How can you solve it?
Don't let your battery get below 10%?
The system is designed so that when the battery gets too low it turns off a lot of stuff so that the device will last for longer to do what it was actually made for - be a phone.

Indeed often the cpu is slowed down to which would cause lag.
But yes the best thing to stop it would be to keep your phone charged

Same problem on my 8010 (unrooted) too.
works fine for me I am not rooted though using orignal rom
Apparently, they have some new code/script on their web site that force closes Android 4.0.4, CM9.1, Gingerbread 2.3.4, etc. stock browser when viewing the full site (not mobile). The only device that doesn't appear to be affected is Nexus 7 JB 4.1.2.
Help report the issue via http://www.theverge.com/contact-the-verge if you're experiencing this issue.
You wonder ?
They are Crapple-agents, not worth reading them, just Crapple-sh..
Still works fine on my tablet even with desktop view please see the attached screenshot

Seems to be resolved today. I can consistently bring up the full site without issue.

[Q] System Update - Eating up my battery... any ideas why? or fix?

Hi, need some help. I recently installed the 'Battery Stats Plus' app on my note (n8000) because when i checked my battery status it showed that my phone kept waking up. what the app showed was that software update is eating up >15% of my battery which is really odd. btw. i'm running on omega 2.1 only connect via wifi (no sim inserted). anyone else have such an issue? i wanted to disable software update but the system doesnt allow it. any advise?

A guess is that you have OTA turned on and its continually trying to update even though its not a Samsung firmware .

[Q] Wakelock in 4.1.2 - Xperia L

I have an Xperia L, it has a decent battery backup but it's been worse lately. It was fine a few days ago. This is what battery stats show.
I know there was a mediascanner bug in 4.1.2 and I even knew the solution, but since I'm not rooted, I can't do anything about it. Can anyone help me with a solution which doesn't require rooting? :\
This wasn't happening earlier, could some app be causing it? I deleted most of my apps because of the horrible backup I started getting suddenly.
I'd get around 5-6hours of screentime on one full charge but now I can't manage more than 3-4hours. I have minimum apps, no FB app.

Did you try stamina mode?
Do this
1)Try a factory reset
2)Stamina mode
3)If still problem goes on, take it to the service cetner

"No Service" in the notification bar in the lock screen with Lollipop

Hey guys, I just upgraded to Lollipop last night.
The only annoyance i've noticed so far is that it says "No Service" on the lockscreen, even though my phone signal is fine
Any way to solve this?

I also had the same problem no need to worry give it few days it will recognize by itself I was also curious Abt this now it's fine
Me tpp
Yeah same here on o2-uk don't know weather it has anything to do with flashing non UK firmware to it though
It's simple
Just toggle the airplane mode.
It will then be fine until you reboot next time.

Glad that it helped you.
Had same problem here getting no service sometimes. I went back to kitkat for now.
It's probably because you flashed a non uk firmware. I don't blame you though the uk lollipop is taking way too long...
