Mi4i dead - Xiaomi Mi 4i

Few weeks ago, an suspicious activity was detected on my phone. I have no choice but to select wipe data.
After wiping the phone, I was planning to flash the phone as usual but failed to do it (keep stuck in fastboot).
When I tried to access using twrp, internal sd card was not detected and all I saw was the root directory.
Failed to wipe cache, data (Error message: failed to mount E:\ xxx )
HELPPPP !!!!!!!!! What am I supposed to do now (send back to service center ) ?

Did u try fastboot method of flashing stock ROM?
faced the same problem with Samsung galaxy y and flashing stock ROM fixed that.
The worst case scenario is corrupted internal sdcard.Sorry ,then can't help u ,as I am new here.
Though u can look here.I am also trying to find a solution.
Hoping, the thread would draw attention some experts here.

@faizauthar12 mention some may be fix of corrupted partition here. If fastboot method of flashing stock miui didn't works then give it a try.

let's see ,if you can flash fastboot
then it's fine..
as long as you can enter fastboot, you still have a hope to flash a right firmware...

if you have a custom recovery, youll be able to mount your usb storage and transfer a rom zip. you do have one? if not you can fastboot flash or just boot a custom recovery.
I do have ClockworkMod Recovery v6.0.0.6 but it won't let me mount USB storage. The error says" Unable to open ums lunfile (No such file or directory)

im sorry, i forgot to write wipe first(factory reset). if you just flash on top, the bad file remains. wipe, then reflash the rom.

Symlinks Failed .... can't install a ROM

I think I screwed up big time....
I just got my M8 (came from an M7) and I am def S-OFF (checked in bootloader). I have TWRP and when I try to install any ROM, it starts ok first but then it ends with symlinks failed. When I hit reboot, it goes back into recovery. I think I might now the issue and I think it is because I did not delete weaksauce ... I just installed TWRP and rebooted and everything was deleted so I have the custom ROM on the external SD card. I can't even do sideload because it won't find it (when I do adb devices it shows list of devices found but it's empty .. no number like it should be). I fudged up, I know....not sure if it is the weaksauce issue but I'm grateful for any help
UPDATE 1
I have switched to CWM and looks like sideload now works...I'm just installing a ROM and hopefully it'll work. If not, would anybody suggest this...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2727831
the whole RUU flash....either option 1 (if it works) or option 2? If I'm understanding it right, this will wipe everything and go back to stock completely ... then I can do it all over and not screw up...
UPDATE 2
Got it to work....just for those who may have had the same issue. After switching to CWM, sideload did not work. I placed the ROM on an external SD and flashed it as usual and this time it worked (it did not on TWRP for some reason).

Bootloop on YU Logo + E:unable to mount /system /data /cache + Internal storage 0MB

Hi Guys Need expert help !
Suddenly my Yuphoria crashed and when tried to restart it is getting stuck on YU Logo.
-able to go to fastboot mode and tried to flash latest official fast boot images using factory tools but it is unable flash and unable to mount /system /data and /cache partitions.
-as per guide from some of the threads , tried boot to TWRP and tried to repair or wipe partitions but it is giving same error and unable to mount those partition. even tried to change file system-type and that too didn't help (ext4, fat etc)
-in TWRP went to mount option and there it is showing 0mb for internal storage.
-tried to manually mount using terminal (using commands like make_ext4fs) but that also didnt help.
-Boot and recovery partitions are safe !
I think i have lost partitions or internal memory is corrupted ! if partitions are lost or corrupted anyway to rebuild or any other was to fix it ?
please please please someone help !

My model is J700H . And after done a successful flash my phone shut down automatically when the model number appeared after reboot system. flash by TWRP recovery but somehow i lost the stock rom recovery file from my sd card. Now whats the way? Even i tried your rom but same output. Format all when wipe data in TWRP.
try flash stock firmware by odin.flash twrp.then flash any rom.just wait.do not do anything till phone boot.om sure u did soething wrong in instruction,so do this
I can't connect via USB as mtp
Just boot into download mood...nd install usb driver on pc and open odin choose stock firmware and flash

Stuck on TWRP LOGO

Hey I've encountered this issue when my S7 Edge boots up it jumps to twrp but it's stuck on the teamwin logo screen and does not advance to menu.
It occurred when I tried to format the data partition to ext4 via twrp and it stuck there for hours so I rebooted it and now i'm stuck here!
I googled some solutions and few suggested flashing a stock via odin but when i try that it fails, flashing twrp also fails i'm sorta stuck right now.
this post https://forum.xda-developers.com/s7-edge/help/stuck-loading-twrp-t3834144 which is the closest scenario suggested adb flash but i can't seem to uncompress boot.img.lz4 with 7zip zstandard
if you know how or if you guys have fixed this issue before please drop a solution thank you in advance !

Thanks for your answer, I have tried this like i mentioned and it does flash with success but when it boots to twrp it's just stuck on the teamwin logo, I have even flashed a newer version and i did notice the version changing in the logo but nothing happens.
EDIT: I ended up flashing a stock rom via odin and somehow it worked this time (I updated the usb drivers & changed the cable)

nah bro, if his issue is fixed, then he needs to reflash the stock firmware, reflash TWRP, boot into twrp, go into the file manager and delete EVERYTHING on the internal storage.
just to be clear, OP, do NOT do any of that
