Known Issues
Installer personalization loop
We currently know there is an issue if you enable and set the keyboard to default before going through the installer wizard – if you try to use any personalization features, these will load another instance of the installer whenever you try to enter text. Please complete all steps of the installer wizard in the order they are presented to avoid this problem.
Whatsapp
Some installations on Android 2.2 or lower when using Whatsapp have a text handling bug with this version of SwiftKey. It appears to come from a bug in the coding of Whatsapp, but we're looking into this.
Hard keyboard in browsers
There are some bugs with hard keyboards in browsers. Please report issues you have in this regard.

I just got the email this morning. It's pretty great. I prefer the standard android keyboard because I don't really use the extra features of other keyboards, but I've liked swiftkey since the beginning.

That keyboard looks really sharp way nicer than Swype's or FlexT9's. Wish it had tracing capabilities then it be perfect.

AMAZING APP!!
REALLY DESERVE 5 STARS!!
it has Indonesian dictionary,
while many keyboard apps don't!
AND WHAT REALLY IMPORTANT IS:
it can import my sms sentbox, facebook status and wallpost as suggestion words!
SO the words suggestion is JUST REALLY LIKE what i usually type to wrote a sentence.
because in my country (and i believe not just happen on my country),
there's a different words for general-formal conversation, and everyday conversation.
and in my country is an unique, every region or island has its native language as a daily conversation, not just Indonesian.
with this app, it is the problem solver, for a daily-use-conversation keyboard app.
i love you guys
the other keyboard apps just using general-formal words for the suggestion,
but this app, definetely better, because it can use your daily words conversation as a words suggestion. i really like it.
i can type so fast with my android!
but, my question:
the one and only problem is, how can i disable auto-capitalization?

I'm from Indonesia. It is really great that swiftkey now support Indonesian. I've been using swiftkey since beginning use of my first Android phone. Now it is getting better. Good job.

Those of you who don't mind, please leave a small comment in the Android Market, along with a rating that you find appropriate (but please avoid bad reviews and low ratings, if you have a problem with the app, ask first). If you do not have the patience to leave a comment, use the phone's Market app to simply rate my app (I believe you can't just rate online, you are obliged to comment, but I'm not sure).

Tried a few similar apps like this one in the past... Definitely like this one the most. However, one feature that I wish was added is the ability to add our own, custom icons. Will that feature ever be included in the feature?

Yes, it's planned for a future version.
But I can't make any promises when it's going to be available...

I missed this post, sorry for a late reply...
Well, I appreciate your help but right now I'm not thinking about translations. It would probably help me and more people would probably use it...
But...
I have lots of features planned and lots of releases will come in the near future, it would be a pain to maintain translations done by other people. I would have to wait for them to finish their translation before being able to release a new version.
For now, I want to avoid that. When the app reaches a more mature state, I'll think about adding a couple more languages.

[APP] [4.4+] Bubblr - An app launcher based on FABs, and made entirely with Kotlin

Hi folks!
I just made an app to give Kotlin language a go, and I published it on Google Play. It's the first app I publish by myself in Google Play!
Bubblr wants to be a very lightweight app launcher based on FABs (Floating Action Buttons). Bubblr is intended to be really simple to use and very lightweight (approximately 8 MB).
The launcher adapts to the screen drawing an Arc of buttons that you can add, remove (swiping) and even sort by doing drag & drop with the buttons.
Buttons are customizable, having the ability of being bubbles or icons within colored FABs (colors also customizable).
The free edition has an Ad Banner at the bottom, safe and not intrusive.

We uploaded a new version just a few minutes ago. Thank you all for the feedback and suggestions. We have fixed several bugs including one in the auto-correct and have added new themes as several people asked for it. We will add more themes in the near future. Thanks!

how is this different or better than swiftkey?

Hi ipulaski,
It has features that are not available in SwiftKey or any other keyboard. For example,
1- You can launch apps or search installed apps directly from the keyboard, which is much faster.
2- You can correct typing errors (e.g., changing a letter in the word) by just dragging your finger on the keyboard (i.e., one action instead of 4 actions when you use SwiftKey).
It has two new predictive texts,
3- NexTwo allows entering two words at a time,
4- TypeOne allows entering multiple words or even the entire sentence by entering the first letter of words only. For English language, on average you will type 25% of the letters.

Easier to launch apps now
Hi everybody,
We just uploaded a new version. We have fixed several bugs including one that made the app less responsive on some devices.
We have also changed the way you launch other apps from the keyboard. Now, you can press and hold the Enter key to see some of your installed apps and select one to launch quickly.
If you drag and drop a letter into the Enter key (e.g., put your finger on "G" and drag it to the Enter key), you will see all the installed apps that start with that letter (e.g., "G").
