Sad to say, yah.... Since pokemon go servers have large response cooldown, can't see how to handle this, for now at least. May be I'll find some workaround in the future.
For now, it can find 200m distance pokemonos for a minute. For 600m distance the app need 3-7 minutes, depends on pokemons density.

Can you make it like pokevision, like touching and scanning, that would be great.Your app have potencial,it have a warm UI and it like faster

Well, I thought it IS like pokevision =) Click on the map and push the "Show" button.
by "Real-time Pokemon data" i assume they are from niantics servers directly in real-time?
but the play store description seems to say that the data are from user submission..
so which one is the actual scenario?

It has both functions. When you push "Show" button, the app seeks pokemons through niantics servers. For the reason, I made the function, you can add you own pokemon to the map. This function for my own needs and I hope it won't distorb other users.

I did some workaround for the login trouble. Try please again with new version. You can get it on Google Play.
I made new version:
Login troubles should go away.
When you start search, the app shows you where it seeks pokemons.

Seems that Google has banished the app. I'm trying to figure out what is the reason. Until I resolved the problem, you can get the app directly from here: http://www.pokemongoscanner.com
For some reason when you click on the link you provided it takes you to the app page. Of you click download apk nothing happens. I tried copying the link and pasting it into the browser and it just goes to the Google search page. Any updates on this or a mirror to download from?

It's very sad to say, but google banished my app from it's play market. But you still can get it directly from "Download APK" button.
That's what I tried it wouldn't download and when I tried use the Apk button it would refresh the page but not download.

I checked it out. The link works. I think it's through your browser, how it handles links, or through your DNS, it may happen that it doesn't see the host. In the first case you can try another bowser, in the second you can try to use some proxy or tor.

I experienced the complete opposite.
So the app is a really good idea, keep working.
Setting favorites and/or history would be great.
Ability to vote too!
History is coming in the next version. I also plan to integrate it with Share menu so that's it easier to use it.
Do you think it would be possible to make the look more like "Holo"? Or at least an inverted colors version so we get a black background?
I will try to improve the interface too.

I released a new version yesterday which allows to switch between dark and light themes. Please give it a try and let me know how it looks.

BugMeNot was cool years ago. Site owners have been using it to poison the well, so to speak, lately. I think they run a script that checks BugMeNot for accounts, and then removes them or bans them (or bans the IP of anyone who uses them -- I hit that once, wouldn't even let me sign up for an account since I came from the same IP as someone (myself) who tried to use the BugMeNot account). Somebody needs to reboot the service with a way to prevent the same thing from happening. Otherwise it's better to just make a throwaway account.
There are still many sites where bugmenot accounts work.

How it works?
Rotary Feed :
It creates a feed by using what you have enabled in settings.
It gets the information from various sources and creates timeline for you.
I've named the timeline logic as Awesome Logic.
Rotary App Chooser :
It works by using app importance logic.If you are using the application too much, then move it to first page by holding app and dragging onto "+".
if you don't use that much, hold & drag onto "-"

Rotary Home Tutorial
1- Touch and hold to center to see all the pages, and while holding, slide onto the page you wanted to see.
2- Slide the clock below to up, to see Feed.
3- The Icon with 3 lines on left top, shows the details of weather.Touch to see details.
4-Touch and hold onto apps , to see options about chosen app.
These options are "+" to increase app's importance and moves to first page. "-" button does otherwise . And uninstall button deletes the app from device.
5-You can save articles for reading later by using the save button which is inside of News Reading screen.
You can see the saved articles by using the button at left bottom on your feed.
If you want to remove saved article, touch and hold onto it, and the dialog will be opened, then you can choose whether remove it from saved articles or not.
6-All the other details and options in settings which you can access by touching right top button on RotaryHome screen.

Hey, i got the error report now from Google. :good:
I started working on it, and that error may be temporary(you can try relaunch), in short it's because of google play services related background process of RotaryHome.
However, if i can get some information about where the force close happened, it can help me to fix the bug.

Weird... I first downloading app on playstore, it downloaded perfectly. Then, I thought crashes were fix by downloading the APK, but no... Wait for the dev'!

it's compatible with 5.1.x, and i'm using it on my device at the moment. I'm not really sure about why it prevents you to install, as soon as i get the statistics from google, i'll look what can i do.
M9 is currently looks like in supported devices list.
And i don't have an option to block countries, so you should be able to install in Germany.

Thx for doing this clone, I used a lot ChromeToPhone and being deprecated by Google was really bad news for me. I Installed your App and the exntension on Chrome, but I have a problem, when I try to log in on the mobile App with my Google Account it simply darkens the screen for a second and then does nothing, staying on the same screen and with the next button greyed out. I tried many times but nothing. Anyone has some explanation? My account works perfectly, so I don't know what could be the cause.

Authentication bug was fixed in 1.6.2 version. Please, update.
I use Fox2Phone multiple times a week (which works with chrome2phone installed on android) I would love to see this on firefox since chrome2phone will stop working in a few months. I keep the icon up in my firefox toolbard, you also can right click on it and send clickboard which I use a lot. Example you can copy text in say notepad or any other windows app, right click send to phone and it's in your phones clipboard.
Any plans to add "send clipboard" so whatever is in the computers clipboard it would send regardless of having text highlighted?

Ha ha... you seem to be facing the same issue as me. At my work, phone is not allowed and webwhatsapp is blocked. So living on the notification mirroring apps

Right, I was hoping that by including the link to the source of the FF extension for Chrome To Phone that the author of Push2Droid would have an easy time porting it over to his app.
Dev you can you please add "Send Clipboard" to the right click menu of push to droid? Fox2Phone had this feature I used it all time. I know you can for website text but such as from notepad or a document or whatever other app on windows such as an IM client, etc.

You should create a specific account to be sure your main account won't get banned.

yes both are on my todo list
If you closed the app and re open it says failed to find GPS location. The only way to fix is to clear app data... But once closed again same problem...

Killing the app works, but definatly get failed GPS more times than not. Still when it works it's very good. Can't wait for an update
Everything works fine outside but getting failed GPS in apartment, even if other apps doesn't have any problem. I can get a localization anyway, but 2 seconds later it will say failed GPS again.
Would it be possible to assume when GPS failed that the user is still at the last valid position for a certain time instead of display the message ?

Gps Issue will be fixed in next release, it was a stupid error, (had forgotten to uncoment a line sending location to the map fragment...)

Found pokes are now shown in a notification (show the 8 more rare ones) with their expiry time and rarity color
New Status Server info icon: open a webpage showing servers status (if you don't get any poke location try to login again once in a while)
GPS Location was not working sometime: fixed
Poke location search is a little slower but gives better result
(has been uploaded to play store, should be available soon)
Don't update to v. 0.02 there seems to be an issue, I will publish an update later today

yes it was a very stupid error, instead of adding positions in a list sent to the "position to be scanned for pokemons" i was adding the empty list into itself.....
i have uploaded new v0.2a to play store should be available very soon.

Hi,
Of course this comment is SOLEY just my own comment, but for me I would like your app much better if upon booting up my phone that I wouldn't have to view the app start screen everytime. This is what I would classify as 'constructive criticism', & nothing more, I'm NOT trying to be rude in any way !

Thanks for your 'constructive criticism'. The Android os requires it (apps should appear on the screen before starting protection services).

Hi,
While I do of course appreciate your response, while I was using the previous app that I was using (Personal DNS Filter) I never had to see a starting page like your app always displays, it just booted up & displayed the shield emblem & key symbol up on my notification bar.

Great app.
It lacks the ability to customize the filters and the option to let some programs access the internet without filtering (useful to see ads in games).
There is already another program with the same name (adlock.com).

Ok, we will add "adblock switch off" to firewall. Thanks for your comment. A customizes filters is a difficult opportunity for most people imho..

Hi,
At least for me it makes a HUGE difference to have positive communication between a user & the developer of an app. That's what you have been providing & I'm grateful for that, on a positive note about the app, when I open the twitch app on my phone while using your app it displays the elements within twitch a lot faster than it does than with the previous app I had been using.
