[Q] Issues with unrooting

Hi Guys,
I have my HTC with unlocked bootloader and rooted. I unrooted the stock rom by using the facility in supersu. This successfully unrooted it. also i flashed recovery.img. Now the issue is, my phone isnt being detected with adb and hence i can no longer root it. Also it bootloops in recovery which i cannot go into to install the backed-up rooted stock rom.
Any idea how to go about this?
If you want to return to stock unrooted just lock the bootloader via fastboot and install the ruu for your device.
boot into bootloader, run "fastboot oem lock", then run the ruu afterwards

+1. The RUU program is a .exe file (windows only, I believe) that is specific for your device and should be easy to find. Make sure your drivers are fully up to date before running it. Running it and following the steps after re-locking the bootloader with the above step should return your phone to 100% stock, unrooted, bootloader locked.

Bricked?

Last night I got a software update for my HTC One Mini ( Att branded ) and it somehow bricked it. I tried to manually flash the ROM but I keep getting error 99, and it says security fail and update fail. I have tried to s-off, when updating it went back to s-on when I had previously s-off'd the device. But what ever I do fails. Was wondering if there is any way of recovering the information off of the device or if I am completely screwed. Or even getting the device back to working condition.
does it boot into bootloader? If you can get it into fastboot and execute fastboot commands over USB, there will always be a way to unbrick your device

sony xperia m2 dead boot problem

i have sony m2 d2302

Can you boot into flash mode or fastboot?
i have same problem i flashed cwm zip through twrp then booted into cwm and done all wipes ie system, data, cache, davlik and then phone went off now nothing att all happens not even charging?
It won't boot if you've wiped the system and data in recovery there's nothing left to boot up you'll need to flash ftf via flashtool and start from the beginning
I've got the same problem, i built AOSP 5.1 and flashed it via fastboot (boot.img, system.img & userdata.img) and now the screen doesn't power on (bootloader is unlocked). I also can't get into fastboot/recovery. What should i do now?
This is the first time i'm trying to put a custom ROM on a sony device.
Thanks in advance!

Update the bootloader?
I did it the same way i did it on my oneplus one, which is just oem unlock.
On oneplus one this updating isn't needed, how do i do it?
A Xperia isn't a opo, it's sonys recovery partition you'll need to flash the updated bootloader through Emma sonys version of flashtool for unlocked bootloader devices

My phone got bricked after trying to downgrade from MM to LP Help!

Hello, yesterday I was trying to downgrade from MM to LP using Fastboot and by mystake I flashed "fastboot flash partition gpt.bin" and it failed, the others commands failed as well, after that I was unable to turn on my device, it only let me access to Bootloader Mode and also shows the battery charging, cannot access to recovery, and it shows black screen when I try to turn it on.
My phone is completely stock, It has neve been rooted, stock recovery. Its a Moto G XT1540. the Bootloader is locked.
Is there a way to bring my phone back to life? What can I do?
I also tried to downgrade my software n i got the same problem as you do but i have a rooted n unlocked bootloader device so i first installed cm12.1 so after that i got the 5.1.1 then i flashed the stock firmware 5.1.1 n i got the stock 5.1.1 system running very nicely
Provide a fastboot log (copy and paste command prompt screen) of what happens when doing all the fastboot commands mentioned in the tutorial. Take screenshots if necessary.

Problem Unlocking HTC Desire 816t bootloader due to corrupt recovery

I Unlocked bootloader of HTC desire 816t and tried to flash a custom recovery which none of the recoveries worked for me, the recovery flashed successfully with fastboot but the phone don't go to recovery, whenever you boot it into recovery it returned to bootloader..
I relocked the bootloader and downloaded this: OTA_A5_TL_L50_DESIRE_SENSE60_MR_HTCCN_CHS_CMCC_2.34.1403.1-2.07.1403.4_release_426705bx2a8qy1oe0w1tmw.zip
and flashed it through hboot all went well,
but the phone reboots itself after sometime..
I tried resetting and found out that the zip I flashed through h-boot didn't overwrite the previous non-working recovery,
I tried unlocking the bootloader again, but whenever I flashed the unlock token if the phone asked permission to choose yes, nothing happened because there's no working recovery on the phone..
please help!
