Alcatel idol 3 wont turn on! - Onetouch Idol 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey i am new to this forum,so sorry if i am posting this in wrong section or smtn like that .So yesterday i was searcing the web when suddenly my screen turned completely blue! That lasted for about a second ,and then it came back to normal. After a few seconds it happened again but many times in a row.I tryed to power it up ,but on boot,it turned blue again and shut down again. It was off whole night, and at morning,it booted normaly, andbi managed to move all my data to computer. After i finished that,i tryed looking what could be the reason for this to happen. But phone shut down again.Till now i was able to turn it on for about 2-3 seconds and then again shut down. The thing that i noticed is that when phone is booting,it will warm up pritty fast, but not at some high temepratures, but that much that i can fill that it is hotter.I decided to try to put it charging, but the battery icon would appear, and after few seconds screen would be blue again, but it would charge.I also noticed that led indicator was showing charging but with low light.I decided to factory reset, oressed few buttons and screen turned off,but led indicator became much more noticable. Now it wont turn on.I tryed power cycle but it does nothing.Any solutions? My phone is alcatel idol 3 6045k with stock 5.0.2 android.

assuming your phone has a charge.
press and hold the power button till the acatel boot screen shows up.
the phone should reboot this may take 30 seconds to 1 minute to reboot.
you might see if you can get into the boot loader also.
it could be worse issues wich others here might be able to help more with.

Sounds like a hardware failure. I recommend sending it in for repair or replacement.

[Q] Can't see anything on display

WARNING: not a native english speaker.
when I try to start the phone the following occur:
the display light turns on, shortly after that the phone emits that startup vibration, the backlight remains on for aprox. 85 seconds then the phone aparently shuts down. that meant, the backlight of the display turns off.
problem history:
I was at work and as usual i was listenin to music via handsfree. while my phone was in poket it seemed that somehow my poket pressed the sleep button and turned the screen up. no prob here. i got the phone out of ma poket. reverted the volume @ maximum and then locked the phone and turned the screen off and putted back in pocket. after some time i wanted to change the song. got out the phone, turned on the screen but nothink apeared except a horizontal line in the middle of the screen. I tried to shut down/up the screen but nothink apeared. after a couple of tries the screen turn on but it was unusual what i saw on it. I saw a sketch of the energy rom home screen with diferent colors.
Meantime i was tryng to get the screen outta sleep the music still played in the phones.
I thaugt that a reset will do but it didn't. got out the battery and got home. reasembled it, powerd up the phone and voila! the phone started up normaly. got out the battery, introduced the sim card. powerer up the phone but bad luck. the happiness was short lived. the problem camed back. another thing i noticed is that when i powwer on the phone i let it on but it wont output that energy rom bootup sound.
Can someone elude me with whats the problem with my phone?
hope I was clear enough!
Have a great day/night!
UPDATE: LEFT IT OVERNIGHT WITHOUT THE BATTERY AND NOW ASSEMBLED BACK. IT'S WORKING BUT I THINK IF I GIVE A RESTART THE problem will come back.

Htc one s wont turn on!!

I rooted my HTC ONE S ( EUROPE ) a couple of months ago, everything was fine until yesterday when I went to unlocked my phone from my lock menu it and it displayed a message on my phone screen saying "hold power button or phone will shut down in 3 seconds" by the time i had realised that that message was there it had one second, so it turned off by itself and it wont come back on, it wont let me into recovery or the bootloader because the screen wont come on!! I've tried volume down and power and it doesnt work, the only thing it displays is a solid orange LED light when i put my phone on charge and my computer doesnt recognise it when i plug it into it? I cant contact my service provider ( o2 ) because i void the warrenty when i rooted. HELP?
Full charge your phone, unplug it and try again.
My phone used to do a really annoying thing when it ran out of batteries. The next time I went to turn it on I had to hold the power button for about 20 seconds. After the first 5 seconds, the soft-keys would start to flash. They continue to flash as you hold the power button. Then, after a while they stop flashing and the phone boots up. Like I said, it takes a while. Just keep holding the power button if you see the soft-keys flashing.
That doesn't seem to be a problem now that I'm on Beanstalk 4.4.

[Q] [Help] MYSTERY-Showing Full Charge but Will only turn on while charging (Kinda)

Sorry if I explain this horribly, will try and be as descriptive as i can.
Was using CM 10.2. Had a problem, which I was on the way to fixing. I was having an internal storage fault which was fixed by using stock recovery, could then flash TWRP back and everything worked fine. Then one day it all decided to die. Phone would just get past the HTC logo screen and would then die before booting Android. I could however get into bootloader/fastboot/recovery ok. However could not mount internal storage-windows wasn't picking it up when plugged in, so flashed stock recovery again and this seemed to make it mountable again. So was able to put CM 10.2 back, so re-flashed CM with no joy, wiped caches and data etc, still nothing. Didn't want to boot Android. Boot.img was flashed and everything. Went back into bootloader, however upon unplugging the USB cable, the phone turned off.
Tried turning the phone back on and it just showed the HTC logo screen for a slit second and died.. then showed it again for a split second. Does the same for the recovery screen if you hold down Vol Down and power - shows it for a split second and then dies.
But if you plug the charger in (orange light comes on) and turn it on, the orange light goes off.. stays off for a moment..and then comes back on, phone does not turn on. BUT if you press the power button and the orange light turns off and then you quickly hold the Vol Down and power button at the same time (before the orange light comes back on) it will bring up the bootloader.. and it stays on. I can try booting and it shows the HTC logo screen as normal but then turns off again before booting android (same problem i was having before the charger issue). I can go into TWRP recovery no problem, i did factory reset for good measure while there but the moment you remove the charger, it turns off. Its like the battery is totally dead but TWRP shows it as 90+ %
If you leave it to charge completely and the orange light turns green. It WILL bring up the HTC logo screen as normal (not for a split second) but eventually turns off again and doesn't boot android. Green light then turns orange again and it only shows the screens for a split second.
I've flashed this phone with a couple of ROMS before and have had my share of issues but nothing like this, i'm stumped. I think Android not booting up and the charger issue could be unrelated but I could be wrong, never faced this kind of problem. Been looking around, cant find an issue like this, i fear it could be a hardware issue as supposed to a battery calibration issue.
I would like to drain the battery completely and give it a full charge just to see what happens but i cannot keep the phone on without it charging, so cannot drain the battery...
Any help/advice/suggestions would be much appreciated.

I tried to understand as much as i can and it seems like a corrupted BL/recovery .Have u tried flashing your stock rom?If there is still a problem , then it may be a hardware issue . Try contacting HTC service centre if it's a hardware issue.
If it's not a hardware issue then try flashing some other room and recovery.

[HELP] Stock 5.0.1 phone power up issue

Hello,
I flashed the latest LRX22C image on my nexus 5 today.Had flashed it clean, wiping data, cache and system etc except the Internal Storage. Then I flashed the SUPERSU 2.37 ZIP .Everything was fine for about 4 hours. Then suddenly when I pressed the power button to turn the screen off,it was not turning off and the "Switch off" mode was popping up instead .Then, when I got a call,it switched off.The phone won't turn on again. It starts, the Google Boot Splash appears and the bootanimation starts for like 2 seconds and it switches off.Same thing for bootloader mode.
Please Help me!
EDIT: Now its turning on by itself and switches off in 2 seconds!
Sounds like a bad power switch to me, but of course that is just my opinion. :good:
sounds like a mech issue.

I have the same problem on mine now... Basically my phone powered down around 45%. Battery. At the time i thought it was dead... But it wasnt. When i would plug into external power, either usb or through wireless charging it would power cycle continuously at the android splash screen.... (1 to 2 second intervals - even if i booted into fastboot) Interestingly it would never go to the battery charging mode. But automatically boot on charge... It did this for about 6 hours then i gave up and left it unplugged for a day. I plugged it back in and it started power cycling again, however this time on its third boot it came back to life . thats when i discovered i still had 40% battery... I dont know what exactly made it boot but it did. Oddly also on boot, it started optimising apps and finishing install again. I checked the md5 before I installed the update so no issue there. Since it powered up i have powered the phone off using the power button long push and let the phone power down. After doing this when i plug the phone in to usb charge it goes to the charge screen. No issue. That said, if i try to power up while tethered and charging it will not allow it. It just stays at the charge screen. As soon as i unplug the usb the power button allows the phone to power up and work... When booted up it charges as normal when plugged in. Im convinced there is an issue with the power management drivers or drivers for the button controls. My phone worked fine until the 5.0.1 update was installed. On my nexus 5. Anyone else or just us two? Ive had a hard time finding people posting on this issue.

HTC ONE SV turns off randomly after ROOT. Takes 2-4 tries to turn it back on.

So as the title says after I rooted my HTC ONE SV , random turn off's started to occur , now the root may not be the issue , but I have another speculation that it could be the application "kik". As I installed near the same time as the root. Now the turn off's are random , but I think they are happen more when the phone is below 50% batter , but its not always the case.
After it turns off I turn it back on and it boots for a couple of second ( 20-30) and then turns off again. It takes multiple tries to get it back on , sometimes I end up plugging the charge and then it doesnt turn it self off. But sometimes when i do put the charge in it boots up into CW recovery , that I dont why happens.
Also the phone has crashed by the screen going Blue and turning off (only happend twice so far)
I have tried full factory reset , didnt help.
