IMEI problem with le1s - LeEco Le 1S Questions & Answers

I lost my IMEI and NVRam details in the process of updating firmware to 17s, I can easily install tool hero app and recover my IMEI in eui, but i face a peculiar problem when installing other RoMs that are not based on eui, e.g. MIUI OR AOSP ETC.
When i install a new rom, nvram details get deleted, and device shows error after the first boot as it cant get the device info for verification. I cant proceed further with setting up the rom.
So if anyone has any methods on how to restore my imei details permanently, please help.
Im on eui 18s chinise build now, rooted.

I faced the same issue but I fixed .....try this link it helped me ..

Will it work after fresh rom installs? Miui wont boot without a device info.

True....MIUI won't work without device Info I'd suggest to use stock ROM .....Root your device and install this
apk-dl.com/chamelephon
And write your default IMEI
If you don't know your IMEI no problem..go to Google dashboard and select devices there you will find all your Google connected devices......get your device IMEI.:good:

[Q] Help!! IMEI NOT WORKING

Hello all,
I have a KArbonn A2 phone with gingerbread.... i tried flashing the ICS firmware of KArbonn A2+ since i knew both phone have exact hardware with no change at all. After flashing ICS it was runing all good and smooth but the only problem is i couldnt get the network on it. It shows the SIM name
but always NO SERVICE .. i flashed back to original now but is there any tweaks to make network work on ICS?? It would be great if all those users like get to upgrade to ICS since it is one of the most cheapest android phone. Thanks
net work not working
mybe you can try this:
press *#*#4636#*#* and then. choose the right model.
if you have GSM sim card so just switch to gsm if not switch all.

Your issue is that your efs partition got corrupted and this can only be fixed by the OEM legally. I would send it in for repair.

Your problem is that when you are flashing a new rom your imei number is getting deleted and hence you are not able to connect to any network. You have to take backup of your imei before flashing a new rom. You should check this link out

Lost IMEI no data no WiFi, files only show in recovery, no efs Backup pls help

Hey everybody I hope someone can help me to rescue my phone.
I flashed carbon and ukm. Then wanted to change GPU governor to simpleondemand and got hot reboots. Was not able to fully boot and lost imei. I tried to restore my backup but they didn't want to boot either, same with another fresh install. Thereafter I deleted synapse folder through recovery and was able to boot my restored ROM. Now I have no imei, no data, no WiFi... In addition my files don't show the files on my phone anymore I only can see them in my recovery, all is still there. My problem is I don't have an extra efs backup only two ROM backups. First I would have liked to know how I can rescue my data? Cause its not showing on booted phone and because of that also not on computer via USB. Is there a proper way to save and what can I do to maybe save my phone. I flashed ROM for years on many different devices and something like that never happened before any help appreciated thanks!!!

SM-G920I No service.

Hi, I had my S6 on android 5.0.2, carrier version, rooted and unlocked (with a imei which corresponded to a nokia after unlocking). The phone worked fine, I had service, I could make calls, etc... I decided to flash stock unbranded marshmallow on it, so I downloaded the firmware from sammobile and flashed it. Everything went right except I didnt have service (No service). I went desperate, I flashed modems, read thousands of threads, but nothing. Any suggestions?

When you flash your device you may loss your Imei number so you won't be getting service .but looks like you haven't lost it (provided you found them in the the settings option and not from the box which you got your phone from)
Look for a baseband fix for your phone in the site you got your ROM.
PS edit your previous post and delete your imei no.
I was just asking if it was there .
Ok, thanks alot. What would be a baseband fix?

Just a zip file of the baseband version that needs to flashed through recovery so the phone can get service
Edit: Your baseband version is OK as well.
Share the link where you got the rom pls .
Also try a normal reboot if you haven't tried it yet.
Update : you sure you can't make calls ,my marshmallow says no service(unless I haven't turned on cellular data) but I can make calls
.if nothing's working share the site which you got the rom from
I got it from: http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/download/71371/G920IDVS3EPE2_G920IUUB3EPD2_CHO/

Sorry, I didnt understand well, you asked me to flash a baseband (which I did not find), then you edited saying that my baseband is OK. So what do I do?
Would installing twrp, and flashing a costum rom fix it? Or should I download the stock rom from another website?

Install it again and see if it works, maybe some files corrupted during the installation.
What software did you have before you tried to flash it (give exact description).
I threw it in the trash
I bought a new S8 device
It's a kind of show off.
ALWAYS backup your EFS folder, no matter what phone u have., and then save it on ur PC.

Can flashing a new ROM help in "Organization phone"?

Hi XDA members,
I recently received a "Lava Z3" phone from University for free. But, the device is now managed by my University and the device shows "This device is not private" and "This device belongs to your organization".
I want to get rid of this thing and solve this privacy nightmare.
What I've tried so far:
- Tried deleting the "SOTI MobiControl" app with ADB Tools (Didn't work)
- Tried opening the recovery mode with ADB tools and the wiping the data (didn't work) the device wiped and then booted with the same controlled OS.
Please help. How can I solve this issue? Can flashing a new ROM help in this case? or any other suggestion please let me know.

- MediaTek Driver

Can you share some guide that can help me flashing the official ROM in my "Lava Z3". I have already downloaded the Official ROM.
