Successful root but put them recovery on prior. Do I have to have a pc to fix this?

I rooted with kingroot all good deleting files with sd maid glitch happened re-star happened, now phone not properly restart.it reverts back to start-up at any wizard load point any help appreciated

So recently I rooted my phone then an update occurred and now I have the dreaded loop of death and also I keep getting the "No command" error and it just loops over and over again and I am starting to lose hope.....I have look all over but everything is just so vague.
