Hello!
I want to root my Acer GT-810 Tablet ("Predator").
Where exactly can I found Custom Roms for it and how can I install these?
I've tried nearly everything by "Root Master", "Kingo Root", "KingRoot" etc., but non of this worked...
Please help me - I'm going to despair!

Hello,
I have an Prestigio 4322 smartphone which is on MTK6577 1.2ghz processor, has android 4.1.1 jellybean and kernel 3.4.0 version, I tried to root this phone with many programs such as: Mtk droid tool, root with bin4ry, unlockroot, motochopper etc. but those programs wasn't effective. The motochopper was the only program which installed supersu, but programs which require root access was not working, also root checker showed that my device is not rooted and I was unable to update supersu from recovery. I spent a lot of time to trying to root this phone, but now I'm so sad and I don't have any solutions, so I came here to ask again and get answer.. help me : (

Hello to everybody.
As the title says . can some suggest a method to successfully root/unlock Qmobile's a900i.
I searched the internet got upto some softwares like vroot, shuame, towel root etc. But they actually didn't worked for me.
I came to this site searched it and found a method to root Q a900 . tried it but that also didn't worked.
I installed latest driver from pdanet , moborobo and an other app i don't remember its name.
I don't want to install any custom rooms or flash factory reset recovery just want to unlock / root this phone cause i want to run
Freedom app on this phone . This was my main questions.
Secondary:
1) Why i don't have 4xmsaa enabler or tick option in developer's option even though i became a Developer from the about phone tab.
2) After only rooting my A900i not installing customs
Roms or flashing the recovery what will happen if i factory reset my phone.. That's all.

Have you tried Framaroot.apk HERE
Although Framaroot did not work for me but i had success with Vroot but did not like the default Super User app in it(i wanted chainfires SuperSU), then i had to unroot my phone and again root with Kingo HERE this did the trick for me.
Worth a try:fingers-crossed:

.
First you need root then you can get the rest of the settings with an app that requires root permissions. I dont know the name of the app but i will find it and update this post. or it can also be done with Xposed Framework(the possibilities).
2) After only rooting my A900i not installing customs
Roms or flashing the recovery what will happen if i factory reset my phone.. That's all.

If you are just resetting the device SuperSU should stay there because it resides in system/ partition.
Please leave a thumbs up if i helped!
Hello,
So one of my friends has an Acer Liquid E1 brought from China. It's a nice phone and it works perfect. The only issue with it is connected to the region.
I've tried installing a Google Play Store APK but it won't work. When I've finally found one that was working, and not crashing continously, it didn't connect to the Google servers; it stucked to the log in part. Basically, I cannot install any type of Google services on it.
I've tried several methods of rooting, softwares that are rooting your phone with one click (I was in a hurry so I thought this could be helpful) but all of these softwares are telling me that my phone is already rooted...I've tried unrooting it and than rooting it again, but it seems like there's no success.
So, can you tell me a good way of rooting this phone? I've also tried a method which I've found here on the forum, but with no success. It used a flash tool.exe application. .
thank you!
Hi,
Here is a dedicated all in one thread for your device with lots of good stuff in, and you can ask questions there also...

Good luck!

Please understand if the phone is already rooted (Either before you or one of your methods), all attempts might fail.
First test with [APP][2.2+] Simple Root Checker
If that failed, then install SuperSU app from [STABLE][2014.10.15] SuperSU v2.14
Once you open the app, it might prompt to update your binaries. If yes, do so then reboot and check the Root with the first app.
If SuperSU says, you don't have Root, then please review

Good Luck.

Hi There,
Does anyone know how I can root an Acer Talk S (A1-724)?
It's still new but I'm hoping someone knows?
Thank you.
1. Try Framaroot or Towelroot app
2. If above do not work try on computer: Kingo Android ROOT, Root Genius, iRoot etc.
3. Best root method is flash Chainfire SuperSU (hxxp://download.chainfire.eu/supersu) in custom recovery like CWM, TWRP.
PS. When you find custom recovery sometimes bootloader prevent from flash it to your device and the only way is to unlock it.
Tried all the above root methods, still no luck...
Any other ideas? I really need to root this unit since it has a battery issue that constantly states 100% I never know when it's going to shutdown.
How to root Acer Iconia Talk S A1-724 for sure

Bonjour (Hello in french)
I tried so many many procedure during weeks... :crying: none of them were efficient !!!!.... until some minutes ago !!!! :victory:
KINGROOT is great !!!!
Go to the website of Kingroot : kingroot.net
Download the apk file : KingRoot-4.0.0.233-release-201505071219_105001.apk
Put it in your phone
(I was in USB debbuging mod., but I do not know if it is really necessary)
Install it
Run it
That's it !!!!
You can verify the result and the efficiency with some rootchecker ....
HI, I've tried every rooting method out there. Towerlroot, kingroot, kingoroot, 4fy scripts, framaroot, etc. and nothing works. I set up a dedicated partition to run bbq linux and have completed step one of https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/general/twrp-dragon-touch-x10-allwinner-a83t-t3372477 post. Now i need the stock recovery or boot.img from the device and have no idea how to get that. If anyone could help me I would appreciate it. Oh, im running 5.1.1 on the tablet s8 firmware version 6.7.7_2016.02.15. I forgot to mention that kingroot was able to place install the superuser app but it says the superuser binaries arent' found like in /system/bin/su etc. This information is from root checker basic.
Please help and sorry if i posted in the wrong forum. I'm still learning.
Thanks, JZ
