please someone would help me with a perzonalisada rom for my Samsung S Duos GT-S7562L .... this garbage stock rom is slow, little does the battery, and can not install many applications. someone would be kind enough to leave me a link ???

im just a new member here n im really need ur expertise. I need help on rooting my android
so far i've try many root apk like kingroot, kingo root, framaroot, 360root and else root tool
tht i know n found on internet but all fails or is tht really dnt hv yet root tool for rooting
android running on marshmallow version? Or maybe still hv other method i can do? I need
to know pls help me.
