Google Pixel Boot Logo and Bootanimation for Moto E 2015 (surnia) - E 2015 Themes and Apps

Google Pixel Boot Animation For Moto E2015
Here is the Google Pixel Official Bootanimation.
I have modified a flashable zip for nexus 5x making it compatible and with the right resolution for the surnia. Here there's a logo.bin made with Motorola Boot Logo Maker, that contains bootlogo, battery logo, logo unlocked (it's the same as bootlogo so you don't have the padlock at startup), logo lowpower, and logo unplug.
That shouldn't brick your phone, but anyway i am not responsabile for any damage to your phone.
REQUIREMENT:
-Unlocked bootloader
-root or recovery
-A pc with adb&fastboot
HOW TO INSTALL:
Bootanimation
-Download the zip
-Reboot to recovery
-Flash the zip
-Reboot
-Done
(Or)
-Extract the zip
-Move to /system/media
-Set permission (rw-r-r)
-Reboot
-Done
Logo.bin
-Download the logo.bin.zip
-Rename the file to logo.bin (don't uncompress as the file is not a zip, xda does not permit bin file to be uploaded )
-Reboot your phone in bootloader
-Using fastboot, flash it using the following command:
Code:
fastboot flash logo /path/to/logo.bin
-Done
And now Pixel is here on Moto E 2015!

i've made a dark version, but you have to install the bootanimation manually with a root exlorer (i don't know why the flashable zip isn't working.... Tomorrow i'll try again). For the logo.bin the installation doen't change

I've changed bootanimation but when i reboot, i don't see anything

Thanks!

Hey! Huge work! It may be dumb, but the question is if I can flash or install this into otus? Screen resolution is the same so I guess it will be no prob, however, if it does not work I can just reflash the stock one with no issues as it does not touch the system, right? Please correct me if I am wrong, thanks.

Yes, otus is completely compatible with this.
For safety(or Just in case you don't like it) make a backup of the stock Bootanimation. In case you need it i can provide also the stock logo.bin.
Glad you like it c:

It would be nice when you publish your updates on Github. Having the actual source in github may help sorting out the remaining problems.

p.s.
You may not realise, but the U8160 kernel sources were published by Huawei in compliance with the GPL after some pressure on Vodafone by gpl-violations.org. The very same license requires that further modifications, including those to the build configuration, are published also.

I just flashed this rom and now my MIN CPU frequency is 153 and Max CPU frequency is 691. The rom is working very well on u8110.
Edit: Only issue I've noticed now is that the internal SD of the phone doesn't mount, and that the external SD is mounted in its place when the phone is connected to the pc (even when you don't choose to mount it, and when you mount it nothing changes, then when you unmount it, the internal SD is still not mounted)
The good thing however is that the external SD is readable and writable so there's no need to use QtADB

I link to the drivers on your post only links to amon-ra recovery.
Also barcodescanner, google goggles, and flashlight all don't work and crash the camera along with them and you have to reboot to get the camera to work again. :/ Would be really nice if you found a fix because this rom is fine otherwise.
Thanks.

[Q] problems with CyanogenMod 7.1 and 3G

Hi, yesterday i installed the CyanogenMod 7.1 for Galaxy Fit, everything was going great, but this mornig i have troubles registering with my 3G provider, if i reboot the phone, it registers, but about 2 minutes later it unregisters, so i had to reboot again, if i try to register manually, doesn't find the network.
I used the w3 euseuandroid dot com guide
edit 1: Sometimes it registers manually, but goes down with intermitence, drops signal about 1 minute later.
edt 2: if i check the "use only 2G networks" works fine, so i have no 3G
if anybody knows how to fix this issue i would be fully gratefull
p.d sorry for my english
-----------------------------------

Guys here's the solution for 3g issues with cm7.1...
-Open fitdroid Rom zip with winrar
-browse to /system/etc/apns_conf.xml
-drag the file to your desktop
-now move the file to the root of your SD card
-use root explorer and browse to /system/etc and rename the existing apns_conf.XML file to apns_conf.XML.back
-now move the copied file from the root of your SD card to /system/etc
And your done...3g works like a charm now
Press thanks if this helped.

Spike

Thanks everybody for your kind replies,
I will try spike1902's solution, and will post the results
PinG91: thanks a lot i will start to search for it right now
anshulsingh12995: Try Vignette, a great app, it supports zoom too
harshiv: try to wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache partition before install the CM7.1
Kind Regards,
Maleficus
Edit1: unfortunately spike1902's solution didn't worked =(
Edit 2: I think i cannot use 3G because in latin america we work in 900/2100 frecuencies, and i know in europe /Asia there are different frecuencies and CM 7.1 is based in a "non-latin america" ROM
I just had to go back to stock Gingerbread, 3G working just fine.
This exercise taught me several things, CM 7.1 is based on a European or Asian ROM, and 3G frequencies are different from Latin America, so while there is no CM 7.1 ROM based on Latin America, it is best to keep the stock ROM if you have to use 3g, if not, CM 7.1 is great .

Maleficus

[ROM]JAPONINJA_ICS <<_>> FINAL
I sold my P920, so this project is abandoned...
Hi there,
I cooked a rom based on [ROM][ICS][P920] First ICS 4.0.4 Full 3D ROM Ported From SU760.
DOWNLOAD:
Japoninja_ICS_O3D FINAL
Features:
Removed all the korean stuff and the bloatware.
Fully deodexed (apps and framework)
Removed 3d games
OverClock at 1.2 GHz.
Init.d enabled
Rooted
SMS 160 chars.
XDA APP installed.
Titanium Backup installed.
Removed all korean trash.
The apps from here already included
Enabled JIT (Pimp My ROM)
Installed Sony Walkman suite : Music Player & Visualizer, Clearbass soundfx and Image Gallery & Editor (Pimp My ROM)
camera from here
Face Unlock
Awesome Beats (works with Music Player (walkman) from (Pimp My ROM)
You can choose the awesome beats on system settings > sound options > Music Effects > Awesome Beats.
Boot animation from here
Some tweaks I copied from ThiaiZ roms.
Modules from here
zipalign and all the stuff from [SCRIPTS][TWEAKS][ICS]SlaidyBoost Beta1
Special THX for:
defcomg: deodexed the apps and made a lot of cool things I'm using on this rom.
NeObr: Beta tester
You can use morelocale2 to change the android to your language.
THIS ROM LOOKS LIKE A STOCK ROM, BUT FASTER.
If you like it please thx.
If you want to pay me a coffee
HOWTO INSTALL:
I couldn't create a zip install :'(
*If someone can create it please tell me.
THIS IS NOT A ZIP INSTALL :|:|:|: FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW.
Step by step install:
1- Make sure you've the ICS running on your phone.
2- Root it
3- Install twrp
4- download the file on download link.
5- Do a backup of your cell to create the restore folder to TWRP
6- Unpack it into the inside the folder of your sdcard on the folder that looks like /sdcard/_ExternalSD/TWRP/BACKUPS/XXXXXXXXXX (change this x for your created folder and also save your backup) .
7- reboot into twrp.
8- select restore, and restore system, I also putted the boot and recovery images on file to make sure your cel will boot up
IMPORTANT:
The deodexed keyboard rises a fc, please install the attached one or the one on apps manager.
I made a video http://youtu.be/Bz8d_Yxfews
This video was recorded using airdroid so antutu benchmark is not accurate on the video.
Well I don't know how to explain, but for the first time I don't yell at my phone everytime I really need it, like to use gps or unlock the screen while listening some mp3.
My sdcard is 32 gb and it has almost 120000 inodes, so I removed it from antutu test.
PS: Now the apps manager also has wifikill and airdroid.
If you like it, please give me a feedback, so I can reopen this project or go for another.

Removed the golf game.
Use morelocale2 to change the language to your language.
I use the 21a br baseband and works nice.
I left my phone on stand by beside my bed with full battery, and on the morning it has 92% battery yet
zipalign and all the stuff from SCRIPTS][TWEAKS][ICS]SlaidyBoost Beta1
Credits for all this guys, I just cooked it on my phone and wanted to share.
To install, restore the files on zip with twrp.
I putted the boot, restore and system files on zip.
You must already be using the ics from the first link and the twrp from here.
Any questions are welcome, sorry for the poor english, I'm brazilian and the education system here is very poor.
Also has the camera from [DEV]JB4.2 Cam + ICS Camera
Thanks for all the guys who made this topics.

I did, is it supposed to just look exactly the same as what I am currently running? I installed as per your instructions and everything was the same except the additional applications. I also note that it wouldn't read my sd card after flashing as well. I as well as others appreciate your work mate so keep going, maybe this thread should be moved to development. Maybe you could theme the rom as well and put up some pictures. It might have been because I was in the car but the beats mod didn't seem to be doing anything.

Hi there,
This is not possible, because you must be already running the ics, cwm can't install all your system due the partitions sizes and specifications.
Best Regards,
Can this be moved to development?
I didn't created it there, because I couldn't create this topic there.
Thx.
I will try today this rom

Well been a few days no major reports, so Beta tag removed.
So the /sdcard issue I was worried about, it seems TWRP /sdcard is actually found on /data/media
This was built from JB sources, so its not recommended for ICS, please attempt at your own risk and let us know.
.img files for Heimdall or Mobile Odin. .zip files are NOT CWM flashble, they contain a .tar.md5 inside which can be use with Odin. (If you don't know how, please ASK!)
CWM.zips will have to wait a bit..
Please report any errors/etc.
Thanks to Daniel_hk for updated manifest and for build-k script(that makes it so much faster!)
reserved for future use.
Git is still trouble for me.
Mods if you need source I post my files.
So, been a day or so, and no replies.. Id like to hear how it is working on CM ROMS.
I know I need to fix /sdcard mount in recovery.fstab, I will have to unpack stock to check it.
This may mean that we will need 2 versions, one for stock JB ROM, and one for CM 10.1 ROMS.
I should have this settled in a few days.
I did try to port a theme, I got about halfway, and dont have the time or ability at the moment, I think I would need some kind of IDE console/Emulator, or get /sdcard and USB storageto mou t, so I can push ui.xml and just reload theme changes from recovery.
Installed and used it to install paranoid android off of external memory. Worked smooth. I haven't tested it further. Very excited to see it though. I much prefer TWRP. Thanks for sharing.

I gave up trying to 'fix' /sdcard issues that aren't issues, /sdcard is on /data/media and you have to mount external_sd for it to show up in external_sd folder in recovery file manager.
Any issues, report them and I will see what I can do.
Partition SD card UI is screwed up a bit by default. If anyone /needs/ to use that, let me know and I can attempt a ui.xml theme to fix.
I will keep the Beta tag for a few more days, if there are no bugs to report, I will upload Odin .tar and flahable .zip

Ho rinunciato a 'risolvere' i problemi / sdcard che non sono problemi, / sdcard è in / data / media e si deve montare external_sd per esso a mostrare in cartella external_sd in questioni manager.Any recupero file, segnalarla e Vedrò cosa posso do.Partition SD interfaccia utente è avvitato un po 'di default. Se qualcuno / esigenze / da usare che, fatemelo sapere e posso tentare un tema ui.xml per fix.I manterrà il tag beta per qualche altro giorno, se non ci sono bug da segnalare, Io caricare Odino. Sure, im pretty busy. Maybe later today or tomorrow.

Thanks for this, I flashed .img file via Mobile Odin. Desktop Odin can't flash this, it shows invalid MD5, but Mobile Odin flashed it sucessfully. Looks good on my P6200:good:

Yeah, I'm getting invalid MD5 issues as well. Does anyone have a link to a working .zip for the 6210?

Sorry for not responding, I'll see what I can do to make a video tutorial. I don't have a very powerful computer, and many of the images I creat for the bootlogos I make them directly in my device.
Also I must say that I'm not a professional graphical designer, but I make the best out of what I know and what I have.

@mg_jishad I saw your comment on the moto e thread, I wanted to answer you in this thread cause I didn't want to spam the other one.
I didn't test the flashable zip to see if they worked. I'll be sure to add more dark background boot logos.

Yeah, I was almost sure the zips wouldn't work . For now the only method is via fastboot, until I find a way to make it flashable via TWRP. Sorry
