Hi! Is there any way to get LTE bands working for Russia at the Galaxy S5 Sprint version? SM-G900F version works with Russian LTE bands

Does anyone know how to add extra AT&T lte bands to the J7 Prime G610Y verison? It only gets 3g+ or less. Wanted to enable lte band 2 & 17 as its the most common for lte on AT&T in the USA. Any help or guides with be helpful...Thanks
