Metal Pro / Discover / issues - Xperia Z5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi there
Since I have a Z5, I discovered an alternative app to Facebook, basically it does the same job, but with less autorisations.
I'm not here to advertise, but I just want to share this app with you because I guess everyone wants to use fb but not everyone wants to get hit by aimed ad or see there informations stolen from them.
Also I have just a little problem with this app and I wonder if someone can help me to solve it.
The problem is that I can't tag my friends on a publication, everything if pretty fine exept this.
If someone can help me on that it would be great also if you want to talk about the app or present other, you're totally free to do it

[APP] Developer partner wanted for idea

Hello,
Hope I'm posting this in the right place (sure I'll be told if I'm not).
I have an idea for an app and have written up a requirements document that includes wireframes. The app has the same functionality as an app like instagram and is based around the greeting card market.
I've wafted my idea in front of a couple of mobile app developers but the quotes I have received how been well out of my price range, so I am looking to see if there are any developers out there interested in working on the project with me.
I think it's a winner and would be happy to share the idea with anyone interested in working on it with me.
Let me know if you're interested?
Thanks
Ben

Android development idea

Hello to everyone!
I've been learning to code for a while so to create my own application/software idea but the problem is that I found out that it isn't really my "area". The thing is I still got this awesome idea that I really want to be developed. It's pretty obvious that I'm not just yelling out what the idea specifically is...but... I need someone that:
1- Knows how to develop an app and release to it in "play store".
2- Good all-round(by this I mean can easily jump from one problem to a completely different problem)(I don't need a "programmer or nothing")
3- Well motivated and friendly.
4- This idea obviously needs some funding. I can do that on my own if you don't want to. Without a doubt the profits will be split between us (This will be later accorded when we meet up)
The idea basically is: Develpment of an alternative market. Come on read on... By market I don't mean Aptoid,Snappzmarket where people can steal software...It's a different market.
The idea won't make you a billionare! But it has an incredible amount of potential if done correctly...and that's where I need you.
I currently live in Italy but can travel anywhere in Europe without any problem.
If anyone is interested in this please contact me via PM. I'm relitively new to xda developers but I have been reading loads of great stuff on it so THUMBS UP XDA! I'm not posting my email address for SPAM reasons.

[Q] How do you guys manage your apps?

Hey guys.. I have a number of apps on the app store and have worked for a number of startups on their Android applications and something I find a huge pain is managing user submitted bugs, feature request, ideas, feedback etc.. Currently I get all of those via email, facebook, twitter, google plus and they all go into a text file (I know..) which is a pain to manage..
Obviously there are tools like Jira and the like but I was wondering if there are any other tools you guys use for this kind of thing, preferably something I could direct users to so they can see what's in the pipeline, what's being fixed etc.. but if not anything to manage it would be great.
Btw for complete transparency I'm currently looking at building a platform to solve this problem for myself so I'm just looking for feedback from the community if this is actually an issue or if there's some well known tool I've somehow missed which would save me the time.

Privacy Ace App: Is it any good?

Hello Friends,
My name is Ivaylo and I am new to the forum. I decided to make a registration, because I wanted to ask for some help from you guys. For the past few weeks, I have been looking for an app that can help me protect my personal information (Facebook, Phone gallery, Call logs, etc.) on my smartphone (currently using Samsung Galaxy S5). I have tried quite a few free apps from Google Play such as AppLock, Smart AppLock and the like. Among those, I came across this app called Privacy Ace. To be honest, I liked the design and interface of Privacy Ace. Both very pretty simple and user friendly. On the other hand the other apps I tried (i.e. Smart AppLock) offer more features (i.e. 'Observer' feature; if someone tries to access your phone and enters the wrong password a few times, the app takes a picture of that person and later on you can see who has tried to break into your phone). However Smart AppLock, for example, has kind of a clustered interface. It was really difficult for me to find out how to use the various features of the app. I really got frustrated while trying to figure out how to use it. I am not the most intelligent person, but I know how to use smartphones, if you know what I mean. Still I am looking for something that is simple to use and can get the job done.
So my question basically is: has anyone else tried Privacy Ace and is it any good? How is the app performance-wise? Should I give it a try? Feel free to suggest other apps of the same type too.
Thanks for the help in advance
Cheers
Ivaylo

Hermit Lite Apps Browser Feedback

Happy New Year Everyone ! Has anyone heard of / use this app: https://hermit.chimbori.com/ ? And if so what are your thoughts about it, I have it installed on my phone & I'm trying it out. The concept behind it is pretty interesting, I was just trying to obtain some possible feedback about it.
Thanks,

Sorry for the late feedback. I ve just discovered it.
I m giving it a try and i m very happy with it. The app is lightweight and stable. Since Maki app was discountinued, i tried many apps like Folio, hootsuite, metal... hermit is for me the the only one that suits to my needs. Otherwise, many reddit users advise it.
The web monitor option is the only thing i can t manage to understand. Indeed, i looking for how to receive alerts notifications on xda for example and it is a pain because i don t know the css language despit reading the help page one the hermit website.
I continue to investigate and i think i m not the only one in this case. If i find the right way to obtain notification inside hermit, i will back to give the solution.
If you have some specific questions, don t hesitate. I will be glad to give you my feedback.
