Probably a Bootloop caused by some factor we don't know as of now.
I suggest flashing a stock firmware using Flashtool

[Completed] Sony xperia Z2 stuck in a loop.

Hi. I started the process of trying to root my Sony xperia Z2, which was running Android MM (6.01),but its all gon a bit pear shaped.
I have successfuly installed Flashtool on my laptop, and was downgrading to lollipop 5.1.1.
Flashtool went through the flashing process and seemed to finnish correctly.
However, upon re-starting the phone, it went through the process of updateing the opperating system, but when it had finnished and started up, it stated "andrdoid.process.acore has stopped". Pressing ok brought up "android.process.media has stopped". Pressing OK simply re-starts the phone and goes back to "andrdoid.process.acore has stopped"
Have tried to enter restor mode (vol down+power button) but it simply starts as normal.
Have tried flashing to a differant opperating system (5.0.1), and still the same (though it now goes through the Android is upgrading screen after every re-start.
How can I break this cycle? PC Companion is auto starting but not connecting to the phone either.
Thanks
Darren

Xperia Z5 Dual (E6683) stuck in boot loop, after restart.

Hello Guys,
I am using Sony Xperia Z5 Dual (E6683) phone since last 6 months.
I am running on latest build 32.2.A.5.11.
When ever i am restarting my phone it stuck in a boot loop with RED notification light blinking. I don't know what is the problem with the phone.
I tried to factory reset, also tried the software repair from sony campaign software, still no luck. Still i get the same problem while restarting the phone.
Also if i shutdown the phone and start it back sometimes it starts without any problem, but sometimes it get into the boot loop with the RED notification light.
I tried to remove the sim cards but didn't help. But once i tried to remove the SD cards and i found something strange now the phone is not getting stuck in boot loop.
Could any one help what could be the problem?? SD cards/ Some thing else.
I am using ScanDisk Ultra class 10 32GB SD card.:confused

Black screen after Xperia System Update on Z3+........NEED HELP!!!

I downloaded an Xperia update today and installed it.
However the update seems to have affected my screen in that, if i switch on the phone it loads up until the lock screen, so the screen is still working, but then it immediately goes black, not allowing me to unlock the phone.
The phone is working as i can hear notifications and it is charging.
I thought i could reinstall the update through Xperia Companion but it is telling me to unlock the phone first, which i cannot do because fo the black screen.
If i go to repair the update in Xperia Companion, then that will delete all of my data which i don't want to do.
So i thought i could backup my data first........but to do so i need to change to MTP mode.......and to do so i need to unlock my phone!!
So i'm stuck with a phone that was bricked by the Xperia update.
Can anyone please offer advice on how i can get my phone working again???
Phone is an Xperia Z3+ with stock OS, not rooted as i could never find a way to do it!
