[Q] Will Galaxy S 4G work in India, with 3G?

Hi,
I am planning to use a Galaxy S 4G in India. Can anyone tell me whether or not it will work here?
I know it for a fact that it has quad band support for 2G, so that definitely works, but for 3G it only supports 1700/2100.
I am not sure whether this is the same band which is required for phones to work in India under a 3G network.

samsung galaxy s ii lte aws mod

i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to get the aws to work on the phone. its a samsung galaxy s2 lte sgh-i727r. do i need to root it and then is there like another mod i do to get the aws to work. Thanks

Tmobile Note Edge supports Band 4 (AWS) LTE. It will work, just make sure your sim card is LTE capable.

[Q] Model Numbers depending on LTE Band

Does someone know which are the specific Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE model numbers according to the LTE bands.
I am interested in buying this phone with LTE Cat 3 (800/850/900/1800/2100/2600 MHz). Which would be specific model or models?

make j710fn works with LTE BAND 4?

hello I have a j710fn bought in bangkok and I want to enable the 4g band 4 (this is the band that my cell companie uses in argentina) it seems to be not supported by this device...
my question is if it is posssible or it is a hardware limitation? and if it is possible and it is a guide please share it!
