Hello,
I got a dreadful malware on my phone that takes it over almost completely, a hand cursor appears on the top right of the screen and it downloads apps left and right even if I disable download from unknown sources.
I have done a factory reset and that thing is still there, I can't seem to flash a ROM with all the tools I found online, flashify does not see the zip file, ROM manager does not work either. I have tried to follow various tutorials but always arrive at a standstill, the recovery apps just don't seem to see anything but folders.
My phone is a Jiayu F2, on the official site they recommend to flash with SP flashtools but I can't use that since my USB port is broken.
Are there any other options? I have superuser enabled, can do very little with my phone except in safe mode. Airplane mode tames the malware a little but not completely.
Malwarebytes does not see anything wrong with my phone anymore ( there used to be a riskware), yet it's still completely unusable.
Can someone help me please? I'm getting desperate and can't buy a new phone before 2 weeks
Thanks

Hello,
i tried flashing my Alcatel 5020x with SP Flash tool today. I tried once and everything went well except that it got stuck at the boot logo.
i then decided to format all except bootloader. The phone does not at all respond to anything after that. When plugged into computer or power it just has its led indicator on.
The PC does not detect it with or without battery. Not even any plug in/out sound on the PC.
I've tried different ports, uninstall drivers etc, nothing works. :crying:
Please Help!

My problem started with changing my Screen DPI using an app, I accidentally set the dpi to a low number . that made my screen smaller and the icons to get bigger, in short I can click on anything. Phone is practically unusable now. My phone is Rooted but I don't remember if I had USB debugging on. My PC Can't detect my phone on ADB Tried installing and uninstalling with no luck. I can connect using Fastboot Mode though. and for the recovery method, My phone only displays an Android with his Belly open and a big red exclamation mark on top of it. I desperately need help. I know I can fix this by just flashing a stock rom but I can't find any online, theres also no Custom Rom that supports my phone model. so Please help, I tried everything I could.

Hey, guys good afternoon. I have a Cubot Note S which I manage quite stupidly, to brick. The phone was rooted with KingRoot and I accidentally press to update to the latest software version from the Update Center of the phone and before it managed to complete, it showed an "ERROR" message. After that, I stuck into a boot loop. I've been searching the internet for a stock firmware of the phone in a .zip file because the Cubot has something like a stock Recovery mode, which I can boot to, to factory reset my phone, to boot into bootloader or apply an update through an sdcard etc. So far I only found a rom on needrom and it is in .rar and has many other irrelevant files in it. It has instructions below how to perform a clean flash of the ROM, but something goes wrong at the process. Either the SP-DMT (Flash Tool) doesn't work properly or my computer doesn't recognize my phone and I can't find the proper drivers for it. Has anyone ever been in this situation before with a chinese phone? Please help out with this because the cell phone belongs to a dear friend of mine and I can't afford to buy a new one these days. Thank you in advance.

Hello all,
I've been a real numpty and managed to brick my phone whilst attempting a ROM flash.
It started when the phone began to display annoying pop-up ads and pre-installed apps without asking me first! Over time it started getting worst and worst to the point I would get 4-5 pop-up ads within an hour.
I tried to root the phone and flash with a ROM, using an app I discovered on the Google Market. Unfortunately now whenever I try to start the phone, it boots the "Lenovo" logo and ends up in a continuous reboot loop.
I've accessed the boot menu and attempted to install the "update package" via the SD card. Unfortunately it continually gives me a failure, I have tried countless ROMS and a stock ROM.
Also my laptops don't find the device when plugged in. No Auto-Play pop up, and nothing shows up on Device Manager I've tried different cables and can't find a solution.
Is anybody able to offer some advice? This is the 2GB Lenovo A936.
Help is greatly appreciated!

I've been trying to get SuperSU on my new phone for hours yesterday and hours today and it seems that absolutely every method I try has some kind of error somewhere and it's getting extremely frustrating. The only actual root I've been able to accomplish is with Kingroot, but I only wanted to use that to install SuperSU and then uninstall Kingroot with it, but it refused to install so I just uninstalled Kingroot and am back at square one.
After literally hours I finally managed to get ADB to see my LG Pheonix 2 so that I could boot in to recovery mode. That is seemingly the only way to do it (besides Kingroot) because I've found absolutely nothing anywhere specifying how to do this with the buttons on the phone and no known methods for other phone models have worked on mine. Well, I'm finally into it, but to no surprise there's another problem--the dead Android icon is displayed over a black background without the recovery menu. I have some hope left that if I can access the recovery menu I'll be able to root my device with SuperSU. So, with that said, how can I make the recovery menu come up when I'm on the screen with the dead Android logo?
Also, my phone doesn't seem to have any fastboot or bootloader page either. All it does is reboot the device like normal
Any help would be extremely appreciated :crying:
