I have a Galaxy S5 paired and working with my Gear S2. I just picked up a new Galaxy S7. How do you switch between devices with the Gear S2. I don't want to lose any of the settings on the Gear S2, I just want my Galaxy S5 to stop using it and my new Galaxy S7 to be the master.
I don't suppose there's a way to be able to swap between devices?
Does my 1st-generation Galaxy J7 (6.0.1, 1.5GB Ram) works with Gear S2? I saw the Gear app in Galaxy Apps, but my device doesn't appear in the compatible list on Samsung website.

I have been searching for methods to connect my SAMSUNG GALAXY GEAR 2 with MOTO G4 PLUS or with IPHONE 6. I had an LG G3 for which I have managed to connect my GEAR 2 with the help of a youtube video "HOW TO PAIR YOUR LG G3 TO SAMSUNG GEAR 2 NEO"
While I am trying to do the same steps with my Moto G4 PLUS, I am not able to open the Gear Manager app as it is showing as Gear Manager has stopped always
The Samsung Gear app available in the playstore/app store is not finding my Gear 2 as it is simply showing as Searching. Please help guys.

Yes, the Samsung Galaxy Watch works. The Galaxy Watch also works with an Iphone and all other Android devices that are reasonably current. I have a "Michael Kors Bradshaw Access MTK5012" this works perfectly with the phone.

Most likely... but tread carefully. If you unlock and root your phone, you will not be able to install the Samsung software necessary to communicate with the watch. You will need Magisk to trick safety net if you want it to work after unlocking.
