[Completed] Ooredoo STB - XDA Assist

Hi,
I have STB provided By our Service provided.. Its Android Based..
The problem is they have lock the device so we cannot side load any apps. No play-store and no File Explorer....
How we can unlock the Device to install the different apps....

I've been looking all over trying to find a Lolipop ROM for my Huawei G740-L00. My search has only lead to shady websites. There also doesn't seem to be anything on the phone itself on xda, let alone on a ROM.
