You don't need a unlocked Bootloader to flash ftf's via flashtool as far as I'm aware flashtool should be able to re-lock it aswell. Not sure about sony's EMMA software as never used it yet. Restoring the drm/ta keys will also relock the Bootloader if you backed them up that is otherwise Your drm/ta keys are now gone forever if you have unlocked the Bootloader no more bravia engine x-reality and or supervivid and probably camera performance affected aswell and possibly anything else that relies on them. Do not try to restore other devices drm/ta keys either or you'll end up with a permanent paperweight. Also guessing that the drm restore fix doesn't cover any of the x range at all yet either and possibly doesn't always work. Try reading through a few z5 threads see if there's anything regarding relocking the Bootloader and how to do it. It may work it may not sorry I can't give you a definitive answer as I've always refused to unlock my bootloader so far as you lose what you get a Xperia device for but with drm-verity now in use its the only way to even get root i think

Please open a new thread or search a little, the answer is in the root guide for XA: read this http://forum.xda-developers.com/crossdevice-dev/sony/xperia-z1-z2-z3-series-devices-drm-t2930672
Flash the zip for Z3+ in TWRP and reboot.
It will work on xa dual f3116???
Yesterday I performed a full unroot (superSU) and then I attempted to relock the bootloader on my Xperia XA (F3111) by running this command as root (while in TWRP)
Code:
adb shell dd if=/data/local/tmp/TAbackup.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p1
The command was successfully executed but then my phone wouldn't turn on anymore. The SONY logo was only visible while I kept my finger on the power button. As soon as I let go of the power button, the phone was turned off.
Fastboot mode worked fine. Flash mode kinda worked but was acting weird: it rebooted the phone every other minute and went back into Flash mode. Recovery mode didn't work.
What have I done wrong? Maybe I should've added "bs=4096" at the end of the dd command?
Thanks for any suggestions.

It doesn't work if you don't flash the DRM fix or don't mount your TA backup during boot. You have the setting but it does nothing.

Nothing without drm/ta keys even if you put the sliders to the on position they WILL NOT be working due to unlocked bootloader same for Any other drm protected Sony content.
Sent from my Xperia XA using XDA Labs

Can i simply relock my unrooted z5c's bootloader just by clicking the "blu" in flashtool and click relock? Will that not cause any problems in the firmware?

your files made the 4G work here on this 6045, so thanks!
Only used the FSG file, and i had to install from recovery, since bootloader no longer supported commands ;( but it worked. mmcblk0p28 got updated.

May I ask why ?
Certainly, if you broken nvdata and modem partitions, cellullar and baseband will not work.

Format nvdata partition.
Flash the md1img partition.
And reboot.
The new baseband will be written to the empty nvdata.
