how run ruu ics for me?

i try ruu ics but error 155 on pc, my phone show bhoot version is older! i was relock the bootloader, stock recovery but not done?
have any one can help me??? thank for your so much!!!!
and how to run ota stock rom with .zip??????
and i can update ota jb on cutom rom???

First of all, what version is your Hboot? If you could get the info from running the command fastboot getvar all, we could put you in the right direction.
Edit: I just realized, did you relock your boot loader? If not, do fastboot oem lock.

Hi all,
I have installed custom Rom on my HTC ONE S (S4 Z520m) canadian version I think) to solve Signal issue, but didn't help
I tried to go back to stock, it didn't work, think it was not the right rom. I have SuperCID and S-off and have changed CID to HTC__001 in order to install european RUU and I got the message wrong model-id
Now I can only get into bootloader which is in status relocked, if I try to unlock the bootloader i get the message:
FAILED (remote: unlock token check failed) and if i try to flash custom rom i get the message : FAILED (remote: signature verify fail)

I could now unlock the bootloader and Im now on HD Maximus 10.0.0, but still have signal problem. no signals or poor signals
I have flashed the radio 1.15.50.05.29, but the signal problem is worst.

[Q] enabling s-off on HTC One X

I have been messing with my HTC One X trying to load a custom ROM without much success. I did manage to brick the phone upgrading the HBOOT version. This was done over a year ago and i've stated messing with it again. So far I have managed to flash a custom recovery, flash the boot.img and zip for the Maximus HD ROM. I can now boot the phone into Android again, however it will not recognise a SIM card. Can anyone help me get back to a stock or working ROM
I suspect i need to be able to enable S-OFF and/or change the CID.
I have tried the 'Moonshine' method to switch S-OFF however this just fails with an error
I have tried the fastboot oem writecid 11111111 and this fails with a FAILED (status read failed (Too many links)) message

HTC ONE S T-MOBILE- Failed Back To Stock ROM

Is there any one can help i have failed back to my previous rom HTC ONE S T-mobile due to yhe fact that i haven't been able to get a
matching RUU currently am using (ville_PAC_JB_4.2.2) rom which has full of problems !!:confused and i don't know why and when i try to s-off my phone so as i can flash othe RUU's here are to different errors which are different from the correct instructions 1st.instead of Error ( “FAILED (remote: 92 supercid! please flush image again immediately)” which is required to be there another error comes which is (FAILED (remote: 32 header error) 2nd.error is this one (failed to copy 'soffbin3' to '/data/local/tmp/': No such file or directory) here is my phones details

H3G htc one s bricked

After playing around with roms a while back i cannot get the phone back to stock.
When trying to flash roms in TWRP i get an error saying /sdcard/ cannot be mounted.
When running RUU's none of them work, even with a locked bootloader.
Please help i cannot find the right RUU.

Still can't find stock rom
I also cannot get the phone into S-off to flash any RUU because when i try to SuperCID, it says "/sbin/sh su not found"
When trying to flash roms:
