Hello Friends,
Need help from all you kind experts.
I started Ultra Power saving mode and battery completely drained and phone restated.
Now after restarting it asks for password and doesnt take finger print input.
I had disabled samsung keyboard package this seems to not display the keyboard at all.
I am stuck and can't unlock my phone now. Any way using Odin or ADB to activate samsung keyboard package. I am keeping reset as the last option.
I tried USB OTG keyboard but it did'nt help either. Please help I am all stuck!!!!!
Thanks a ton.

Hopefully you had USB debugging enabled. Re-enable the keyboard.

Thanks Darry this looks a brilliant solution, my USB debugging is enabled. though it seems to not find device unless unlocked. I entered recovery mode and enabled ADB sideload mode the debloater software does recognize device as connected and then disconnects and keeps doing this in a loop. Let me know if you know the solution of I will check with Gates. thanks a ton.

If you know the name of the keyboard app, 'pm enable' should work. I'm surprised the otg keyboard didn't work.

You shouldn't need to enable sideload. ADB should work once you're in recovery.

The minute I attach OTG cable it says "Unable to use functions relating to relating the connected USB device in UPSM"
Trying way outs in Debloater. Thanks a ton.

Just download and install to your PC.
Note : it will work on N9002, N9005, N9006, N9008, N9009, N900W8, N900S, N900K, N900L, N900A, N900T
**I just tested with my N9005, the rest of the model are stated on the change log.
Step by step guide :
1. Open the installed program on your PC
2. Plug your device to your PC with USB debugging enabled, make sure your PC has installed the driver of your device
3. Let it run and detect your device
4. Click "Root" button on your PC
5. Keep your eye on your device, because it will pop up the admin choice, click "ok"
6. Let it run and restart for several times
7. Done

Nope.
It is a famous Android development group in China. Just like CF. They still have a Web section or mobile and PC program to find your device rom. They have a rom hub to most of the devices. And they allow users to rate the rom like we rate app in playstore.
Their work really brilliant.

I enabled Developer Options and selected USB Debugging Mode, but the Root Program doesn't recognise that my phone is connected.
I'm pretty sure I have the right drivers installed.

Sorted, I just needed to leave it plugged in for about 10 mins before it started to install an additional driver. Now it recognises it, but there is a red cross on the picture of the phone and some Chinese writing, don't know what it means though. So not sure whether to press the green button or not now !!

Yes, I'm using Wanam Xposed properly, double checked that I have it set to 'Official' in Wanam, but it still shows as 'Custom' on both the Download Screen and the Device Status screen.
It's no big problem, but stops me downloading official updates, that's all.

Hello Everyone!
I had been doing so much unlocks to many phones and I had this persistent issue with sprint phones so here is a quick solution for the Hands free activation. (There are different methods)
YOU NEED TO BE ROOTED
THIS WORK ON S6 & S6 EDGE , NOTE 4 & 5. I had tested all in my devices maybe works in other devices.
Method 1.
With adb connect your device with adb debugging on.
open adb shell and type:
rm /system/priv-app/SprintDM/SprintDM.apk
rm /system/priv-app/SprintSyncMLSvc/SprintSyncMLSvc.apk
rm /system/priv-app/Activation/Activation.apk
Reset and there will be no more handsfree activation.
Method 2
With your rooted device download a root file explorer
and go to this folders on the device
/system/priv-app/SprintDM/SprintDM.apk
/system/priv-app/SprintSyncMLSvc/SprintSyncMLSvc.apk
/system/priv-app/Activation/Activation.apk
Delete the apks or just rename them as I did.
That should be all, no more Handsfree Activation.
I am testing a new software for note 5 unlocks, anyone who wants a domestic-international unlock send me a message.
I'm guessing this is helpful if you are using the Sprint Note 5 outside of Sprint?
If you don't remove Hands free activation, does it always pop-up?
Correct this will only show if you have a unlocked device and using it in another network.
If I disable SprintDM.apk and prevent it from loading, it solves the issue with hands free activation, however leaves me without 3g on CDMA, that is not acceptable for me. After I enable this apk, 3g immediately starts working ok for me.

Made this thread because I tried now 1 1/2 hours to figure out how to get it work with nougat.
Steps:
1. Download Fix AppLock.zip and AppLock.apk
2. Flash Fix AppLock.zip with TWRP
3. Delete the AppLock.apk in your system/priv-app/AppLock
4. Copy the AppLock.apk from download link into system/priv-app/AppLock
5. Reboot
6. Under Settings/Advanced Features you have now the point App lock

If you want to remove it you only have to delete the new folder App Lock in system/priv-app
The new lines in others.xml which will be created will not affect anything.
The only thing that can happen is that you'll have the point app lock in your settings else. If you push it settings will reopen new.
its not working. after everything i hv done the lock is work only one time with any apps. after unlock the locked apps was unlocked but pressing home button and return to that apps again the app is always unlocked not locked. but when i refresh my ram the app is locked again. so what does it mean? thanks if you will give any solution.
Same here...I think it's because the developers thought that the same person who's using the phone hasn't to unlock it again and again.
If you turn off your screen for at least 3 seconds and turn it on again the app is locked again.
Works perfectly!
This worked flawlessly for me. Thank you so much!
Didn't work for me at first give the folder & the app the right permission & now works fine.
The only bad thing that I need to lock the screen to lock the app once I unlock it.

If you have already applock apk on system/privapp but still no applock feature, then simply open the folder, install the apk, it will show that the app conflict but in advance feature the applock will show up.
I want this on note 8. Please help

have a slight issue.
copying/flashing feature.xml from the download and I end up with no cell service.
Should I just copy the line:

Nah, that didn't work either. Note, AppLock does work, however, I lose cell connectivity.

to my other.xml instead?
EDIT
Nah, that didn't work either. Note, AppLock does work, however, I lose cell connectivity.

have a slight issue.
copying/flashing feature.xml from the download and I end up with no cell service.
Should I just copy the line:
Code:
<CscFeature_SystemUI_SupportRecentAppProtection>TRUE</CscFeature_SystemUI_SupportRecentAppProtection>
to my other.xml instead?

roguepopup|autoclean|autorestart|applock|applicationpermission|</CscFeature_SmartManager_ConfigSubFeatures>
