[Completed] Samsung galaxy tab 3 (SM-T110) will only boot into cwm recovery. Help!

HELP!!! my samsung galaxy tab 3 (SM-T110) will only boot into cwm recovery. im new to flashing and rooting so it all started when i was in rom manager and it said to select my recovery so i did and then i hit boot into recovery and now it will only boot into recovery. What can i do to get my tablet back???

yesterday i tried to repartition my internal storage of samsung n7000 using odin
but after that its not turning on
what to do sir
i tried to flash it but it is showing e cant load sdcard0
im fed up now its not turning on
