Hi i hope someone can help. My phone has been working fine for 2 weeks, and today it just cut off the network. There is no network problems in my area and I've tried another sim card the problem is it says emergency calls only and won't connect to a network it just says try again later with multiple sims. However with one sim the Internet works but the cell won't make a call or text? Please advise also non rooted g920f

me too its happened to me on 18-July-2015 and my
- non rooted g920f
- IMEI changed to 350000000000004
- simcards not working ( not registered on network )
- i have signal bars without simcard !
- and when i reainstalled rom i found updates about 66mb i dont know because of updates or e have big prob here
any solution plz
Maybe a defective SIM card.
Perhaps a temporary network fault.
Your IMEI is corrupted then you are cut off the network!
If you have EFS (IMEI) partition backup try to restore it , for example by this app and you are done!
If you don't have backup of EFS partition you need to send phone to samusng service. (only samsung can't restore your original IMEI number)

My Samsung s6 sometimes picks up my carrier but when i make a call it goes to emergency calls only ? i am sometimes able to send a text but again it says emergency calls only after the text sends. I have tried many other sim cards and the same problem, I have also checked my IMEI and its fine.

i tested many modem but not worked, do you have another solution??
Is it giving a message when you remove your SIM card from running S6 ? asking for reboot or something like that I can't remember correctly ? If it's not giving the message seems like something wrong with your SIM bay ?

I need your help to recover my galaxy s6 edge (G925W8, 5.1.1). My phone was blacklisted and repaired the IMEI 5 months ago. Suddenly the network was again blocked and I saw the IMEI changed to 350000000000006. I wanted to solve it by myself. Mistakenly I downloaded a different NV data to my phone. After that the IMEI changed to Null and Baseband become unknown. I forgot to make any backup. Some of the specialists said the phone cant be repaired. Hello! I have a Galaxy S6 G920F and I think my imei got corrupted or something it went to 350000000000006 and now I can't call because it says not registered on network. I tried reinstalling stock rom and it didnt fixed it. Maybe it was because I rooted the phone? If yes how can I fix it I doesnt have an efs backup.

Hi guys i dont know what to do anymore.. i have big problem with my galaxy s6 g920f, no matter what i do i cant connect to mobile carrier.. after check the imei is clean not blocked i check the sim on other phone everything works good so its only the phone i have triad to put custom version few stock version include the ILO version i am from israel and the phone works good the only thing is not working is mobile data.. i have this issue before on the version 6.0 back in time i was have 5.1.1 twrp backup and i found working solution.. to restore only the radio settings and that was sole the problem! i was deleted all the twrp backup.. by mistake now i cant get any carrier connection on my phone ne matter what version what modem i will flash its not working.. i hear few phone was perches in the us have problem to connect the mobile carrier in the version 6.0.. anyone have a solution please ? i am sorry about my english..

Have you checked that you have correct apn settings
yes that is one of the first thing i did that not solved the problem.

I'm in desperate needing help, sorry but English is not my first language.
My brother bought a S7 G930F - Exynos that was GSM locked with one company here in Brazil, so he paid a guy to unlock it.
After getting the phone back I notice that the phone now shows G930FD, when I use *#06# to see the IMEI, shows two number, as if it was Dual SIM and both numbers are different that what is written in the back of the phone and the box and the rom seem to be 6.01 but with a lot of programs pre-installed.
So I downloaded the newest ZTO stock rom from SamMobile and flashed, now the phone is on 7.0 but can't connect to the network and still show the tow differents imei numbers.
Any tips or guidance and how can I Solve this?

I would take it back to the guy and have it fix.......
He mess up your EFS partition and who know what else
