This is a Blue MMS theme from Daniel06GT @ MIUI forum and I added the white and blue iBubbles from frickenjerms, So all credits to them i just joined them together, hope you enjoy.

The built in theme manager for cyanogen roms let you theme it a different color, don't know if you can with stock?

The image you need to change is in:
framework-res.apk/res/drawable-hdpi/overscroll_glow.png
also
framework-res.apk/res/drawable-mdpi/overscroll_glow.png
if you have it

Working great on my i9500 4.4.2 deodex rom....except icons for calculator/youtube/video....if u can fix that it will be awesome bro.....btw, can u change icon for samsung email too?...tqvm bro..

What do you want to change about them? Color? Function? Layout? SoftKeyz requires root but can basically fully customize them.

Some custom ROMs allow changes as well (AOKP, CM). So does Gravity Box, which is an Xposed module.
