I would like to add notifications to the app (whenever I publish a 'featured' post).

Hi,
I have STB provided By our Service provided.. Its Android Based..
The problem is they have lock the device so we cannot side load any apps. No play-store and no File Explorer....
How we can unlock the Device to install the different apps....

I use apps which provide date and time stamp for photos... but i can't find an app which can do the same for Videos. Please help... its really important for me.
