[Completed] is there any way to find the original software for a Kyocera Hydro Reach #c6743? - XDA Assist

This phone doesn't appear to have a way to factory reset it, by using the hardware buttons. I've tried pressing the power button and the volume up at the same time, as well as pressing the power and the volume down button at the same time. I've even tried pressing both volume buttons while pressing the power button at the same time, all that got me was into "safe mode", which doesn't do a thing for me, or the phone. I've even gone to "live chat" with Kyocera and Boost mobile, they have both told me that there is no way to get in and reset the phone. (Unless I want to send the phone and $29 to some address they'll give me, and they will load the "original software". ) I don't want to do that, I bought the phone for only $10 from a thrift store.
Is there any way I can find, and download the "original software", or whatever else might work on this phone, from anywhere?
thanks for any help you can give me!!

archos97 titanium help

Hi all, i'm a newbie on here looking for help/advice not sure if this is the right place but here goes. I have an Archos 97 Titanium and have forgotten the password for the screen lock. I have contacted customer support and they suggested trying holding the volume - button and the power button together to put unit in reset mode. This didnt work, nothing happened. The other option was volume + and power, using this combination the unit does power up but just a normal start up. I relayed thsi information back to Archos who said they would contact france for further advice, but im still waiting for a reply. Just wondered if anyone on here could offer advice/ assistance.
CheersDave

Hello, and thank you for using XDA Assist!
If you have Google Now as part of the home long press, you should be able to tell it to open Settings app (tap the microphone and say "Open Settings"). From there, go to Developer Options (if not listed, go to About Phone and tap Build Number 7 or 8 times), and turn on ADB debugging (if not turned on already). From there, you can push a launcher to your device.
If no Google Now (or an easier alternative), Play store may still be active and can download apps in the background (including launchers) if one used a PC and set that app to install to that device.
So a couple of options.
For more options, or if you need clarification on what needs to be done, can post to this thread explaining your predicament (once you have registered for an XDA account):

[Completed] The wierdest set of problems with a phone. Please Help!!

I have a Moto G2 recently updated to android M. Since the last few days, I'm facing the following issues,
1) Notification Panel does not come down completely, the quick settings don't show up on the screen, only shows, "no notifications".
2)Home button does not work when an app is open, it only works when I'm on "recent apps".
3)Even though I have set up password lock, when i press the power button to unlock the phone, it unlocks without asking for password.
4)It won't let me factory reset. The "reset" button in settings doesn't light up (simiar to a button you arent allowed to press) so when i press t, there is no response. Resetting through recovery mode doesnt work, it shows the resting android saying "no command" and eventually starts up with the same files, apps and settings I had before.
These problems did not start immediately afer updating to marshmallow.

[Completed] Huawei MediaPad F HD 10 S10-101w not responsive

So I just unboxed this tab, and booted it up, logged in, updated some apps from the play store. Charged teh battery to 100%. Then I attempt to open up hangouts and it freezes and then the screen turns off like in a timeout delay. It refuses to reboot, or recovery mode or fastboot mode. Plugging it in makes no difference. It's practically bricked and I think the warranty is done for. I had hoped that it was still on somehow and if I could just let teh battery run out and plug it in it would boot up again. 24h delay in plugging in, no response still.
How should I go about this?
