My specific version is the W8 (Canadian model) of the S6.
Does anyone have any info on this app at all?
Thanks,

Hi, not sure about framaroot, but I rooted my S6 with Unikernel, took only a couple of minutes and was all done. Would probably recommend it as it's easy to do
Most one click root apps do not work on the S6. Flashing Uni Kernel will automatically root your S6.
Hi All,
I am having Samsung Galaxy J100H. I tried all root apps but the phone is not rootable by any apk. The only method to root the phone would be ODIN and iRoot tool. One developer posted a method on his website to root samsung galaxy j100h(the website is dodynoe[dot]com). But the main problem is his root file may brick my phone as because his firmware is the Malayasian version. but mine is indian. my firmware is J100HDDU0AOF1. Most users ended with a bricked phone after using his root file(may be because of the firmware differences). So please help me on this. can anyone develop the root file for me.
Hey I was wondering if anyone can link me to a super simple guide on how to root my Samsung Galaxy S6, I don't care if I trip Knox or not, I just don't want to lose all my files, thanks .
I'm on 5.1.1
My Carrier is AT&T
My Version is G920A
My Kernel is from 9/19/15
I'm looking for the same thing... or any solution to help using Titanium Backup or something similar.
I've just bought a s6 (coming from a Note 2) and all my apps are saved with Titanium backup
From my experience, DON'T root your 5.1.1. If it was 5.0.2, you could do it easily with CF-autoroot. There are some unofficial root method and a root called "pingpong" root. Try search for that. I rooted my 5.1.1 and it have been bricked for almost a week now. It can't be fixed.
I want to root my samsung galaxy s6 non-edge - g920f.
The problem is, I found a video where you download the twrp from google drive, I couldn't download that file since too many users had already downloaded it.
I then searched for a one-click root, which failed since the ones I found don't support 6.0.1 or are only for the edge.
Would someone mind helping me? Thanks soo much in advance everyone.
this might help
I just recently rooted my gs6 running 6.0.1 by cf-autoroot. Just type cf-autoroot android 6.0.1 and it should pop up . if it doesnt then hit me up i will send you the download link. its quite easy so you shouldnt have any problems.
Here is the TWRP;

Hello guys, i want to root too, but for rooting with CF is it required to have a unlocked bootloader? And how to unlock my bootloader because I'll be flashing some custom ROMs?
Sent from my SM-G920F using XDA-Developers mobile app
Guys, good night,
I have a galaxy s7 and used a custom rom here of the forum, yesterday samsung released the 7.0 to Brazil. I downloaded the rom and wanted to use the pay.
But I did the installation through the odin and then the Smart Switch and even then knox and pay do not work.
In an internet search they said that once root changes the binary and it is no longer possible to use, I would like to know if anyone has already had this problem or if they know how to solve it.
Sorry for the language I did for google translate.
Thank you.
