Wrong thread. Move to Q&A or general to get an answer. You'll have better luck there. Heck... maybe even in the Android Apps section since it is an app that you are having problems with. You're question has little to do with the development of a MyTouch or a rom.
hello I have a inspire and rooted my phone with bubbys one click root (worked great!) now i want to use non market apps like pdanet I went to settings and checked the unknown sources box but .... now what? how do i download the the non market apps and install them ?
I checked the market and the app is still not there please help
Checking the "install non-market apps" box does not mean that more apps appear in the market. U find the apk file somewhere on the internet and put it on your SD card and then install it using a file manager like astro. I'd tell u how to install it through adb but I'm not proficient in adb.

as i currently dont have my phone can someone help me in testing my app. In package manager i have tried to implement a way i can remove system apps without having to list files in /system/app.
it should first of use busybox to remove the package in /system/app, then use busybox and package manager to remove the leftover data in /data/data.
could someone test this update for me??

Force closes when I try to delete system apps.
Hi everyone,
I've read in the MIUI.us thread that in order to fix the camera force close issues I should replace the miuicamera.apk with root explorer inside /system/app than change its permissions and reboot.
I've tried several times and can't manage to make it work. The camera still force closes...
This post should be a reply to the MIUI.us but I can't post there because I'm new....
Thanks in advance for any answer.

You have posted question in wrong section. You should have posted in general section. Anyway, If you have root access you can manually paste the apk in /system/app directory and give manual permission(-rw-r-r-) for running to force install as system app.
Sometime apps will work this way.
another clickbait scum thing..
nonetheless pls be careful what u post and how u post .
