Not necessarily. Cm did not implement the theme engine for nougat yet. When it is available on cm probably bliss will get it to.
I will update Bliss cuz it gives internal error (with vendor) I will use 7.0.0_r12 (for bullhead)

It prerelease of the official verson, cuz i dont use custom resources, only official Bliss sources! And Jolla Kernel was in Bliss bullhead manifest, i don't changed anything

I found this ROM on the CypherOS thread for Surnia/Otus at XDA.
For clarification, I AM NOT THE DEVELOPER OR THE MAINTAINER OF THIS ROM. I AM JUST SHARING THIS ROM ON XDA.

I do not own this device, but I have already compiled some ROMs for it. From what I've seen, this device does not have official support yet.

The Get Google Assistant app does work from the Play Store, after you follow the steps in the app you have to give your device some time for it to reconfigure for Google Assistant to take over

I did that. Left my device overnight... When I go to Google settings, Google assistant UI shows up for seconds and then disappears. Then it goes to settings, google assistant is turned on in settings. However, when I hold the home button, nothing happens.

Now twrp is crashing to the OS while trying to install 7.1 stock gapps. uhg.

Ok ppl. Do not install this rom. It created twrp to crash on restoring image file or flashing. Also in validus, trying to sign in google brings to a black screen. HTML viewer opened to a black screen. I tested this all night. If you do not know what you're doing, def. stay away ok?
Now ppl if you have a problem I had to do this three times to find out this is a bad rom. Follow this giude and reflash after booted into stock, twrp recovery, boot into recovery and restore your image. default snap cam is okay... u can use gcam by urkill and config it... you'll get the best cam...

you can install android message from play store... more functionality than normal message app... working on it... i'm trying to fix torch toggle problem... will provide positive output by next update....
hope many of are using the latest build... the latest build is test build and will finally update the latest build by few hours after testing...
though test builds are also stable, i was testing with bringing messaging app and torch fixing from other sources(still not fixed) and many upstreams.... this coming build will be fixed from everything except torch (sorry guys for that ... ;( ).... else all are fixed...

i haven't tested it because of some reason but a senior member of samsung sent this to me; he has tested it in many ROMs.
Try it in OneUi based ROMs first, if it worked their then it will work for sure on AOSP.
it did not work. After installing the kernel on a ONEUI, the mobile phone enters the boot logo, after which the device continues to reboot infinitely in this boot logo screen
