I have downloaded Beta-SuperSU zip, and SuperSU, Flashfire from the play store I don't know how use any of this, is their a youtube video not tech savy?

Hi,
I'm trying to install my app on Coship N9085I(Claro Video).
The device loads Claro app at startup, and there is no setting to allow to install an app.
It seems I need to root the device and somehow I need to boot other ROM.
I don't know where I start from.
I don't even know how to connect the device to my macbook.
Could you please help me?
