Root and then use any of the root uninstallers to un-install yellow pages. I've done that couple of times without any hiccups, during my journey in and out of Kang VIP roms.
OK, but how is the file name?

If you are looking for the application name for yellow pages, then from what I remember it was "Yellow pages" or something very close, shouldn't be difficult to find if you are search through all your system applications. Use System app remover (ROOT) available in the play store to un-install.
It is very probable that I have uninstalled this app, because in the system applications it's not already. But in the contacts the service is still integrated, it still does show up the Chinese characters. I am on KangVIP ROM. Ist very strange...

That's weird. For me un-installing yellow pages had removed it from my contacts application as well. You might want to go through all your system apps again to see if it's still there hidden somewhere. If that doesn't work then look for a flashable contacts app from another rom, maybe B522, to replace the one on B555a.
Do you have a TWRP backup of B522 or any other MM rom?
yes, i have stock B522 stock tWRP backup...

Try using the application Nandroid Manager from playstore to restore the contacts app from B522 over to your B555a rom. I havent tried this so I dont know if that will work. I was however able to install Huawei ID and Huawei Cloud from B511 backup over to B522 using Nandroid Manager.
before you go that path first look for a falashable contacts app from B522 or any other MM Rom, somewhere on this forum.
thanks for cool app
but i have replaced the Contacts.apk from B522 final and still the same problem :/ Yellow Pages with chinese characters...

That's a powerful app indeed, opens options to do lot of unconventional stuff. I had tried to import the power manager from MM to KK and ended up breaking my phone all together.
For your problem maybe you need un-install your existing contacts app first before importing from B522.

Which means it's not the contacts app you need to fix. It's the yellow pages itself. Whatever you did earlier has not un-installed yellow pages. I am gonna try Kang vip B555a again over the weekend, and I will encounter yellow pages. I'll let you know how it goes.

I installed Kangvip B555a over the weekend. I was able to remove all the Chinese application including yellow pages after installing system uninstaller(root), because the rom comes pre-rooted. The contacts application now has Dialer, Contacts and Favourites, just like B522 had. No trace left of Yellow pages. I followed that up with un-installing Kingroot and replacing it with SuperSU. Replaced the Keyboard with Swype for Huawei. Everything looks perfect now, no Chinese characters left anywhere.
What version of MM are you on? Is it Kangvip B555a or some other?
I'm going to install B555, too. I'll let you know how I fared. I had a B551A

So,
after flashing B555a and unistalling all chinesse Bloatware apps (Including Yellow Pages) with Titanium...
...chinesse characters still included
After many difficulties, and thanks to the support of the forum, I finally managed to upgrade my L29 from B180 to B368 ROM (kangvip).
Later I had some drawbacks trying to restore my apps I got them with titanium backup. TWRP restore was not successful and I don´t want to try it again on phone, to avoid havind to install all again
However I lost some documents that are backed up on twrp, so I wonder of there is a way to open twrp data files on my PC...
If you know how to do it please let me know
many thanks

So long story short I got myself in a reboot loop. I have an unlocked bootloader and TWRP installed on my MHA-L29C636B110 and it's always rebooting itself until it reaches back to Huawei eRecovery. I tried everything I could by factory resetting on TWRP, reflashing SuperSU and data files, and still end up in constant reboot loops until I reach eRecovery. Please someone help me resolve this issue!
Did you try wipe+reflash the Rom?
If your afraid you'll lose data just backup using twrp and then use helium once your set to restore apps and data from the backup.

I can't seem to find a ROM for MHA-L29C636B110. Also I don't have a SD card so if I do find the ROM, do I just flash it on TWRP? I tried everything I could think of and it always leads me back to reboot loop to eRecovery

Which SuperSU did you install?
And did you decrypt first if the supersu you're installing needs decryption?
If you didn't 'Format Data' in TWRP and SuperSU removes encryption you're trying to boot with an encrypted /data partition which doesn't decrypt.

So at first, I flash the SuperSU files and data files from here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-9/how-to/guide-how-to-root-mate-9-decrypt-data-t3569986. It worked perfectly fine and my storage was decrypted. But then i got into another issue so I rebooted into twrp, wiped, format data, and installed the files again (SuperSU and both data files) from the same link above. If my phone is already decrypted, and I wiped and format the data, I only need to flash SuperSU and the data files? I'm lost and this is a new phone.
Can you please give me a step by step rundown of what I need to do to get my phone back working. Again, the phone is a MHA-L29C636B110 with the bootloader unlocked, TWRP 3.1.0-1-hi3660 installed. Whenever I flash something or even factory reset it reboots for a while and then goes back to eRecovery.

At first everything went well and I decrypted the data. I wanted a custom ROM but I knew it would be a lot of work and I could get into a lot of problems. But then the SuperSU kept giving me the notification that the binary needs to be updated. So I downloaded the SuperSU v2.46 update on the Chainfires website and gave me a bootloop. I then went back to TWRP, wiped, format data, and sideload flashed the SuperSU files and both data files from: https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-9/how-to/guide-how-to-root-mate-9-decrypt-data-t3569986 which ended up giving me a reboot loop back to eRecovery.

Download the file extract it to your internal Storage.
So there should be a Folder in your /sdcard folder named dload and there should be update.app file in that folder.
while you are in TWRP you can simply do adb push /dload /sdcard/dload from command line

what did you wipe (Other than tapping the 'Format Data' button)?
If dload update doesn't fix it, as mentioned above, you could (You should!!) update to B181 using this: https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-9/how-to/guide-mate-9-flash-update-package-t3593108
Download HWOTA_2017050101_Base.zip, HWOTA_2017050101_Windows.zip (if you're on Windows), HWOTA_2017050101_Linux.zip (If you're on Linux) and HWOTA_2017050101_MHA.zip.
Extract all to the same folder.
MHA-L29C636B181 firmware: http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/data/files/p3/s15/G1366/g104/v85049/f2/full/update.zip
MHA-L29C636B181 public data zip: http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/...49/f2/full/public/update_data_full_public.zip
MHA-L29C636B181 hw data zip: http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/...hw_spcseas/update_full_MHA-L29_hw_spcseas.zip
Place update.zip, public zip and hw zip in HWOTA/update/ folder.
Rename update_data_full_public.zip to update_data_public.zip
Rename update_full_MHA-L29_hw_spcseas.zip to update_all_hw.zip
Run update.bat if windows, ./update.sh from terminal if Linux.
Put phone in Download mode (Vol down+power+usb plugged in).
Select Same Brand Update when it asks.
Select Script Update Directory when it asks.
If all went well you should be on B181.

No you have to extract dload on your computer the move that folder to the phone.
This will Restock your device and lock it.
If you don't want to do that, I suggest you download RomAur from here
Download the following files
RomAur B182 v1.5
KangVip Framework for v1.5
L29C636 Data Files B181
Then copy them to your Internal or External Drive
Then follow from Step 7
7 - Make a FULL Wipe if come from another FW, before installing the ROM on TWRP(DALVIK-CACHE,CACHE,DATA,SYSTEM)
8 - Install Rom
9 - Install Data Files
10 - Reboot
11 - Install KangVip - Optional
12 - Enjoy

It is a bit difficult to download from this site but there are several tutorials on the internet that show you how to download without having to create an account and also how to bypass the speed limit. What worked most for me was downloading a script for tampermonkey.
To flash this ROM you need to have your bootloader unlocked and a custom recovery.
Its simple to flash it just download the rom and put in a sdcard (more safe because sometimes the recovery don't show the internal memory) or the internal memory of the device.
Reboot to the recovery and perform a wipe just wipe the systen, data, cache and dalvik cache nothing more.
Be carefull and always have an backup saved before doing everything.
After the wipe, go to flash and select the location of the zip file then select it and chose confirm.
After this the rom will be istalled in your device and you can reboot to the MIUI.
