Pre-Orders from Samsung Shipping Early Next Week! - Samsung Gear S3

I pre-ordered my S3 direct from Samsung. I was curious if they were planning on shipping on the 18th or before, so I chatted with them and they said shipments begin in 1 to 3 business days. Kind of vague, but to me that means Monday thru Wednesday. :fingers-crossed:
But it is also not uncommon for these folks to not have a clue what their talking about... lol

Yup, sums up Samsung customer service!
I am in the UK, pre-ordered and assumed that the release date given here (11th November) was the day I would receive it. But no, they processed the payment yesterday and order status now says "All items shipped" so I am guessing it will arrive on Monday.

tmobile is having enough problems shipping their own phones (back order/saturday delivery) let alot working with wirefly!

i got the 4G in the mail and had to send them it back before they would place the G2x order....
try going to tmobile store and see if they have a loaner phone for you to use till you get the G2x... (im sure your contract started when you bought the phone so if there billing you and your not using it then ***** youll get something done if not a decent credit)
I bought two phones from Wirefly and was told that it would ship out on the 20th. It was no surprise for me and I planned accordingly by ordering 2 day shipping for $8. It will hopefully be here on Friday.
I am getting each phone for $150 vs $250 up front = saving $200 up front
I also got free activation fees and free shipping= $35x2= $75 up front
I think saving $275 and waiting 2 extra days is worth it to me. It will be in my hands soon enough.
That sucks if you were never told this though. I thought I even saw it on the website.....

DO NOT GO BY WHAT T-MOBILE.com SAYS! (there website sucks at current info)
i ordered mine also first day (4/15) and i didnt get a txt till staurday saying it will be delivered 4/20... then 10 mins later a txt saying it will be delivered 4/19 WITH a tracking number... it still says on the ups site that it isnt shipped yet...
i called a rep and she said she cant see anything till the 20th because it doesnt show inventory till its actually released (4/20) but i assume it will be here by the 19th and she assured me it would also....
t-mobile does not know whats going on... (people are getting txts saying it on back order)
and they cant tell you if it will be on back order till the 20th...
so to sum it all up...
if you got a tracking number (friday/saturday its estimated to be at your house the 19th... if you got a tracking number today... expect it to arrive the 20th)

I NEVER use their site to order, or to do anything. I always call 611. I put my order in Friday night at 7, UPS picked it up Saturday at 6am, and it's now on the UPS truck on the way to my house. If you call T-mobile, they'll give you (or should) a tracking number. Don't be surprised if it shows up on your doorstep today.
I've had a tracking number since Friday morning. The phone just showed up in the UPS system at 10:00AM today. The arrival scan was in Louisville, KY, a UPS hub. It appears that to save a few bucks T-Mobile's bulk transporting orders to the UPS hub. So what Nate said is correct, the estimated delivery date in the UPS system is accurate even if it shows "billing info received" and Friday's orders should be delivered tomorrow for those that went for express. Based on comments on the T-Mo forum they really screwed up the ordering process for the G2X.

many people did the Saturday shipping and come Saturday.. no phones..... id be pissed if i spent 25 bucks on shipping and didnt get my phone... let alone the "back order txt message"

I ordered friday and they told me it was backordered on the phone. However I got a txt Saturday with tracking and estimated delivery on the 19th. Tracking number says they have not received package. If I am to get it tomorrow then they should have the package by now.
Wish I knew when I was really getting it. :-(

So I checked their page and it turns out they send their employees to submit all these reviews about how great their service is as a way of advertising for the company. But if you browse other reviews outside of Cellhub's website, their company is actually rated pretty low by previous customers.
Anyways, I finally got my Bold 9780 from Costco yesterday, and I absolutely LOVE it.

I actually almost bought the phone through Cellhub, but after a closer look during checkout I realized that they only offer the phone for free if you purchase an $80+ plan, otherwise the phone changes to $149, which is more expensive than almost every other store is selling it for, including T-Mobile. I think this is somewhat of a false advertising from their store, and I really dislike false advertisers lol.
So if you plan on getting a basic plan I would go with another store, or even T-mobile itself. I think that would be more trustworthy than a faulty advertising internet store.

As I stated in my reply to these posts, to each his own. No matter where you buy the phone, you need to check the terms yourself. As far as people complaining about them, who doesn't complain about such and such company on here, for real the whole web if you wanna be technical.
I can honestly tell you I have had bad experiences with all three carriers. Their all crooks if you ask me, however if I want to use a cellphone or service, unfortunately I have to suck it up and go for what I know.
Research yourself and take the best deal. I don't care where you get the phone from online, I can guarantee there's some complaints about that company on the internet ( and I bet they have similar addendums on their contracts). I don't care if it's Amazon, Wirefly, TMI-Wireless, even Walmart.
Just google complaints for the company you ordered yours from, you'll see.
So, basically it comes down to doing your research and choosing the lesser of the evils.

It has become too difficult to navigate the US availability thread with the frequent new posts and discussion on several different stores. I was wondering how many people ordered from Best Buy and for those who did maybe answer a few questions to see where we all stand. When I ordered everything looked good but like many I was emailed about six hours later saying it was on backorder. Did you do site to store? or UPS. I only ask because my status never says back ordered.

From reading other threads it seems like those that ordered ship to store have been getting their items while those that choose regular shipping perhaps are not. I cannot confirm this but I'm curious to see if thats what is happening.
When I talked with customer service. I asked if I did UPS shipping would it have come quicker she said that stores have priority after pre orders are sold out.

When I placed my order it gave me a 5/11 delivery date to the store. When I called CS they said the same thing. Maybe you overlooked it. Call CS and they will tell you when you item will arrive.

OK so I originally pre-ordered only to be told that the Silver Edge was on endless back order and I might not receive it in time to redeem. So Friday I went to the store, cancelled the pre-order and bought one of the STACKS of silver Edges they had in stock. (Thanks for nothing T-Mobile pre-order supply chain).
Anyway, I went to the T-Mo site that same day per the flyer and registered for the Gear VR. The email I got back from Samsung says "Please allow approximately 4 - 6 weeks for review of your Offer Claim Submission"
However, T-Mobile sayst that A) It's 4-6 weeks for DELIVERY, not REVIEW, and B) that I should receive a netflix email after the confirmation email.
Does T-Mobile mean I have to wait 4-6 weeks for SAMSUNG to review my claim and THEN I'll get a Netflix email? OR should I have already gotten it? You only have until 4/30 to actually redeem the Netflix deal, so that could end up cutting it awfully close.
Do I need to call someone and complain? I find it hard to believe anyone at 611 will have clue #1 how to check the status of this since T-Mobile offloaded it to Samsung to handle.
Not feeling too positive about how any of this was handled so far.
They have completely outsourced the administration to Samsung for both the BOGO prepaid card and the VR and Netflix promos. I have talked at length with the outsourced call center that Samsung has used and they have no clue what is going on. Right now its just wait and see.

Right now, somewhere, some attorney is prepping a class action hoping it all goes to crap. LOL
With redemption date deadlines instead of order date deadlines there's lots of room for tom foolery and gaming it from T-Mo and Samsung's end. Not a good feeling.

I submitted 2 claims on Monday March 14 and, today March 16, they are showing as "Fulfillment Pending" - I hope that means the claims have been approved and I should be getting the Netflix codes via email and the Gear VRs within 4-6 weeks. By the way, if you have multiple e devices, there is a button to "Add Device" so you only need to enter personal information once. Each device requires IMEI and WiFI MAC (the phone must be turned on to get the MAC).

Cuz you can't shut off the extra line until you get the rebate. That's lots more $ for Tmo.

I ordered two S7's on 3-12-16 from T-Mobile's website, one for a new line addition, the other as an upgrade....handsets received and used for first time on 3-15-16. Offers submitted same day.

Now, as I recall the last time I did a pre-paid rebate card offer from T-Mobile (for ETF reimbursement on five lines ported in ) it did take 4-6 weeks for the change from "Received" to "Approved", but then the cards were received in the mail in less than a week from the "Approved" status change...it seemed like they mailed them out the same day that the status change to "Approved". So, I imagine that will likely be the case here with the BOGO cards as well.

I ordered on 28th and other than the original confirmation, have heard nothing via email. Initially I was able to see my order on the Samsung shop web site but that stopped working about a week ago. I phoned them on Tuesday and was told to expect delivery on 11th.
So short answer is no, I've not seen any confirmation of despatch but am expecting the watch tomorrow.

No dispatch email. I ordered as soon as the pre order opened. Phoned Samsung yesterday and they said I was on schedule for the 11th. Trouble is my payment is still pending so basically they don't have stock yet. The guy checked the payment was ok yesterday so I know it's not the problem. Mobile fun has had their stock delayed by a week. I think nobody will be getting one tomorrow.

Hi yes they told me they were hoping to dispatch watches on the 10th which is today but they havent so if they do dispatch tomorrow will hopefully recieve saturday i hate waiting lol
Was told I should have shipping email on 10th by 7pm if I was going to receive today. Nothing.... bad call Samsung. Why can't they at least let's us know there is a delay - very poor customer service. I hate waiting too and won't be home next week to recieve.
I don't mind waiting a bit longer, what annoys me is Samsung not having the decency to let us know. Even letting their sales staff know there was a delay would be nice.
Still waiting, no email as yet. I am not that worried it will come when it comes.

Just had confirmation by phone from samsung uk first pre order batch will recieve there watches on monday 14th
Just reread email dated 28th Oct and just said free phones offer will close 11th Oct.
Just got the Samsung UK Order Acknowledgement email, looks like I will get the free phones as well.

The terms and conditions state you have to wait 14 days, I'm curious if anybody successfully did this before the 14 day period though, its annoys me, as there was no mention of having to wait when I purchased the View 20.
14 days is the cooling off period. Its to stop you claiming the watch then sending your phone back.

I understand the principle behind it, but what I really want to know if anybody has successfully claimed it sooner.
But on your point, whilst the idea is common sense, they've missed the fact that a lot of UK online retailers offer a 30 day money back guarantee.
Amazon.co.uk are denying all knowledge of this promotion. I'm fuming!
There are 20 retailers on the approved list, Amazon included. What has probably happened is now that the promotion has ended, the customer service agent can't see the original offer that you spoke to. I will be applying for my free watch in a few days time and dont expect an issue.

14 days is because official honor site has only 14 days return policy.
I put in my request for mine as its now been 2 weeks since I got the phone. I'll update people if the watch arrives.

Did you get an email saying your claim was successful? If so how long after applying did you get the email?
Just the email I got today informing me it would be delivered on Friday. Only previous email was the one I got when I made the claim.

I got mine yesterday, it was supposed to arrive on Friday but it was delayed.
