Audio output on android device - General Questions and Answers

Hello, basically my loudspeaker is broken so i bought new one, but it takes about 3-4 week to deliver. For that time i managed to change audio output for media to earspeaker but i would like to change also alerts(notification and ringtones) to play from earspeaker. I am using app called SoundAbout and there you can set alerts only for headsets and suff like that. I wonder if there is another way to completly swap speakers or something so i can hear when sbd is calling me.
I am using Xiaomi redmi note 4g, android 5.1.1. Thanks for every suggestion

HD2 stops playing in standby, 3.5 mm headphone + microphone problem

Hello!
I bought a HD2 a last week. I noticed 2 problems during playing audio:
1. Music stops in standby mode after last track ends.
2. I used my own 3.5 mm headphone (not headset, so it has no built in microphone) and when I got a call nobody could hear me. Can I use this time the device built in microphone somehow?
Please help me solve this problems!
Thanks in advance!
(sorry for my English)

no one knows ?
When I use my earphones i talk through the phone's mic, and with your song problem try the repeat button
I had same problem. I now use s2u2 to lock phone. works great with hd 2.
you can set it not to lock system, and this then allows music to continue when the device locks.
from what he said sounds like u got a problem because i had the shipped rom and when i played music i locked the device so nothing would happen to it while i was listing to my mp3 but i also use the htc head set ...now on that note i tryed using the hd2 head set on the hd and u can not use the play fuctions on the headset, so htc made it sum how that allows u to only use the head set in any mode, anyone wants to run with this

SGS7 & Xiaomi bluetooth headset

Hello, I bought exactly this speaker http://xiaomi-mi.com/bluetooth-headsets/xiaomi-mi-bluetooth-headset-black/ ..and it's really great, I must admit..BUT..the problem is, that it is saying numbers of calling users in chinase and playing some weird ringtone which I don't have as my default (100% something from xiaomi pre-set). Only thing I need is, that it will play exactly that sound like normally from sgs7 speaker, not that from xiaomi. Is this possible to change or anything? Because now it's playing different sound from speaker of mobile and different from xiaomi bluetooth headset and I want to synchronize these sounds into one and that default from mobile, if you know what I mean and understood me (I know that I explained it difficulty, but don't know how to say it in other way ). Thank you.
For better understanding, here are my examples:
Sound from the mobile: http://vocaroo.com/i/s0nHZwmVb329
Sound from the Xioami headset: http://vocaroo.com/i/s0EBPjNUpTTi
And I want to play sound from the mobile to the Xiaomi headset too.

Specific earphones low volume for specific sounds

Hi,
In a certain application only certain sounds are played at much lower volume (about 30-40% of a level that should be correct) by plugged in earphones (newly bought SoundMAGIC E10C). Those sounds (voices) are most likely played by SoundPool (but not sure if all SoundPool sounds are bad), while the ones in that application that are ok are likely played by MediaPlayer. It happens in those instances in 100% of cases, changing volume does not fix this, fiddling with a connector does not fix this. I haven't noticed anything similar in any other app with these earphones.
I wanted to report it as a bug to the author, but when trying another pair of earphones (older Akg shipped with a Samsung phone) this surprisingly does not reproduce at all. Neither on speakers or another (bluetooth) headphones.
What can be the problem? My headphones? Some setting on my phone? Android bug? The application's bug?
Phone is Samsung Note 8 (Android 9 / One Ui)
I'll provide more info if needed
Thank you!

Huawei P30 pro and car handsfree issue

Hello
This is my first post here. I just purchased Huawei P30 pro. It's brand new and I like it mostly. Third day of ownership and today I found out that my car handsfree is disgusting with my new phone. I got a "first " call today while paired and streaming YouTube music throu Bluetooth and the first surprise was that the car own ringtone was gone and my phone ringtone started suddenly playing throu car speakers when the call came in. It was horrible sound quality. Like someone recorded my ringing phone from 10 meters and playback it throu my car speakers. At the same time my phone screamed too. WTH. Okay, so I pressed the answer button and the call quality was so **** that I wasnt able to concentrate properly to the conversation. On top of that there was an echo with my voice that made things even more horrible. Why is that? Is the new phones Bluetooth version messing things up because my previous Huawei p9 with Bluetooth 4.2 performed like a dream. There was a preset nice ringtone from car system (that I can't even locate now with new phone) and crystal clear call quality. No echos and tin can effect. Is the newly purchased "previous flagship" really like that. Am I stuck with this horrible experience? Please help.

or its because of the guy that mounted it in the mean while, or its because of some Apps monitoring your android.

Playing PUBG with headphones plugged in, voice chats goes through phone speakers.

I just got a Redmi Note 10 Pro. All is good except when playing PUBG with headphones plugged in.
All the regular gameplay sound goes through the headphones except for when my teammates talk through the voice chat. The voice chat audio gets routed through the phone's speakers instead of going through the headphones like all the other audio.
However, when using Bluetooth headphones, this problem doesn't occur.
I've tried restarting the device, restarting the game, changing game settings, but nothing.
I assume this is a software issue right? Otherwise I'll look to change the device.
Thanks.

Usually Software issue
This app (lesser Audio Switch) will solve it no root required but you have to manually change the settings everytime you want to use Speaker, headphone, int mic or headphone mice/ bluetooth

will update you just now , are you by any chance rooted?
Actually I have an idea, download the apk from somwhere on the internet
Download Apk editor
edit the apk
common edit : then change the Sdk? target version to 39
it should work from there
else some of these methods may be viable to your phone
Best answer: How do I change my default microphone on Android?
There is no way to change default microphone. Normally device use the inbuilt microphone as default unless you manually connect another microphone like handfree. How do I change...
