[Q] cant connect motorola atrix 4g to computer via usb

hi friends,
after searching 100's of pages but could nt find solved and appropriate answer i have to ask it here again that i cant connect motorola atrix 4g running android 2.3.4 with locked bootloader and unrooted to computer via usb. i cant listen any sound of inserting usb when i connect phone to pc out of my computer. i have orignal motorola usb cable and also full motorola helper driver and software installed. i tried on two different computers on two diff windows also but failed. i also done many tricks like enabling usb debugging in application menu and or pressing #5 on dial pad while connecting cable to phone i also installed motocast but no goodness etc etc i am able to connect over wifi through browser but problem is only with connecting with usb. actually i want to unlock bootloader and or install custom rom but could'nt do anything without connecting phone to pc via usb so plz help i am tired now. thinking to buy galaxy s2. help plzz thanks any suggestion also??

When you connect the Atrix to your pc, there will be an extra bar in your notifications pull down menu on the Atrix. Tap that bar to choose between different connection types.
EDIT: Also, install Motorola Media Link.

i tried that but there is no notification appears in notification bar when i connect with pc. no response from pc as well as mobile side. i cant even charge my phone with pc plz help

Unable to find Samsung Quick connect panel!

Hello All,
I'm using Samsung galaxy J7 prime.
Recently the device got a nougat update from marshmallow.
Before the update I could see my quick connect panel whenever I would connect to my speakers via Bluetooth allowing me to switch audio output as an when required from the notification bar.
After the nougat update I am unable to find this panel!
I download the Samsung connect app. It doesn't seem to have the "Samsung connect panel" button either.
How do I get the panel back?!

Bluetooth settings should be in there in a menu

Install QuickShortcutMaker app and search into system applications. Maybe find it.

Screen Mirror to Samsung SmartTv

How can I mirror my phone screen to Samsunng Smart TV? I tried few Samsung Apps but without success. Did any one manage to do it? Also After I have installed Smartview app I can use my phone as a Pilot but I must first turn it on :S I could turn on/off my TV using Galaxy S8+ without problem...

Ok so I found it and want to share if someone will also have any problems.
This is built in feature.
Go to: Settings > Bluetooth &device connection > Connection preferences > Cast
Of course you need to be connected to the same network as your TV.
It works pretty nice.

And just faced another problem. I can screen cast to my Samsung Smart TV without problem but when I try to do it on the older Samsung Smart TV version at my parents-in-law I have a problem.
First of all phone is finding TV very slowly and when it is found, I click to connect then it tries to connect, I get notification on TV that OnePlus is trying to connect and after 2-3 secods I get info on TV - disconnected and screen cast stops on my phone.
Using 9.5.4 EU soft version, TV is up to date.
Any ideas?

Samsung A50 connects to charger and PC BUT

hi all
how about this for a problem my samsung A50 connects to my PC and shows up as charging BUT it doesn't pop up asking me to access files etc AND it charges normally
so I plug my s20 it everything is ok eg it pops up and asks for permission etc
Any ideas, i was thinking to flash the A50 but I can't as it doesn't connect to the PC :-/

You can manually install latest samsung drivers to your PC, or install a Samsung application (such as SmartSwitch, etc.) to do it automatically.
And you can check the USB settings on the mobile, if you can change the connection "mode". Click on the USB connection notification when connected to the PC. And set it to data transfer.
See my screenshots (taken on my S10) ... Should be similar on your device.

Samsung watch connection problem

I am running Chinese ROM with miui 12.5.5, however , there is a connection problem with my samsung watch 2. If I disabled the miui optimization, it connects but the whatsapp doesn't work. Also, it also could not be connect to my bike computer, Lezyne . Any other solutions ?
