I don't like trebuchet launcher but I love the ICS look as I'm running jokers 4.0 ics cm9 rom on my atrix. Any ideas? Or go launcher themes/ other launchers y'all know about?
Anyone know a way to change icons in trebuchet? That would change...part of my opinion.

Apex vs nova launcher

I really like apex launcher but if ur looking for icon changes go launcher is the best. U can't change icons in app drawer that's obvious, but the desktop ones can be changed easily. Alternatively u can use icon changer app
Hit THANKS if I helped u

If you love the ICS look I suggest you the Apex launcher or Nova launcher. I prefere Apex but I think you should test the launcher. They are all free.

And why? Personally, I prefere Apex because it has all feature, for some functions you must pay for Nova launcher. Also I haven't seen any advantages of Nova, but I think everyone has his own opinion
I tried both and used apex ....it had more to offer for free

I have to agree. I prefer using Apex over Nova with my LG Nitro, probably until Trebuchet comes out with new updates.
Both Apex and Nova are great launchers anyways.
I As the guys above said, try out apex and nova. Apex does have more features but I decided to stick with nova, got quite a few fcs with apex. PS I agree with avoiding go launcher, would definitely ruin all that ics goodness
Laucher android 4 ics
In my opinion you should try Apex because it is very fluid and customizable, and above all free ... Excuse my writing in English, but I'm not very conversant with the language ...
Post the launcher u have with pics plz

cool but what is the name of the launcher
I'm using stock Touchwiz. I used to use Go Launcher when I had the Samsung Galaxy Player 5.0 and used Gingerbread, but those Go Launcher themes don't look too well on the tablet. I don't like having it look like a phone much.

According to slim bean/slim rom Nova uses the least RAM.
Always use Nova Launcher, it's the best in my opinion.

Yeah, to everyone their own, I guess... I personally don't like either Go or Nova, but I do like ADW. However, I still tend to use the stock TW launcher most of the time.

I think so too.
Safe, stable and user friendly. But lacks full customization option.

Did you try Apex Launcher? It is very similar to Nova Launcher but has more features.
What do you are looking for in Launchers? Performance? Functionality?

Yes!
Zeam Launcher -> Better in performance and has minimum features;
Regina Launcher -> I used few times, nothing to say.
Go Launcher -> It was a good launcher and has many features. After many updates, this launcher was laggy in my phone (Defy MB525 and Xperia U).
I was using Nova before I turned to Apex this week.
Both are similar and work well, but Apex has more functions like widget override in desktop which I find useful.
Anyone change the stock launcher? I had the Note 4 and the launcher would auto organize apps in the drawer and you could continuous scroll. Anyone able to figure that out at all?
Thanks!
I loathe TW, so I opted for Themer.
It's a bit buggy on the N5 though, and often crashes.

I too have been a Nova user for years, but recently I'm using Holo Launcher HD. There's no memory usage compared to Nova. It doesn't run in the App manager. Setups are close to Nova.

I'm using pixel 2 launcher, is really fast
I've always admired the look of the windows phone ui and have gone through tons of windows phone launchers over the years. I've been using SquareHome 2 and I'm just amazed at how customizable it is.
Have always used Nova as Sense was not too good on all my previous HTC phones but I gave it a good try for a couple of days on the HTC U12+.
But quickly installed Nova again and it made this phone even more awesome.
Shame really, Sense has improved immensely and is quite usable now but Nova is just better, quicker and more configurable.
Only thing I miss is Blinkfeed.
I have a fully configured Nova set up on mine, but I go back to Sense most of the time simply because the lockscreen's dock icons don't match when I use Nova, and as far as I know, I can't edit the lock screen.

I know on my HTC 10 the screen lock icons are the same as the icons in the dock of the Sense home screen. So you just need to adjust them there and then revert to Nova Launcher.

Oh no, I knew that. I meant more that the icon theme I'm using in Nova doesn't carry over to the lockscreen.

different theme engine unfortunately.
nova all the way. Google now still works on a slide from left. Widgets still work with google now. More customizable and themeable. Working great so far.
Using the ported Pixel launcher I found on here, works great

I tried the pixel launcher. Very fast. I can't find the Google icon pack the Creator referred to. I'm not a fan of the large icons
