System Font / Icons malfunction - Mate 8 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi,
i´ve a strange Problem.
After i´ve used a Theme (cant remember the name) my Mate shows letters instead of icons.
I think there are System Standard Icons and they are corrupted.
I thought it depends on the Font used from the Theme.
But i´ve changed fonts and have flashed Rom several times but no change.
For Example it occurs on scalable Iconsets in Zooper as shown in the screenshot. There should be Weather Icons
Or in any App which uses System Icons.
I´m on Kang VIP Rom (but it occurs only when i installed the Theme)
Any idea?

I can't change system font

Hi guys, from a few days i'm changing my interface with Nova Launcher on my HTC ONE S... I wanna do something like iOS 7... I've finished but when i changed the system font, with "Font Installer", to Helvetica Neue (iOS 7 font) not working very good... In the home, for example, it's ok (so-so):

But in the apps, when the font is too small, you can't see very well (the thickness of the letters is irregular):

So i tried to re-change the font but it not change D: How can i solve the problem?
I want to ask you another question if it is possible... How can i add app's labels to dock bar on Nova Launcher?

Fonts and Icons Missing

Hello all,
I've been using Themes, but suddenly I've started facing a problem, in many application, many icons or fonts are missing. I've tried changing fonts and themes, still it didn't work. Kindly provide solution.
Image attached below of app Evernote and Jionote, observe that many icons are missing.
Don't know. Back to original theme, run Cleanmaster and reboot ?
That helped for me to mix themes and icons.

Click to collapse
Reset the theme to default and see if no change ,
reset your device.
Choose original theme and fonts, then clear EMUI themes app data and cache
You could even try to download some additional fonts and check if added fonts and not stock ones could be visible, or not.

[Solved] All Fonts Overwritten to Same Exact Font? What to do?

UPDATE: Somehow, changing the oeminfo of the phone fixed the problem and the fonts are no longer identical...? Did it using the SRK tool.
So, I rebooted my phone recently. Without tampering with ANYTHING related to fonts and themes, the phone only shows 1 font for all apps. I cant quite remember the font name.
Google Sans, Roboto, all of them show the same font, which isnt any of those. When using zooper widgets, apps with their own fonts, and previews of other fonts on iFont, they dont show their actual font; they are all the same.

Theme icons in settings menu

Hey guys!
I have downloaded (from the Mate 10 thread) and installed various themes on my P20 and noticed that the icons in the settings menu do not change. When browsing the themes with winrar on my PC I can see the theme icons in the settings file but when I apply the theme on my phone the default icons appear.
Has anyone else noticed it?
Does anyone have a clue why this is happening?
Did you ever figure this out? I'm wondering the very same thing...
Theme manager in EMUI 8.1 don't accept all XML images from custom EMUI themes. Settings, status bar, notification and others not supported icon you must change by Substratum.

You can change fonts to most anything but the lock screen is different. Just leave it stock.
Here is a googlesans font.
I've found that in the Fontfix app, you can select the font to change, so to change the lockscreen font you just need to replace GoogleSans-Regular with your custom font, all good
There are others fonts to replace on the system, I'll be playing with the app to see what fits my requirements.
