New GPS Spoofing App /w Built in Joystick - Android Apps and Games

Hey all I have created a new GPS spoofing app called "Fake GPS Controller" available on Google Play. (can't post link due to new xda account registration, you'll have to search for it)
It has a built in floating joystick which allows you to directly control where you want to move (simulates walking or running). Also, it does NOT require "Mock Locations" to be activated in developer options if you are rooted and install it as a system app to the /system/priv-app folder.
Hopefully this doesn't run afoul of the forum rules, yes I'd like to get some attention for my app, but also some feedback, and discuss improvements.
I have 100 codes available for free download, I will post some below, and can post more or do some sort of BETA if there's interest. Lastly, please if you download it and you like, please rate the app favorably. Thanks!
Oh, one more thing, the app has issues with rubber banding location on some? newer phones (I think it's an Android Marshmallow issue). From my research I don't think this problem is specific to my app, it sounds like all the spoofing apps are having this problem. I'm actively looking for solutions to this problem and would love to fix this in my app. I've read posts suggesting disabling Fused Location provider but would like to find a more simple approach if there exists one that I can incorporate directly into the app..

vouchAR App - Feedback please!

Hi everyone!
I would like to request some feedback and possibly some help with the free Android voucher app that we built, vouchAR.
As an overview....the main function is to find discount vouchers that are local to the user....so they can save money in restaurants and shops.
The method of presenting this information however is via an Augmented Reality camera view, with floating tags showing the locations of the discounts.
I would add a screen-shot but I don't have the forum privileges required yet as I am a junior member still!
At present the app has had around 10,000 downloads (since August) and conceptually we think its a great use of AR...however I know if needs a lot of cosmetic work and some usability tweaks (sharing etc). If any of you have time to trial it and comment I would be very thankful. Any feedback, pos or neg would be graciously received!
The app is available for download for UK Android users only at present, something I would also like to change once US partners are found.
Also, if you think you have the dev experience to add something to this app and might like to work with us on this then please PM me...
All the best!
Pete
Hi,
you might have a little more feedback and would maybe encourage more people to try your app if you would provide some more information:
- what does your app do
- what are the advantages
- screenshots
- QR Code
I guess a lot of people will see this and don't bother to go to the market, search for your App and download it, just to find out what its for.
Regards,
Becksman

Thank you for the advice Becksman, I have updated the original post with more details however I am unable to post a screenshot yet as I have limited forum rights. Screenshots can easily be found by searching goolge images for "vouchar"
Cheers!

Naming Applications on Android (and maybe others)

I thought I read it on this board but now I cannot find it. It was something about a user taking the beta packages on here and then registering the name on the Android Market.
The post went on to say the user should register the name before posting the beta.
Do you have to be signed up as a developer before registering these names?
And if so, if I am paying a person to create the app, should I register myself and upload the app?
A few things come to mind - if I pay the developer and he uploads it, I won't have access to it or anything, right? But if I upload it and the developer puts some type of an Easter Egg or something, then I would be liable and Google would not allow me to upload any more apps?

[Q] A place to distribute or sell your apps

I'm launching this site and would like to know if think this might be a good location to distribute your free apps or sell your apps. No registration fee and higher payout than Android Market or the App Store. We don't have many apps in yet but it will support any platform and any device. I'd like your feedback. Voodoo Screen Tuning R&D

I've read in a lot of threads that Supercurio's Voodoo Screen Tuning R&D which is unfortunately discontinued, was able to fix some issues with the Note's ability to render colours and gradients and correct gamma to some extent and had promising results. But I am unable to find it anywhere. It has been removed from the Play Store and a link to the app in the play store which I got after a lot of googling, installed the app but upon launching it, it shows something like, "This beta has expired and another application called Display Expert will replace this soon."
But since I've seen a lot of comments in this forum with promising results with the app, could someone please share the application with me, i.e, if its legal as per Supercurio to use and share the application within XDA as I can no longer find the app anywhere.

[dev] google's racist contact policy

greetings
i'm sorry if this is against any of xda rules, or shouldn't be posted here. but i'm an android developper having a top app in my country (1 million + downloads on play store) and the thing is every time my app seems to be top app, google removes it and sends me a warning + they suspend my account. i'm pretty sure the app is virus free, and does not contain any privacy violation. in fact there are several other apps offering the same features ( or at least trying to ) and i cant contact google from a 3rd world country.
i'm not sure if a competitor is running a script on the report page , or google removes it by mistake. could any of you guys help me try to figure this out?
PM me for further info
thanks

I'm pretty sure that if you are able to create an app and publish it "from a 3rd world country" then you are more than able to contact Google and resolve this yourself.
Sir that is a strong title, Please take it up with Google.
Thank you & Thread closed.
