Rooting&installing stock firmware on locked BL D6603 23.5.A.1.291 ? - Xperia Z3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I just bought Z3 ( yeah I know, I'm a little late to the party ) and as the title says, is there a guide I can use for my specific firmware? I want to install a stock Sony unbranded ROM ( because I have a T-Mobile branded ROM ) and root it.
The info for rooting/flashing stock on Z3 is so fragmented on the forum that I'm unsure where to start. I've read the "how to root and install recovery on locked BL for noobs", but it mentions a different firmware - can I still use it for mine?
Thanks!

[Q] Sony Xperia Z3 D6643 Stock firmware / retail / without operator customization

Afternoon guys,
First, sorry by my poor English.
I'm looking for a Xperia Z3 D6643 firmware without operator customizations. I already downloaded the XperiFirm, but have only 6633 and 6653 Z3 firmwares.
If someone know where do I can find this, case you need more information about my device, I will provide.
Thanks!
IaguCool already is working in this, thanks a lot
I've seen now in the XperiFirm thread, IagoCool is already discovering the D6643 firmwares on Sony's servers. Thanks!

So, I've seen, I hate the operator's customizations. My phone is with Claro's customization.
I want a unbranded firmware, like the "1281-5466 Customized BR" Z2 firmware.. I thinking about install the Commercial and Journalists version, but I'm not confortable to do that, so I will wait for the "Customized BR".

So, I will wait, I've seen the file size, 1.5 GB vs 1.1 GB of the Claro's customized version, I think this will have much more crap. Waiting for the unbranded / retail version...
Still waiting for the D6643 retail firmware.
Same here... still waiting for generic D6643 firmware....
I'm also waiting for the D6643 Customized BR, without operator stuff : )
what would this journalists version lack that the official firmware should have? in my opinion, if you want journalists to write about your phone, you wouldn't cripple it, would you? anyways, if i had my phone with me now I would install that. but it hasn't arrived yet
Hello everyone,
I'm also looking for a customized version of firmware without operators stuff, and I seen the "Promoter" and "Store-Front" versions in XperiFirm, anyone know about it?
Sorry for my poor english...
up
Waiting too...
Still Waiting for that! Someone found it?

[q] flashing different variants

Hi, I'm new with S6 development. Been playing with SONY devices since 2011.
So the question is, can I flash a 920F stock firmware on a 920I device? Will brick my phone? Does it need a special process to make it work?
I really want to flash 920F on my 920I and I need to know if its secure.

Anyone got Xperia M2 D2303 18.3.C.0.37 FTF file Customized UK?

I need the 18.3.C.0.37 FTF firmware file (the customized UK version) for my Xperia M2 D2303. I want to unlock my bootloader and install a custom ROM. I found this firmware version for Vodafone UK but I don't have/want a Vodafone SIM. Does anyone have the unlocked version?
Thanks!
customized means the rom comes with some extra apps (ex. Vodafone apps), so it is carrier free also as i know you dont need to 0.37 or whatever, just get the code and unlock your bootloader (i unlocked mine at .175)
