UPDATE 11/23/2016, mentioned this charger to Nathan K, and he linked me a review done by HKJ http://budgetlightforum.com/node/45176.
COMMENTS: "He felt it was "a bit too powerful". Translation (and my opinion): it lacks overload protection safeties, avoid.
"No individual port overload protection."
UPDATE 11/15/2016: I tested with my Pixel XL and it handles 1400-1450mA in port (A) using stock a-c cable and 1450-1530mA in port (c) cabled usb-c..
UPDATE 11/12/2016; This morning I plugged in at 66% on phone, ampere showed the charger feeding 2400mA. This is as fast as my zerolemon QC wall charger on my lg g4.

FIY: I don't think this is capable of charging the Pixel at 18w max, but it should be able to do it safely at 15w (5v 3A). It supposedly can't handle max charging two devices either. It has a permanently attached USB C cable and a USB A slot.

PSA; as some of you know Benson Leung fried his Chromebook Pixel while testing. Others may not know that on November 9th Nathan K posted messing up his Pixel's Port controller as well.

Quick Charging Accessories/Cables

I'm looking to find which quick Charging adapters you guys have found to work the best. Obviously Google is everyone's friend but seems that there are so many out there on Amazon that I don't know which one to go with. Also looking for recommendation on good cables. I have heard that there are some that don't work with the note 7

Tronsmart 18W Quick Charge 3.0 USB Wall Charger for Galaxy S7, S7 Edge, HTC 10, LG G5 - Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B015ZJKWFS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_MCqVxb4S6MR1H
I bought this brand, but not from Amazon. I live in Singapore, so I got the one with a UK plug.
As far as charging is concerned, it is able to do "Fast Charge" (do note, there is a difference between Qualcomm's Quick Charge and Samsung's Fast Charge)
As for cables, look out for reviews in Amazon by a Google Engineer named Benson Leung. Ever since he bought a cable to charge his Nexus with his Chromebook, and the latter blew up, he has been on a personal crusade to purchase every USB-C cable available to test for a particular flaw and getting their respective companies to rectify the problem.
My electrical physics is not up to speed, but I'm pretty sure this is a concern with USB-A to USB-C cable. C to C is not a problem. Someone may correct me here.
I grabbed an Aukey QC 2.0 wall plug & micro usb $12 on Amazon. It works great. I grabbed a few usb c adapters too.
This is great for additional charger than the stock one.
Also grabbed an Aukey 10,000 mAh battery pack ($18) for on the go. Has qc 2.0 and even recharge the unit with qc 2.0
Just sharing what worked for me. The price was right too.

With this cable: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B018JINCVS/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Wanted something portable, says "fast charge" on the screen and works great. Cable has been tested by Benson Leung as well.
Here is the direct link to Benson's Amazon reviews, I recommend picking a cable he has tested and approved:

PLEASE do let me know how many times does the PowerCore 10000 charge the Note 7 from 0 to 100%
Thanks
It should be very close to 2 times. I believe with the loss during charging you can expect about 7000mah in actual performance. I have not charged it without using the device during charging except once and it appeared to use half (2 lights left] It will charge even when using the phone although obviously at a slower rate. So you should have no problem charging it twice or just a hair under two full times based on my experience so far if not using the device during charging. When recharging the power pack itself, plan on leaving the power pack charging all night

I also grabbed the Aukey QC 2.0 wall charger and an Aukey type A to type C cable, braided. Aukey has the thickest braided cables I've seen. I have 3 of their braided type C cables, one being 6'. They're awesome. They also meet the Type C specs and are compliant.

I went with the black Samsung stand up charger since it was on sale in the store. Works perfect.
Benson's review of the braided Aukey wasnt great. I ordered a 5 pack of Choetech ones that did well on review. I had no idea about Benson's reviews when ordered. Glad they Check out though. Was originally going to buy the 5 pack of Aukey braided cables.

I bought the Samsung Wireless fast charge stand. The phone looks great charging, it charges fast, and you have another oem charging plug. Best Buy matched Amazon for the price of 43.00. You will not be dissatisfied with this charger. It has the old style USB plug so I can use it to charge my headphones, and I can use it to fast charge my Nexus.

Nice, good deal. May still get them. Love the black braided cables. Should prove to be very durable. I find that Anker, Tronsmart, Choetech and Aukey all have great quality stuff that appears to be from the same OEM. I trust them with my electronic power needs.

[Review] Choetech USB-C PD Charger, A-C /C-C Cables and C-A adapter

Disclaimer: I was sent these items in exchange for my fair and unbiased review
All pictures were taken with my Google Pixel XL, at night with less than perfect lighting for fun
Choetech 29W USB-C Power Delivery (PD) Fast Charger
Good decided to change their charging spec again this year in a good way. The Pixel/Pixel XL now properly support USB PD over both 5V and now 9V as you can see by the included charger with both phones. Last year’s Nexus 5X/6P only supported 5V/3A i.e. 15W, but this year Google bumped it up to 18W which in theory will give you more efficient charging at a faster rate due to the reduction of heat at higher voltages.
Choetech made a USB-C PD charger that supports a broad range of USB-C compatible devices, none of which I own aside from the Pixel XL since the Nexus 6P seems to be picky about what fast charges it and what doesn’t.
In the box:
USB C-C 1[m] cable
29W USB PD Charger
Documentation
The charger has more of a dual tone/texture with a smoother plastic on the bottom rim, and a textured one everywhere else. One thing that is hard to miss is the physical size of this charger; it dwarfs Google’s stock one, and even some other multiport chargers. This could be due to the tech required for a 29W charger, although I’m not exactly sure why it’s so large with only a single USB-C Port.
On the front you will of course find the USB-C port, and above it a subtle blue charging LED. As we turn to the back there is a handy fold away 2-prong wall plug that should be convenient if you travel a lot.
Unfortunately, I don’t have a way to really test the voltages like I did for previous phones because the USB-C PD spec makes it difficult. I know there is a way to check the voltages via a USB-PD power sniffer, yet I wasn’t about to spend ~$300+ on something that I wouldn’t use that often.
Here is the rated charging output:
5V/3A
9V/2A
14.5V/2A
Overall this charger works as it should, and despite its large size it would still be great for travel/bringing to work due to the folding plug in the back.
Choetech USB A-C Braided Cable 3-Pack
Last year we had to deal with non-compliant USB A-C cables everywhere in addition to a wider adoption of the USB-C spec for phones. Now, the majority of companies are on board, and meeting the USB spec thanks to Benson Leung.
I purchased a figurative ton of cables last year in an attempt to replace my then irrelevant Micro USB cables. I spent a good amount of money and time finding quality cables which at the time were very expensive. Choetech sent me a 3 pack of braided USB A-C cables that are nearly identical in quality to the i-Orange ones I paid $12-18 for each last year, yet now you can get a 3 pack for the price of just one cable.
Braided cables looks better, are generally more durable/expensive than your traditional USB-C cable. The ones I was sent feature a metal housing that feels solid, and looks great. I tested all 3 cables with a multimeter to ensure they were allowing the proper current to be pulled i.e. they have a 56K ohm-m resistor which is what Benson Leung checks for.
Choetech USB-C (2.0) Cable 2 Pack
If you want to rapidly charge (fast charge/quick charge) your Pixel/Pixel XL, then you need to use a USB C-C cable. This 2-pack contains both a 2[m], and 1[m] USB C-C cable that both allow your Pixel to quick charge on both the stock charger, and 29W one that Choetech also offers. I verified that rapid charging shows up on my phone no matter which cable I use (Choetech, or OEM Google) as they should. The only downside I can find is these only support USB 2.0 data transfer speeds not 3.0 which is fine because most people don’t have a USB-C port on their laptop/PC. These cables aren’t braided like the USB A-C ones, but they still feel nice. I’ve actually owned a number of these dating back to the early days of my Nexus 6P, and they have held up well over time. None of my cables have frayed, broken, or otherwise had issues over the past year. These cables are premium in the sense that they will last a long time despite not looking as nice as some other offerings. I keep one of these and a variety of cables, chargers, and adapters with me in my work bag just in case I might need one during the day, or when I’m out in the field.
Choetech USB C-A Adapter
USB C-A adapters aren’t the most common things you might need, yet they’re still very useful if you need to plug a flash drive into your phone, or another peripheral.
Choetech sells a small 3-Pack of these adapters which come in gold, blue, and black. Personally I prefer a more subtle color like black, although having a choice between colors can be refreshing. Each adapter is made in such a way that it should work with most cases. I was able to use it on my Nexus 6P with a Spigen Rugged Armor case, but it wouldn’t fit in my Pixel XL’s Speck Presidio (YMMV).
Both of my phones were able to instantly recognize any flash drive I plugged into them via these adapters unlike some of the earlier ones (I own one that’s very picky) that were very inconsistent. I then decided to test one of these USB C-A adapters on my desktop since my motherboard has a USB 3.1 Gen2 Type-C port. I was able to plug my flash drive into the adapter, and use it without any problems (see pictures below).
Overall these adapters are more of a convenience than a necessity for most people, but it’s always good to be prepared. If you do get one, Choetech makes a strong case with their nice metal compact package.
Here is the adapter with my Nexus 6P (I used my Pixel XL to take all of the pictures in this OP at night with less than ideal lighting)
I have a USB-C port on my motherboard, so I decided to test the adapter (shown below for reference)

I find that hard to believe for a variety of reasons. First you're using an A-C cable which limits you to 1.5A charging i.e. 7.5WSecondly the included pixel charged will outputs 18W in phases so it will push 9V/2Aor 5V/3A depending in what the phone is requesting from it via PD.
I have a Motorola Turbo charger so I can easily prove my point with really data if need be.

I doubt this as well. Unless you have real data, I wouldn't be making these claims. Simply seeing "charging rapidly" is NOT indicative of ANYTHING. I have gotten this message to occur falsely before with chargers.

Get a USB Doctor or USB Ampere Sleeve, they are kinda cheap and work well. Let us know how well it works and if you can compare it to the stock one would be awesome. The Review doesn't say much about how well it works..
Edit; they only cost ~$5 and work great, the oled gives the best readout

Cables

I thought I would pass this one on, it's not listed on the spreadsheet yet, but according toe Choetech it is USB-IF certified. Jane Chh let me know on Facebook that she had gotten positive remarks from Benson Leung.
So I asked him on google+ and he confirmed as being a good cable, but a bit of over kill for the Pixel. At the current price I think it's a good option being that other good cables are about the same or more in price.

most any c to c charge at full speed, it all depends on your charger. the usb-if cheotech cable is over kill, that said I bought two

Wow this cable is fantastic. I was't expecting this kind of quality, the cable is thick and the connectors hefty. Transfer of data speed is much faster than my oem cable. Charging may be pseudo, but my pixel reported rapidly charging as soon as I plugged it in, with other cables it would eventually say that just before the screen would timeout. It may be overkill for my Google Pixel XL but well worth it.
Last picture included of standard Choetech usb type c to c cable for comparison.

I purchased this cable based on this recommendation. I tried it first with my Yoga 910 notebook using an Anker Powerport + 60W converter. The Yoga didn't like the setup, displaying an "x" next to the battery indicator and of course would not charge. My Pixel arrived the next day and I tried this cable with both the Pixel OEM adapter and the Anker. It likewise would not charge and I also experienced a crackling sound when I removed the cable from the Anker after the Pixel was plugged in. After some more research I noticed this exact cable is now listed on the spreadsheet posted in the following thread as having been tested by both Benson and Nathan K. with a "Bad" rating: https://forum.xda-developers.com/pixel/accessories/usb-c-c-c-cables-t3493357 (I'm too "new" to post a link to the spreadsheet itself, sorry)
At this point, this Choetech cable doesn't work with either adapter to power either my Pixel or my laptop. What's more, my Pixel no longer seems to like ANY C-C cables with either the OEM adapter or the Anker immediately after I try this Choetech cable. I can use the OEM A-C cable in a Type-A port and I can even use that A-C cable with the C-A dongle plugged into the OEM adapter or the Anker Type-C port and it powers the Pixel. It seems if reboot the phone or wait some extended period of time, the Pixel will work with other C-C cables again. Very strange, I agree.
All of these same cables (except the 10Gbps Choetech) will power my laptop with either the Pixel OEM adapter or the Anker. So it seems the other cables are all fine. I've tested for an hour or so (and note that I'm an electrical engineer with network hardware R&D experience) and I can only hypothesize so far that this Choetech cable has failed and now forces my Pixel into some state where it does not accept power from any C-C cable until reset.
I did buy the Choetech 6-pack of cables listed in the other post (ID: B01MG36MBZ) and they all seem to be working fine with my laptop and either adapter and also with the Pixel (except when I try them right after this 10Gbps Choetech cable). Caveat emptor with this Choetech product, but I'm returning mine immediately and hoping I haven't caused irreparable damage.

Caveat emptor with this Choetech product, but I'm returning mine immediately and hoping I haven't caused irreparable damage.

Interesting I have no such problem with the Google Pixel XL OEM Charger Brick and this cable, I use it every day. I went with Benson's direct comment on G+ of it being a good cable at the time, but what he was sent for testing and what we bought might be totally different. It's unfortunate that there doesn't seem to be consistency in quality control, the spreadsheet is live as far as recommendations are ever changing from one day to the next.
Which Anker Charger did you use, so I can read what recommendation comments Nathan K. and or Benson Leung give on your charger. EDIT: This one? https://www.anker.com/products/A2053111 (according to the spreadsheet "Lacks legacy encoding on D+/D-, won't work on legacy cables. 20v split PDO glitched.". It shouldn't work with A-C legacy cables..)
Also I only use the cables and chargers I post on the Pixel forums exclusively with my Pixel XL. I have read on their comments there being issues with swapping faulty PD chip chargers supplying wrong power between devices. Most particular chargers causing silent failures. You may have gotten a faulty cable, which would suck. BTW the 6 pack isn't listed on the spreadsheet. I have them as well, I've only used the short one and 1 longer one just fine. YMMV

That's the Anker adapter that I'm using, but I'm not using legacy ports, so the lack of legacy encoding wouldn't matter when using the Type-C interface with a C-C cable. We're talking about the cable and I've isolated it as such because I experience the same problem with the Anker and the Google OEM charger and this cable. And yes, I might have gotten a faulty cable - we'll know more when I receive the replacement cable that Choetech sends me.
But I suggest you also look again at the spreadsheet and realize that this very cable you are still staunchly defending has a -2 BAD rating according to test results by both Benson and Nathan K. Nathan has also just revealed his reasoning for the failing score for this cable. I'd link to it, but I haven't hit the 10-post threshold here, yet, but it's his latest comment on his pinned post on his G+ USB-C Analyses page. Quoted here:
I was working with +Choetech Official / +CHOETECH to resolve the issue I brought up. "Responsible disclosure." This is subsequent to +Benson Leung's (Dec 3, 2016) comment you link. However, they have ceased responding and in fact even asked me to retract my test results highlighting fundamental safety defects with their chargers. (Particularly their "#1 ranked" 15w one.) For that reason, I believe it would be fair to disclose some data openly now. I ran two tests: (1st) was private and I cannot discuss it. (2nd) was donated by +Francisco Vigil from Amazon and is under no disclosure restrictions. My findings replicate Benson's, if not significantly worse. This product is not pre-release, it is actively available and being sold to the public despite these flaws. I held off on reporting as a courtesy to Choetech to clean up their act, but given your report, it seems this was a mistake.

Are you really intending to defend this cable against their concerns with it as well? I also note that another Amazon reviewer to whom you responded experiences the same electrical crackling that I do, though his cable had not seemed to have failed...at least not yet. Needless to say, there is more than enough evidence to raise concerns with this cable. I'm glad it's working out for you, but I still wouldn't advise other people to try their luck with it despite the mounting evidence of potential for problems here.

Note I am not "defending" any cable device accessory or other wise. I just pass on what I see as a good deal at the time and post my OWN observations.
So you're stating that with the choetech usb-if cable you a hearing a "crackling" sound with BOTH your anker and the google oem charger? Your previous statement read as if it only happens with your Anker. As notated on the spreadsheet that charger has issues too, even though it's rated at 2 on their scale.
Benson Leung
+German M. It's a good cable, but if you're just using it to charge your Pixel XL, it's serious overkill. It is a full-featured Gen2 cable, meaning that it can support 10gbps USB 3.1 Gen 2 and simultaneous DisplayPort 4K video.
Neither of those things your phone actually supports. The XL only supports 5gbps USB 3.1 Gen 1.
Furthermore, this cable is only 1M long. The cable that came with your phone is 1.8M. You may find it a bit short.
There are probably better options for you if you just want a charging cable. If you want a cable that you may eventually use to hook up a new laptop with Type-C ports (such as a new MacBook Pro) to your Pixel XL though, the CHOETECH is a good choice.

If you notice, my comment linked that usb-if cable, was at the same time that a well known tester of usb c stuff (BL) suggested the cable he was sent is "good".. It may have since changed, as many of the recommendations on the spreadsheet have. Many of the top rated/reviewed cables and chargers with a 3, now have a -2 -3 rating.
I bought it at that time, based on comments and under my own assumption of risk. Fortunately my cables worked for me and my application.
That's why if you read further on Nathan K. and Benson Lueng's G+ they are reluctant to "recommend" stuff. After totalphase lent Nathan K. that tester, continued in depth testing as revealed flaws in many of their previously highly rated accessories.
Nathan K.
+German M. Click the link at the bottom of my post. It's a $20 Naztech 5A/100W USB 3.1Gen2. Yes, getting the Google 22.5W charger for $40 with its included Google USB 2.0 charging cable ($20 value) is wise financially. Yes, the Choetech is still fine (and for $10 at that). But I haven't tested the Choetech cable, and Benson hasn't published data (I was slow typing! See above), so between two unknowns that are both USB-IF certified I'd opt for the 5A one.

The above quoted from G+ was more than 6 weeks ago.
But you have to take their testing subjectively, depending on your application. Again, so far that cable used with the google stock oem charger with my pixel xl has worked for me without issues. YMMV

Yes - the crackling happens on both adapters - the Anker and the Google OEM adapter. I can recreate it every time. I first noticed it with the Anker adapter, but I wasn't listening for it every time, and if the TV were on for instance I might not have heard it. In the hours I've spent diagnosing the symptoms since then, I've been able to gain more useful information.
And, yes the spreadsheet notes some issues with the Anker adapter, but as I responded before those notes are specifically limited to the legacy ports, not the USB-C port, so that is completely irrelevant here.

I'm with you, and I noted that above as well. Benson did suggest that the cable was good from his experience in December. It worked fine for him and in that same message to you on the G+ page he noted that it had a blank E-Marker field and some other things, but he dismissively chalked that up to it probably being because it was a non-production unit as Choetech sent it to him to test (as a computer hardware R&D engineer with lots of experience in preproduction development, this makes perfect sense to me) As Nathan K. more recently notes, though, these same errors and perhaps more are also present in the production units and that is something they seem to agree is not acceptable and also very likely dangerous.
I bought it at that time, based on comments and under my own assumption of risk. Fortunately my cables worked for me and my application.

Very good. A live grenade may not detonate after the pin is pulled. YMMV.
I think what amazes me here is that you are very quick to point to the Anker adapter as a potential problem simply because it has some notes on spreadsheet (even though the specific notes have no bearing on the use of C-C non-legacy cables), but you then also downplay the spreadsheet as merely subjective in reference to a clearly failing score given to this non-legacy cable.
I, as well, bought the cable assuming my own risk. I bought it based on this very post you made and the fact that it had all good reviews on Amazon (six 5-stars and one 3-star at the time). Now I want to warn people that there is more evidence to suggest that the cable might not be a good choice. I don't care if I change your mind about using the cable, but I do wish you could just acknowledge that the info you posted above and based your initial decision on has now clearly changed - the cable does not have the blessings of Benson and Nathan K. after much more recent and extensive testing, and so that's probably for good reason.
EDIT: By the way - the Anker Powerport+ 60W USB-PD charger review by Nathan K. can be found on his G+ USB-C Analyses page in a post initially dated August 29, 2016 and he gave it an overall rating of EXCELLENT ("proof Anker can make good products, if they put their minds to it"). Maybe we can put that frolic to rest now. I'm still not sure about the notes in the spreadsheet regarding legacy cable support, but I have no problem powering USB-C devices with A-to-C cables using the legacy ports and neither Nathan K. nor Benson identify such issues in that post or their comments section. I still cannot post links, but you can open any G+ url and replace everything after the domain with: /u/0/102612254593917101378/posts/Z7uN3G6MF9r
Got in my Choetech 3pack and 6pack USB A to Type-C today. Man great sturdy build same as the C-C version. The braided is so nice, and transfer speeds on both cables are whopping fast! Good charging, tested several different brand OEM chargers. I ordered these after seeing they were on sale again on a slickdeals post and though I'd take advantage.

Any recommendations on the best car charger?

Hey all, just acquired my new Pixel XL. It's my first USB-c device so need to get some new cables... I was looking at USB-c car chargers on Amazon but not seeing any rave reviews on much. Do you all have any recommendations? Is there a certain standard of charger that is best for the Pixel (I.e. quick charge 2.0 or 3.0 etc)?
Thanks everyone for your input

The pixels use usb-pd and not quick charge 2.0 or 3.0. Currently, there is not a lot of great options. there are a few threads taking about it in this forum.

Shout out to @Nathan-K and Benson. I've spent hours reading their G+ pages and Amazon reviews and I'm blown away by the work they're doing trying to hold manufacturers accountable and keep consumers safe.
Tl;dr - most are junk currently, and some are even dangerous. 1 specific Verizon version for usb-c pd (TYPECPDVPC ONLY!) is the most acceptable one.
Sent from my Pixel XL
Check out this spreadsheet it has chargers on it and one is type car. There are no perfect PD chargers at the moment (18W) AUKEYCC-Y7 and Verizon 27w TYPECPDVPC are the least bad. It is probably best to take the 3W hit at the moment and go for a 15W non PD car charger like the Belkin 15w F7U005bt04-BLK or Nomad B015NN0OKO. Personally I have gone for the AUKEYCC-Y7 PD charger as although not perfect it is at least cheap.
Bear in mind that some chargers come with a fixed USB-C charging cable. Ones that are cable less will need a decent cable as well. Decent ones cost as much as the chargers. So given the current price I recommend going for the Belkin 15W charger with built in cable

So there's no issue using an old micro USB charging cable? I planned on using my old ones and I purchased a 2 pack of USB-C to Micro USB adapters from Amazon. Can't seem to get clarification about the micro USB chargers..
I have no clue with micro > C adapters. The OEM A>C cable works great and make sure any 3rd party A > C cables should have the required 56kΩ resistor.
I am using a few of these from Anker on an old .5a Moto charger, older Anker car charger and an extra thrown in my work bag.

Of course there is an issue, you need to use either use a micro to c adapter with a 56k ohm pull-up resistor in it or a an approved a to c cable that also has a 56k ohm pull-up resistor.
EDIT: make sure you bookmark that google spreadsheet and check it for up to date~ info.

I got the v3 CCTA from tronsmart and returned it, the pixel sees it as a device when you unplug and plug it into 12v with car turned off/not powering socket..
The 27w Belkin is now considered bad after further testing has shown it to allow the pixel to backfeed power.
Oh, all Belkins are now in the bad -2 recommendation..

Has anyone plugged their pixel into an "old" charger and actually had an issue? I see lots of people going crazy about chargers and also see lots of people that use any old charger they have with a cheap adapter and they have no issue.

I use my old charger with the oem a to c cable and my old a to micro cable with a micro to c adapter that has the 56k ohm resistor just fine, it's just slower than max, but no big deal. hardly ever have to use it, but have it just in case.
I have been using an old Anker pre QC charger and it has been working fine.
I haven't tried the QC3 charger in my wife's car yet.
For now the A>C cables with the 56 ohm resistor is the safe way to go.

I use this one I bought off Amazon. Been using it for a while. Never had any problems with it. Rapidly charges my pixel and you can charge 2 items at the same time. Check it out for yourself.

The Belkin 15 watt used to be recommended as it was the charger for the 6p. I have used it with the 6p and now the Pixel. Not sure why it went from 2 to -1. Obviously it does not do PD with the Pixel, but I cannot see it doing harm. Same is true for the Google 6p wall charger. I sue that with the Pixel also. Any thoughts?

I would guess the change is for charging as noted. There are some further comments about a lack of IR drop compensation circuitry in the Google+ information below. I view the list as simply somewhat subjective opinions from an engineer, and like you said, I couldn't find comments in Google+ to suggest the Belkin you're talking about might pose a threat to a phone. My previous Razr M would tend to lose power when charging and using navigation, so I may just keep the Belkin PD model and see what happens with a replacement, in spite of the current -2 in the list.

BEWARE: Counterfeit "stock" 6P chargers

It looks like there are a batch of counterfeit OEM 6P 5v fast chargers.
I have ordered from different sellers, both on Ebay and Amazon. In both cases, they were inoperable right out of the packaging. Also in both cases, the sellers immediately chose to refund despite my request for a replacement. Very shady..
Just to add, I contacted Huewei support and they have confirmed that they do not have any OEM chargers available to purchase.

Mine quickcharges like a boss
I bought this one (below) from Amazon. Paid a little more for it, but it fast charges my 6P, my wife's Le Pro3, my daughter's iPhone, and anything else I've connected to it so far. With multiple ports, I only use 1 wall plug instead of many.

Has anyone used a current testing app to verify you are actually "fast charging," I'd be interested to see the actual amperage results based on charger type. My understanding is that the official Huewei charger was proprietary to the device and other chargers will not provide true fast charging speeds..
