Music not found after i formatted internal storage - ONE Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I had problems with installing apps from play store. So i backed up my internal storage on my pc and totally wiped my phone including internal storage.
After i flashed my rom (darkobas) and gapps i copied everything back to my internal storage and restored apps with titanium backup. Everything working so far.
But the music player cannot find any music on my phone. In ES Explorer i can see my files in sdcard/music and sdcard/mp3 and start them. But if i open (any) music player i always get the error "no music found"
Edit:
Gallery has the same problem with finding my pictures.
Edit 2:
It get's even wierder. i just took a picture and if i open gallery it's shown as the only picture. But in ES Explorer it's in the same folder as all the other pics.

maybe run "fix permissions" in TWRP?

copy everything in another folder and back to the original one.

Pictures will not delete...?

When I delete a picture from the gallery it does act as if I have deleted it (disappears)... but when I reboot the phone and go back into the gallery it reappears...
My attempts to fix:
Clear camera data via manage apps, and delete camera cache folder via root explorer
That happened to me to, but it was because somehow i saved the images to my sd and they reloaded into the gallery every time i rebooted. To get rid of them i just went into my sd card and deleted the ones i didnt want from the DCIM folder.

[Q] Backup Google All Access with the move to SD hack?

For those not familiar with the hack it is possible to store synced music on the external SD using a simple link. If you have the full version of Root Explorer (may be possible with other file managers, but I've never tried) you can create a folder "music" on ExtSD then create a link to that folder. Deleting the music folder in /data/data/com.google.play.music (or whatever your path happens to be) and placing the link in that same folder effectively tricks the app into downloading all music to the music folder on ExtSD. The database and artwork remains on the internal SD.
My question is has anyone tried backing up the app using Titanium Backup and then restoring it after flashing a new ROM? In theory all you'd have to do is create the link first, restore the app and all your music is back. I've never tried though and I really don't want to re-download 30GB of music.
Thanks!
Well since no one answered I went ahead and bit the bullet. Success! It does work, though I got the order wrong in the original post. First restore Play Music + App Data, then create the link to the music folder on your external SD. Worked like a charm!

No photos or videos found

I keep getting this message in Gallery, but I know there are images in the DCIM folder, and I can see them just fine using ES File Explorer. MP3's show up fine in Music, so the phone is able to read that there are files on the phone. I have cleared Gallery cache, as well as Media Storage cache. No luck. Anyone have any ideas?
EDIT-just ran it through a disk check as well, no errors were found.

Try moving all photos to another folder on ur sdcard, like downloads or create a new folder then reboot ur phone, should see them in gallery then. Happens to me sometimes with some sense roms. Theres prob a solution but that works for me.

DELETED storage/emulated/0 accidently

DEVICE - NEXUS 5 (un-rooted)
PROBLEM - DELETED storage/emulated/0 accidently
I connected my phone using usb to computer, phone connected as a device and nexus5 icon was created with other directories, I clicked nexus5 icon and then clicked internal storage folder which has all the folders made on phone like music, downloads, android etc. As I was cleaning my phone of redundant folders and files created by apps. I came across folder naaed storage, it has another folder emulated which in turn had file named 0. I thought of it as a file created by some app so deleted (Shift + delete) it. All the images of my phone i.e DCIM, whatsapp, screenshots etc got deleted and phone memory got free. Now my Google Music app can't read my songs present on my phone. I just re-booted (restart) my phone and nothing is resolved.
Now, I connected my phone to compugter via usb, nexus5 icon is shown but when I click it "folder is empty" message is shown.
Please help to get files back and resolve whatever issues (i.e Google Music unable to read songs present on phone) have occured because of deleting that file

Those files are gone man, u might have been able to save them prior to rebooting the device but they are gone now and your going to need to flash the factory image in order to fix your file system, devices have a certain structure of creating file systems, that's why they tell ppl not to delete anything if your not absolutely sure u know what your doing, so like I said, those files are gone, u may be able to get your pictures back if they were backed up using Google photos, but u still need to flash the factory image to fix your file system

Micro SD card write protected - Facebook prime suspect

My phone is rooted. I am using Lenovo A7000 phone with AOSP 6.0 by Risma Ermaya.
I have formatted my SD card as internal storage using the default feature of marshmallow.
Few months back, I started facing the issue of Facebook and Messenger updates. Whenever I used to update my facebook or messenger from the playstore, these apps stopped opening and used to crash. But after I used to restart my phone, these applications ran fine. A week ago, I installed instgram for the first time in this phone. Similar thing happened with it too. After installation from Google Play store, it did not open. However, after restarting the phone, everything went well.*
Yesterday, I was updating facebook, I got the error 403. I cleared up data of my playstore app after forced stopping it, removed all my google accounts from the phone, and rebooted the device. After rebooting, the error was still showing up in the playstore. Feeling frustrated, I forced stopped Google Play services framework application, cleared it data and rebooted my phone. But, the problem was still there.
I have got into deeper trouble now. My microSD card has become write protected. I did not remove my SD card at all since months. It is of sandisk brand and has class 10.*
I cannot take screenshots. I cannot download any file from chrome browser. I cannot download images sent to me by my friends through whatsapp.*
I cannot even copy one file in its folder to another folder in the memory card. I have tried using the default file explorer and Solid Explorer application. I have just 587 MB remaining in my phone. However, I can access any file I want to. My videos and music are playing just fine.*
I am also able to delete any files within the file explorer, so that I can make a nandroid backup of my files in TWRP. Even TWRP does not allow me to delete my music and videos within the SD card. What should I do to fix this trouble? I do not want to format my SD card as it has lot of important data. Even if I connect my phone to my PC and try to copy the files, the process hangs after few seconds and Windows explorer hangs which is displaying the content in my SD card. I am running windows 8.1.
I have also tried unmounting and remounting my sd card using the in built feature of Marshmallow, but this trick still doesn't solve my trouble.*
I have also tried clearing cache and dalvic from TWRP but still no progress. I feel that facebook is the culprit because while clearing cache in TWRP, it gives the error that it could not clear cache from com.facebook.katana folder.
