Phone has been completely wiped - Galaxy S6 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hopefully someone can help. I've a Samsung Glaxy G925F here which has been completely wiped, it's got nothing on it. It can't even boot up. The only thing on it is TWRP recovery. How would I go about getting the phone up and running again? I've tried flashing the stock ROM on to it, but get an error saying "Could not find 'META-INF/com/google/android/update-binary'".
Any help would be appreciated.

Tried flashing matching pit, and than fw through Odin?
Or Smart Switch emergency initialization with phone sn?

S4 bootloop help! Are you smart enough to fix this?

I have an S4 SGH-I337 I'm trying to fix for a friend. It's stuck in a boot loop, but I'm still able to get into "Recovery Mode" and "Download Mode". The phone is not "USB Debugging" enabled, and is bootloader locked ATT... I assume. Owner says its still stock and he didn't try to flash or unlock it in any way. I've installed Odin v.3.10.7 and tried to flash a stock ROM from Sammobile.com, but got the message : Failed (Auth). When I tried another ROM I found on a blog about fixing a soft-bricked s4, I was able to get a PASS on Odin. I rebooted into recovery and cleared cache/factory reset after it finished but still have a bootloop. I tried adding a PIT file to the process and still bootloop. Why doesn't the ROM from samobile.com work if it's a stock ROM? Are there any other files I can flash like a new bootloader or whatever, or just the two I tried? Is it possible the hardware is fried? I'm not ready to give up yet.

Stuck on boot after 6.0.1 booatloder/MODEM installation using ODIN. TWRP inaccessable

Hello, good sirs.
I do believe I messed up my G920F phone.
Here are the details:
Using ODIN I installed bootloader/modem referred to in http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...xtrestolite-deodexed-mod-edition-1-0-t3094423
ODIN tells me it's a success, and phone reboots.
Now it's stuck here, at SAMSUNG Galaxy S6 screen, with a nice little text on top saying "recovery is not seandroid enforcing". I am able to enter download-mode, but TWRP I can not.
Prior to this, I used the XtreStoLite 5.1.1 ROM. Now I wanted to flash 6.0.1.
I tried flashing unikernel to resolve this, no result.
I tried flashing back 5.1.1 bootloader/modem - and ODIN fails to do so.
Am I pretty ****ed or is there a way to fix this?
I had the same problem as yours. Tried everything and no luck. But after I flashed the stock marshmallow ROM for the SECOND time, my phone was back to normal magically...
BTW, mine is 920I.
Just flash this via Odin; (If you're using G920F)
http://arter97.com/browse/S6/kernel/13.1/g920fi/arter97-recovery-g920fi-13.1-twrp_3.0.2-0.tar.md5
#2 I never got around to installing the ROM, even once, though. Our situations are a bit different. ^^
#3 "md5 error! Binary is invalid." is the error I get when attempting to load the file.
I have also tried with a .tar file of a 2.8.7.1 version of TWRP, which worked, but didn't help me get into TWRP -- the boot screen stays ingrained on the screen like a childhood trauma.
I have the exact same problem right here right now !
Help please ? For both of us ?
I had same issue yesterday, G920F, 6.0.1., used Smart Switch emergency initialization, and reflashed twrp/kernel via odin
any fixes for a 920T (tmobile) user? I have the same problem, phone is stuck on "recovery is not seandroid enforcing" but doesn't go past that screen.

Flashing stock rom for note 5 marshmallow sprint

I tried rooting my note 5 sprint but got stuck in a bootloop but was able to flash the marshmalllow stock rom back on the phone. I am stuck in a bootloop again except this time odin is not responding to the stock rom. I tried odin 3.10 and 3.09 with the same result. I tried different usb ports and nothing. I can't even get the file for the stock rom to show up in the AP box. Does anyone know how to fix this? Also, can I flash lollipop back on to the phone instead of marshmallow? Thanks.

So you are able to boot back into download mode? How about boot to recovery?
I have the same problem. I have a sprint galaxy note 5 with android 6.0.1 installed. While trying to perform a root using twrp, I completely wiped everything out. Is there any way I can go back to the stock rom from here? I can still use odin and and I have finally mananged to put the stock recovery back on by using either "CF-Auto-Root-nobleltespr-nobleltespr-smn920p" md5 file or "N920PVPU1AOGD_N920PSPT1AOGD_SPR----STOCK+TARBALL" md5 file. But from here Im at a dead end. I tried to do a "wipe data/factory reset" from the factory recovery but receive an error msg stating "dm-verity verification failed." Please help. Thanks
Also it appears when I press and hold only the power button, it takes me to the factory recovery screen.

Deleted my phones OS, could use some help.

Yeah I messed up, bad. So I'll give as much info as I can. First off I am incredibly newbie at all this. I have a samsung galaxy j7 sm-j700p (j7ltespr) through virgin mobile. I originally had my phone rooted with the most recent version of magisk, and twrp. I attempted flashing smalipatcher and got stuck in a bootloop. I first tried recovering my backup, but was still stuck in a bootloop. My dumbass then went into twrp and did an advanced wipe ticking all boxes, thinking this would fix my issue. Whole OS gone. So I tried using Odin to flash stock firmware and everyone I tried failed. After that I tried flashing lineage but got a kernel is not seandroid enforcing error or something like that. So I'm lost at this point, I've been up and down the web, these forums, anywhere i could find, And everything I tried has failed. Can anyone possibly help me out, or point me in the right direction?
Do you still have accesss to twrp? If yes, wipe internal storage and system, dont wipe RECOVERY, that is twrp, then flash a custom rom, later if you want, you can install a official rom with odin
Edit: system means OS,sorry.

Problem with flashing stock ROM in Odin

I am trying to flash an stock ROM on my S7 (G930F) which is stuck on the screen saying "An error has occurred while updating the software..."
So it seems that I can access stock recovery.
The phone is FRP locked and I cannot unlock it since it won't boot to Android.
Should I not be able to flash a stock ROM even if it is FRP locked?
I have tried a lot of different stock ROMs, including the one displayed in the stock recovery. Tried different cables, computers and different versions of Odin.
It will always get stuck on system.img for some minutes, then it displays "Complete(Write) operation failed."
How do I proceed? Samsung Smart Switch says the phone is not supported. Is there any other way to flash a stock ROM besides Odin?
Thanks in advance!
You can have the FRP lock removed here. Your data will be wiped but you should then be able to use Samsung to flash the stock firmware. To be safe, I would ask in that thread as he's pretty knowledgeable with Samsung devices.
