Sites noto working with data

Hello there!
I'm not able to connect to a site (www.erepublik.com) when i use data. It just happens with my nexus, not with xperia u, not with padfone 2. It doesn't care what browser i use, it still doesn't work. Does anyone experienced the same issue? Is there a way to fix it.

Besides buying the network unlocks is there a way to unlock my phone running Candy 0.9 to use here in Thailand while I'm on vacation.

Can anyone tell me if WiFi calling is now or ever will be available on my device purchased from Google on T-Mobile network? I have 5.1 installed.

Network unlock

O2 supplied a code and it doesn't work, they are useless, help

You have to put a different sim in the phone to enter the code.
If you've done that and it still don't work, call them to re-issue the correct code.
