[Completed] Xda app access denied - XDA Assist

Hi, recently I've started having problems accessing xda forum using the xda app. When I open up the app, I get an access denied msg - see attached picture. I've tried rebooting, clearing data and re installing the app from Google Play but no difference. I do find that if I open the app after I restore data from a TB backup I can access the forums, but once I close the app and open it again, I get the access denied msg. I've attached alogcat. Any suggestions please?

And no i do not spell my name and password wrong!
Someone know wtf is wrong?
Go to Settings > Applications > Manage and clear data for XDA and Tapatalk. Then either use a file explorer, or mount your phone to the computer in Mass Storage mode and delete the 'xdapretapatalk' and 'tapatalk' folders.
Then try again, that should clear whatever is causing the problem. I'd also recommend turing on visible passwords when you enter them, just so you can be sure
I suggest to spell your user name and password using the correct case - it seems that you were trying to log in as "burn2hell" instead of "Burn2Hell".

May work, report back if it works
EDIT: Kingo doesn't install SuperSU on certain devices, but Root is gained just install SuperSU from Google Play.

Allready tried this before..no luck. Maybe the actual kernel of this phone has all these vulnerabilities patched and can't be rooted or i don't know what can be the problem.
Sorry

Anyways, problem solved after wiping system twice

Update app with apk

Hello. I have an app installed on rooted device without gapps installed. I have an app on it and now I need to update it with apk without losing data. When I am trying to just regularly install updated apk it fails. I know that google play somehow do it and I want to know how. Or maybe is there some other approach that would help me to install an update without losing all user data?
Thank you in advance.
Is the new file for the same hardware platform as the previous one, for example armeabi-v7a?

I see that a colleague has been fooled by the propaganda of AI infallibility. This answer is vague and off topic. Please don't defile the xda forum with such quotes, regardless of your intentions.
What was the error message when you failed to install that apk? Are you sure that the apk edition is correct for your android device?
