This is for the latest Nougat. The battery changes color with every percent of charge that it drops. If you are on another Rom and want to try it, give me your framework-res.apk and systemui.apk
These colors are random colors I picked. If you have a particular order of colors you would like to see, provide me with the hex numbers. I left the last 15 red for the original low battery. Flash via recovery.

I'm running plasma-uberstock Rom. It has some things built in it and it is deodexed so I can add the others. Stock Nougat can't have those yet.
Working nicely. As always with ur mods...

I finally got the systemUI.apk to deodex, decompile, and recompile without FC.
This should have rainbow batt, internet speed, and percentage next to clock. Make a backup first.
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=385035244224385477
So that works on stock? Nice job!
I need only battery percentage, without battery bar. And internet speed centered on the status bar(up/down)
Could you make that?
Sorry if asking too much, but I guess lots of people need that like I do

I might be able to center internet speed but uncertain. Those are not my smali files so the up/down is a no go.
I can replace battery icon with just percentage.
Okay, that's good enough

Try it out. I left the battery in. Like dog121 said, you can hide in the systemui tuner.
That works, thank you although the battery icon in tiles is colored, would be better if it stayed as it was. And my tiles changed to 4 in a row, used to be 3 by default.
What's the timing for network speed refresh?

Not sure about refresh speed. I've never looked in the smali's.
I change my tiles to 4 column's. I can change it to three for you. The battery can be changed in the quick settings too. It takes some of it's attributes from the statusbar battery. This did start as a rainbow battery thread but in the mean time i finally got Nougat deodexed and could add some other things.
Yes please, would be great if you could remove the color of the battery back to stock in quick settings, and number of columns back to 3.
Thanks man.

[MOD] "More AOSP Looking" no AM/PM or Carrier Label Status Bars for different roms!
Started a new thread because this was buried inside a request and started to get a lot of pms.
These are SysemUI.apk (in cwm flashable zips) for various roms. Some of you expressed interest in a more "AOSP" looking status bar as seen here:

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",

"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Changes made:
No Carrier Logo (AT&T)
Removed AM/PM (and made clock blue)
EVERYTHING else is the same (im not themeing)
note: I cannot make a universal zip because i wanted to preserve the mods made by the rom developers (theme, 15 toggle, icons, color, etc). So instead I will try to make them for the current main roms out there.
If you need another just make a request and ill try and get to it asap. It would save me time if you also included the SystemUI.apk so i dont have to download every single rom haha.
Devs:
Feel free to use them, or PM me and ill tell you what .smali to edit so you can include this in your future releases.

Question
The screenshot shows WiFi Strength bars. Just curious, doe this maintain the $G LTE Icon, or just a plain 4G? Not necessarily a dealbreaker, but like to know before deciding to install. Also, to revert, just remove it? Nice work, BTW. Really responsive to community needs!

i appreciate it!
it will preserve whatever icons that were originally in your rom. it doesnt change any icons whatsoever. just the clock, clock color, and removes the carrier (although most roms do this already).
and yea to revert just push the original SystemUI.apk that came with your rom.
hope this clarifies things

First Full Credit to vegeta1 for the orignal mod and the images. My contribution consists only of porting it over to the US SGS3. If you use this please go to this thread and thank him.
This was made for Synergy 1.7. It will work on 1.5, 1.6, 1.7 and any future release that does not require a wipe.
This *should* also work for any touchwiz based deodexed rom like bean's or others.
This will overwrite any custom themeing done to SystemUI.apk. If you want to keep your mods, post you systemUI.apk and what you want done.

Since I didn't find directly a discussion thread about locksreens, I created one.
But anyway, what lockscreens do you use? I used Cover with my SGS3, but now I want something different. And I really don't know others. What are your favorite locksreens and why?
I'm using AcDisplay right now, used DynamicNotifications for a long time before that. Widget Locker Pro is really nice if you're looking for a more customizable stock lockscreen.
WidgetLocker for me. Can theme it as you like

"Immerse Me" is pretty decent. Hides the nav & status bars in most apps.
Sense 6 Toolbox - for tons of great features. Some might just be aesthetic, but others offer great functionality (like completely blocking access to the power menu while my pattern lock is on the screen).
Xperia/AOSP NavBar Buttons - to edit the contents (and order) of my navbar
GravityBox - for circle battery and a few other features
Is there a specific link for xposed on the M8?

Is there any trick to flashing this via Flash Fire. My 6P is encrypted, and TWRP does not work obviously.

That is so ugly... I wonder how hard it is to change out nav icons? I'd have a brand new reason to root my phone.
The Nexus 5X have this launcher with the Nougat update ?
