Hey, did anyone of you try to Play music through a USB OTG Memory Stick? I did so totay and was surprised that there seem to be no way to get the music shown in either BlackPlayer EX or Google Music?! The Stick itself get recognized and i Can access the files without any Problems.. They just dont show up anywhere. Did anyone experied that too, is there a "fix" for it? Tried most stuff Google and xda came up with, without success.
Probably a long shot but you could try the Force allow apps on external setting. I'm doubtful that it'll help.

Thanks for the tip, but still doesnt work.
Looks like something is preventing the memory to get scanned for media Files or whatever.
I even installed VLC to see if that works but nope, it doenst. Memory shows up fine but when i choose the documents option it just shows the internal memory.

Although this is showing Songbird, the issue is present on the stock music player too. I already tried removing the files from the usb storage and copying to it again but it didn't work. Also, the id3tags are fine. Anyone experiencing this? Do you guys have any suggestion to help me fix this?
edit: another issue I noticed, but since the first Gingerbread version is that cover arts never stick and tend to magically disappear
Anyone?
Clear data from both apps?
Sorry, only thing I can think of right now.
I noticed that on mine too No big deal. wonder what causes it

I had this issue on Nexus 7 and now i am having the issue on Droid Razr Maxx HD
It seems to only happen on games. Last night i tried to download game content for moden combat 3 and it give me the error pictures below. BUT after that i was able to download TDKR and NOVA3 (3+ gigs) through play store. After installing TDKR i get the other error message pictures below less than 1mb of free space.
As you can see from my storage screen i have more than enough. Any ideas what going on or what i can do?

I have the same issue after flashing CM10 to my LG O2X... In TDKR,this message,is always popping up and eventually it truely does not save the game progress... If anyone knows any kind of solution,it would be really helpfull and appreciated!
This happened to my gf's htc hero, I was able to fix the issue by clearing out the cache in Settings>Applications>Manage Applications. Hopefully that works
Hi, I recently received this tablet as a gift from family for my birthday. Well, there is a pretty big issue that really bothers me. Note, I have been modding/rooting for years. Well this tablet has no custom Roms, and it came stock with a weird partition. All apps from the play store get put on a 1 gig partition, which runs out of space quite often. There is a 13 gig partition that is just basic storage. I can transfer some apps to the "SD card" partition, but I am running out of eligible apps that I can transfer. How can I either repartition this or set the auto download to go to the 13 gig partition? I did find a root so apps that require root access do work. Thanks!
P.s. this tablet runs dang slow sometimes.. Any way to OC it or any fixes for that?

Hey, i am looking to buy this week a Honor 6, just a question to whoever can answer. Is it possible to have in the unrooted version of the phone, a game or an app fully on SD? As in my Z2 you can't (at least in the unrooted version). I am asking this to see if it's crucial to find a 32GB version of the phone, or a 16GB will be ok too.
Ty in advance
The stock app manager allows you to move an app to SD, see:

No idea whether it moves all of the files though.

Click to collapse
Ty for the reply,
But it moves everything or just a portion of the size? In Z2 there is a button like this, but when i have a game 2GB, it doesn't move it all together, but just a portion.

Guys, what do you think, could we do the same with our Z3 using this method for SGS7 ?
i did all the steps there but it didnt work for me, it showed a negative amount of total space and the apps couldnt move to the adopted SD Card.
have anyone got better results?
The negative amount bug is considered to be normal.
I used it with a Z3Compact Tablet and a Samsung Evo+ 128GB sd card and this is working very good in my case. You have to use the "migrate data" Option, so Apps etc. will be moved to the sd card.

I tried using it, next thing i knew my SD Card wouldn't read after a reboot, had to run Diskpart on windows to fix it.
Does it slow down the system at all?
