I got a screenshot sent to me this morning and want some opinions on it. Basically it states that the Samsung Galaxy S5 will be running Tizen:

I think at this point with the S4 announcement we are far from seeing any information about the S5 , so i won't believe anything about the s5 right now.
But S4 is yet to be shipped. Next should be note 3.
And S5 is highly unlikely with tizen.
They have had this series with android and I guess they are gonna continue the S series with android itself.
They might bring in a new series for tizen.
Tizen better be good, or it will be lost completely in this sea of OSes.

Hello all,
I am in the process of building a collection of watchfaces and wallpapers for the Gear 2 Neo.
I have downloaded and tested many watchfaces already - and found quite a few watchstyler faces where the watch face looks great in watchstyler (on my phone) but when testing on the watch, the hands are misplaced (they are not for example in the middle of the watch when they should be).
Two questions: how come that the watch looks good on the phone but is off on the watch? And: is there a fix?

PS: What is the best way to share my collection when its ready? So far it contains - nearly 400 wallpapers (clean 320x320 images); over 150 watchstyler faces (not all work - see above) and about 100 wgt files (they nearly all look good)...
Samsung VR with Hacker -s6 - Universal - V7 Kernel and Ambasdii v1.4.2 rom is giving me issues. First when S6 is inserted in VR glasses the screen goes green stripped then eventually loads Occulus home screen but the colors are dithered ( like 8 bits instead of 16 or 24)..... Also there are a few distinct "lines" or different color pixels that form a line in all VR views..... Any thoughts?

Im loving the gear watch designer - it is simple powerful and flexible. What it isnt yet is stable.
While the crashes are to be expected with it being a BETA, I have one issue that is just bizarre - I have designed several watch faces and they've run fine in gear watch designer (I cannot for get my gear S2 connected to designer for love nor money), but have been rejected in the store as their watchface background has been black and blank, even though hands and complications display. Has anyone else had this issue? how did you get around it? Most of my watch faces have been fine but it is incredibly frustrating....
I also got the same black background issue and it looks like it's related to a bug in GWD when I define actions to change the watchface background (several backgrounds in my watches). I noticed that if I update the default background (just reselect the image) before building the app, it fixes the problem. So I just take care to do this before building the final version to publish on the store and check on my S2 that the background is correctly displayed.

Yes for frontier and classic. Check the gear app for update. If you didnt see, maybe didnt arrive for your country (of the watch)
