bootloader menu and give you few options (Factory, Reboot etc) but doesn't go ahead with task chosen.
I opted for Factory, but it just rebooted and everything was intact.
Google experience Launcher
I have managed to install the Google experience Launcher and try it, but uninstalled as it doesn't have any advantage/difference from the stock launcher on Moto G. Well, except the size (after instalation its about 38MB).
Also had issues with other 4.4. .apk's, but as mentioned in other threads as well, factory reset will sort it out....

Why do you to rollback so immediately, is it that much bad that you even can't bare the Nougat for a single day? I'm using the update for almost two months.
Actually I am pretty badly Bricked!
It's me who should take all the blame as I accidently bricked-bootlooped, and then pretty much messed up my 6x and now i am sitting ducks here with a Phone without a /System only TWRP installed, which refuses to get out of my /Recovery and so I can't even flash stock _recovery.img. And every recovery i try is for MarshMallow and now i don't know what to do!
So i am thinking of ways to go back to MarshMallow and then use all the Recovery material available for it, As i see no alternative
Please Feel Free to Send my you Suggesstions on how I should solve my problem....
Go to customer service tell them suddenly the phone is not working tell them you bought from olx and pay them some extra rupees and ask them to help you
I agree with androidnandroid I addressed the same issue here https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=72354623#post72354623
Not sure if you tried it but, download the marshmallow firmware from Huawei official website and flash it. You can get it from here.

And i found one more problem with inbox...
That never show any notification about new emails... I can Only see new mails after opening the app.. but "nofication already enabled in every way for this app"....
And also till marshmallow , there was a notification of blocked apps in ADGUARD ad bloker app that for unblock the internet restrictions for a minute... But in Nougat there is nothing..... I dont know why no notification from the adguard app...!!!!
And an another thing is the Webview app is embedded with Google Chrome.... The version is (55___) but in play store there is an updated v of webview (v 58___)..... So disabled chrome completely and now the updated individual webview is working with my honor 6x... Is there a problem to disable Chrome??? ...

Questions about the bootloader

Hello,
I'm writing today to get more informations (if anyone know, obviously) about the actual bootloader status.
I just bought a Huawei P20. It's a good device, before wanting to root it.
As you know, the bootloader 16-digits number is no more acquirable thanks to our deer and beloved Huawei company, this means that you can't root your device since may, and not only the P20, also other huawei and other devices. :victory:
I think this decision is really anoying : I buyed an android device to be the master of my device, if I did not want, I would have bought an apple device... But it's like they can't assume Android...
That's why I write, to ask, first, if the bootloader unlock is definitely dead, or is there hope ?
If Huawei don't get the bootloader back, do you think someone of the community can release a way to root the device ?
I almost want to refund the phone because of this...
Thanks

Can you try asking the guy from whom you purchased or try clicking on forget email and see what happens. Also, are you aware if the firmware it was running earlier before the factory reset?

Try skipping WiFi connection or sim connection, it may skip the Google sign in (possibly)

Found a video that works was on noughat 7.0 and emui 5.0 but all good wiped the accounts and up and running :good:
It's FRP locked. That means it's either stolen, a found phone that was lost, or the previous person didn't uncheck a box when they sold it. If you're not concerned with that part then just unlock it. Super easy. I'm not going to tell you how to do so since XDA would probably throw a fit, but you can Google the answer. I've done it on Samsungs, LGs, Huaweis, Sonys.
