Hey guys,
Not sure if this has been answered, but is Xposed framework working 100% on LG G Stylo h634 cricket version? Trying to use it in order to modify the OS to use the external SD card to save all apps instead of internal storage since Marshmallow looks like it will never be released for this device. This device is ALWAYS on low storage.
Please advise, thanks guys!
::Bump:: No responses or resolution guys?

Hi,
Thanks for the response. I do use app2sd, but it is limited and does not allow you to fully use your external sd card as a main storage. Would like to switch the internal sd storage to my micro sd card as main storage for all app installations and files by default.

I realize this is an old thread but for anyone else who ventures on a search and is interested I've had good luck with link2sd.

I know it's a long time. I'm trying to upgrade my LG H634 Cricket 5.1.1 to Android 6.0 but Cricket never release an update. Did you do a crossflash for your H634? If yes, can you provide the tools you use?
Base on my research so far, I will have to use T-Mobile kdz and a patched LGUp or LG Flash tools. However, I can't find a dll for LGup or LG Flash Tool to matches the H634.
Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I just flashed Cyanogenmod to my lg otpimus 2x. It works great, everything is fine. There is only 1 thing i can't get my head around. All apps install to internal phone memory which is 1,5 gb i think or the sd card witch is 2gb right now. The problem is,that i cant install any apps to the additional 5,5gb storage(Internal SD Card). I was able to do it on the stock ROM. Please help someone
I dont think cm supports that move.
ADR6300
found it,all i did need,was vorkKernel-OC/UV Kernel for CM[20110721]
Wouldn't it work also with App2SD?

Hi,
I have bought a new sandisk micro sd card (16GB). Could you please tell me how to install it.
I guess it is not as straight forward as copying the files from the old sd card into the new one, as apps are installed in the old one.. My old sd card is the stock card which I got with the phone.
Also could you please direct me how to upgrade my OS. I am still on android 2.2. I tried following the directions given in the LG homepage but the update software just does no install on my laptop (Windows 7). Also PC suite also does not work properly on Windows 7 and I am not even being able to take backup. Please help.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Chan
installing SD card is as easy as copying all folders. don't miss the '.android secure 'folder. that one contains ur apps moved to sd
Download stock rom labeled v20g. use kdz to flash it. u ll find the tutorial in this forum

Hi Souron,
Thanks for the answer. My phone is not rooted and I don't want to do that presently. So simply copying all the files (inlcuding .android) into the new sd card will work?

Chan

Yeah it will work for sure. using kdz doesn't need root
Hi everyone,
my phone had some errors so that I rooted it and installed rom. But maybe I installed an rom which is not supported to my phone.
During installation time, everything was fine, and when installation was end, I just chose reboot.
But now I cannot turn on it, cannot go to restore or download mode and cannot connect to my computer.
When I plug it to my computer, I get a warning for installing usb driver(QHSUSB_DLOAD) but it is not installed.
I searched so much by google and I got a solution(using jig), but I am not sure about it.
If there is anyone who can help me, please post it here.
Thank you.
You flashed a ROM not made for your version of the S3. You need a JTag

Umm there is a way to to unbrick is phone WITHOUT jtag. I know because I used it.SD Card Debricking method. The thread creator took the time to use a method created for the Sprint variant of this phone got it to work on our phones. If done right it can take 15 minutes to 1 hour.
Thank for your help. I will try and will tell you result soon.

Instead of using the sprint debrick file use the Verizon debrick file located in the link I provided.
I have read the guide you provide and there is a requirement: a 16GB SD (preferably a Class 10). But I have a 8GB sd, class 4.
Can I use this sd or buy another one?
Thanks.

No it has to have the same amount of storage as the internal storage so 16GB microSD cards are a must. The debug files contains the files needed to access both download and recovery mode. Luckily those class 10 sd cards are usually on sale.

Hi,
I haven't tried it yet. Still deciding which ROM to stick to. However one idea is to download and install the "sd card fix" from App Store.
Then using Force app2sd (again from app store)
Let me know if it works. However you would need to root your phone to use the "sd card fix". In case you need to know the sd card fix is a fix for enabling the writing of sd card on KitKat devices by other apps.
All the best :good:

I have VF-895N (Vodafone Smart Prime 6) and it has only 4,95GB available for user. Can someone help me with something from swap internal with external or move apps to sd completely(with cache)?
One more question: anyone has this phone rooted with custom rom? Is it worth to root it and change the rom .... i mean is it faster?

Hello,
You may try partition your sd card and you can move your apps to sdcard in order to gain space on your internal storage.
Also you may visit here Root and please look here for your answer in post#4

Hello,
I don't think that's possible, unless you are running Marshmallow, since it has a basic functionality of swapping SD card as internal storage without root.
