tnx cool app
I installed it but couldn't get it to open. The option didn't even exist.
However, I did find another such app called XPERIA Flashlight, that works like a charm.

x2! This is exactly what I wanted. Just click the widget to turn it on, click it again to turn it off. Even stays lit when the screen is off. Brilliant.

You won't find it in the app drawer. It's a widget only

ok.. that didn't take long.. The FlashLightApp widget is easier to activate.. so I've plumped for that one.

Sorry, my bad. I was referring to the previous version of FlashLightApp. I've downloaded the update today and now it's in the drawer too.

Maybe someone could do scroll in stock Tw launcher? In widgets like Apw or Plume.

Install APW, then login in to your FB accout or Twitter. Try to scroll your tweets up or down - its dont work. It works only after you click the arrow in APW. In ADW launcher or Launcher Pro it works by default.
scollable widgets are not supported in tw. Better use other third party launcher. About modding it I think its very tough thing and maybe devs won't be interested in it as there are alternatives available.

Wait for sometime buddy.
ICS is on the way & if I remember correctly then TW 5 / Nature UX of S3 has been ported for Droids on ICS.
Then you can enjoy the scrolling the widgets & much more.
Cheers !
Found this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1061883 and scroll works!!!

LOL.. thanks, but NO thanks!
Get "HD Widgets" from playstore. The is a 1*1 widget which shows the current date. If you click it, it opens the calendar.

Since MIUI has a whole host of the active icons, yes, it is possible. I don't know how exactly, though...

MIUI rom will make this happen. I have dynamic clock and calendar in MIUI rom and it was working perfectly. Unfortunately there's no MIUI rom now available for I9500. Hope it will come soon.

FRDL09 B389 Nova launcher app shortcuts not working

Trying to use app shortcuts with Nova Launcher (got prime) and the Google apps are the only apps that shows shortcuts when long pressing the icons.
Is this a limitation in Emui?

Nope it's just that other apps didn't bother updating to support it.

Try with Twitter and see if it does work. If it does then, the apps you tried don't have that feature
