Hi guys I have a XT1031 with 5.0
Is there a way to stream content to A TV with HDMI support.
Do those micro USB to HDMI cables work for the moto G. I am not interested in wireless streaming a cable connection would do fine
The cable I looked at eBay was a MHL one

There is no MHL support on any Moto G. The only viable option is Miracast and that's about it.

Sony states the XZ supports quick charge technology.
Does anyone know this is 2.0 or 3.0?
Qualcomm site does not (yet) mention the XZ in the supported device list.

Sony Xperia XZ supports Quickcharge 3.0. You can find it on sony.com or look for sony uch 12.
Hello Everyone,
I know that S8 plus is supporting HDR, but HDR10 Compatibility is something that can be done via software update? or its hardware related and built in the device itself?
Both, also depends on the developers, for example, Netflix has hdr support but is not active for our devices

Does anyone live in Singapore? and is there a place online I can order X1?
Is Expansys reliable place to get? https://www.expansys.com.sg/sony-xperia-1-dual-sim-128gb-black-315984/
Impossible to buy the silver version in Spain and the black sold out

Expansys is iffy. You can order from WondaMobile or Clove. I bought my single sim from Clove, but unfortunately had an issue with the display. They ran out of purple so I opted for a refund. Instead, I bought the dual sim version from WondaMobile (they ship from HK). Shipped to the US in 2 days!

I'm on tmobile. LTE works, but VoLTE does not. Waiting for the US firmware to come out for the J8170 and cross flash that with my J9110.

Battery life is a bit better compared to the XZ3. Roughly 6-7 hours SoT with heavy usage. The phone exceeded my expectations. It's thin, lightweight, easy to hold in the hand, buttery smooth as all xperia flagships, and camera is great as well. There's a video on YouTube by flashingdroid comparing the picture quality with the S10+ (Xperia 1 was better)
I agree with some points from other people that low light photos can be improved, so hopefully more camera updates will be released. There are a few things I nitpick on, like accidentally unlocking the phone while putting it in my pocket. Other than that, definitely was a great immediate upgrade from my XZ3.

It won't work on Verizon if you get any of the international variants. You'll have to wait for the J8170 to be released here in the US on July 12 (or 14), since the J8170 is the only model with CDMA. SoT was over a period of roughly 14 hours.
